We visit every year for the lunches during Lent. My favorite is the fish pudding on Fridays. It doesnt sound appealing, but its delicious. Ive also had the waffles with the chicken hash...yummy! Everything we have eaten has been excellent. The desserts have always been good, too. Everyone is friendly, helpful and accommodating. We brought our 8 month old and they found us a high chair. We will continue to visit for the years to come.
This is a great example of what the Shepards of Christ are, great display of stewardship
A wonderful church full of godly people that serve the Lord not only in word but also deed as they live their daily lives. They offer various forms of outreach to change the world around them one person at a time
The oldest public building in continual use. The music staff is VERY friendly!
A concert for Fisk Jubilee Singers. They were excellent. It was a journey of the African American experience of the late 1800s through song

A beautiful place to worship and just BE in.
My grandma got me hooked on their Lenten Lunch years ago! I look forward to the fish pudding plate and the salad plate every year. Besides being incredibly delicious, now the meals bring back very special memories spent with my grandma.
Beautiful old church with so much charm!
I have many of fond memories of having a fun time with my mom, at this Annual Lenten lunch, for over 30 years . I still go. It is always very good, the crowd is pleasant, and friends to see, a nice event.
I visited for the Lenten Lunch the Church provides to the public for a nominal fee. The volunteer servers were very nice and helpful. The food choices and taste were good.
I love attending the waffle shop lent and Learn series.
Beautiful church. Close parking. Thoughtful and uplifting Lenten service. Delicious food! Fav was the Chivken Hash! Surprised myself by liking the mousse and aspic....and the fish pudding is really more a fish dressing. Very nice people to sit and have lunch with. The service provided by The Montessori Schpol students was well done!
