The public gem could be so much more. Beyond mowing some grass, it not clear maintenance is ever done here. In one part of the park, kudzu has crossed the road and grown so high that it is impassable. Shameful...

Such a beautiful park. I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of signage. I feel like there should be some kind of plaque or monument with info about the history of the park as well as what it has to offer. I didnt know the pond was a fishing pond until I looked it up online.

The scenery is good with excellent views and ppay ground for kids.However, it looks like it is crime laden because there was a heavy police presence with about 8 police cars throughout the period I was there.This dampened the visit there.

The park looks nice and has a nice lake for fishing but there are to many shady characters. Had some one pull up in theire car and started masturbating with the door over.

The birds were singing, the wind could be heard easing through the trees. The lake was aqua marine. The only negatives were the tracks of people as at 1030 on a Sunday morning the bathrooms were a hot mess and the debris around the pavilion had been scattered by critters overnight.

Need to be CLEANED UP...ITS A CRIME A D A SHAME to tell that nice Park go unattended like that.... SHAME ON U MEMPHIS CLEAN IT UP..

Terrific place to hangout/walk around with an nice pond. Hooch loves it!

Very few people here on Memorial Day. Some paved roads are blocked off to cars for bicycles and pedestrians. Nice man-made pond with good access for dogs. I wish there were more dirt nature trails.

On sunday this is the place to be in memphis cant wait to see yall there come turn up with the memphis family

It was very nice, and I had tons of fun. I also enjoyed myself but it is very peaceful. But I really would suggest if they had a closer restroom.

This park was absolutely beautiful! The view from every area is stunning. It was the perfect backdrop for our family reunion!

Great place for picnic and walk

Enjoyed a family gathering out there last weekend and it was very nice the gazebo we rented out. It had a tennis court, BBQ grill, lake to fish, nice trail to walk if you liked, playground, pretty decent bathrooms and adequate parking. Only one problem. Those pesky wasps, stinky bugs and bees. But we didnt have control over that just put on some deet and enjoy. As always this is my opinion. Thanks for reading

My family had so much fun here weve been here 2 times to bbq and its been great especially the car show they have on Sundays.

Nice place great view of the bridge. My wofe and I stipped the other day just to take in the view.

On a beautiful sunny day this park is amazing. Its a nice playground for the children to play. Its lakes around different areas in the park. On Sundays everyone drive through the park. Its a beautiful thing until the police come put everyone out like its something bad. No violence at ALL... Sad..

If they would install some fans under the gazebos to deter the wasps, install air conditioners in the bathrooms and put some electric plugs out there it would be the perfect spot for birthdays, reunion etc. But its still OK for now.

Crowded police enforced. Road through a couple times no violence that I witnessed a good day would be great if we could do it with out a gang of police to help try and keep us civil.

This is an old review but this park is great! Dont let the location deter you from this nice underused park. Had my sons football theme birthday party here.
