Took my 4 year old son here to see Daniel Tiger Live! Perfect venue for this type of show. We had a blast. Every single person working that show was so nice! Very helpful to a father trying to please his young son!! Great venue!

A great place to see a concert or play. Parking is across the street. Seating was great at the VIP section in the orchestra area. We went to seen Home Free it concert they are wonderful. If you are a bigger person you will need VIP seating or the wide chairs on the balcony on the right side as your facing the stage. God Bless.

Great venue. Was there for a Jill Scott concert. Was able to see the stage and not hard to find seats. The building is nice and well kept. It was cold during the concert. Once it filled up with bodies it was still chilly. Over all, I will go back to the Canon Center for future events.

The Cannon Center has always been a wonderful venue to visit for shows. Last month my daughter’s dance group attended the Great Russian Nutcracker and it was outstanding. The building was clean and easy to navigate with parking very close by.Great location with friendly staff!

Went to see Trolls Live. We had good seats in the Lower Balcony however being crowded in by large parties I did not like. My daughter needed to go to the restroom and once we came back there were several rows of seating unoccupied so we sat there. She was able to enjoy the show better having room to get up and dance, play and sing along with the cast.

The seating is good from alot of the areas that you sit at. You can bring in your beverages if any of them are purchased in the lobby for the show. They have very helpful attendants if you find yourself having trouble finding your seat.

Fantastic venue. Beautiful lighting seating and format for the program. Acoustics are spot on in the auditorium.

Tickets were purchased for a show that was scheduled for last weekend. Insurance was purchased for the tickets. Due to the pandemic, shows were postponed until September. Unfortunately, our 25th wedding anniversary coincides with the rescheduled date. I have emailed twice for a refund with no response. I attempted to sell my ticketmaster on the site and thats not allowed. Although its not their fault theres a pandemic, I shouldnt be penalized either when THEY chose a date that is impossible for me. I have loved other visits to the Cannon Center, but this issue has made me question whether Ill ever pay for another show since dates can be changed that dont suit me, and Im basically out of money with no benefit.

Attended my first performance at the Canon Center a few weeks ago and I absolutely loved the venue. Not too big. Not too small. Just right. I saw Fleet Foxes and Natalie Prass and the acoustics were delicious. Next time I attend a performance, Im hoping to get seats in the balcony, but every seat is a good seat. Cheers!

I am giving two stars, for the service I got when I first got the tickets. The way they handled information about refunds is terrible. I am holding twelve tickets for the “Set it Off” play no way of getting my money back. I have sent emails and called several times no response. Next time I will think twice about going to anything at the Cannon Center.

Great place. Seats are a little close together so really no elbow room. But if youre at a concert whos sitting down anyway? Lol

Very nice symphony music hall located in downtown Memphis. With ample parking around, its easy to find a parking.

Went to see Home Free! It was amazing, they are amazing, my family is amazing! Potatoe is amazing! What a great time!

The Brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. Annual Blazers & Jeans Party was an awesome event and well represented by a fun group of professionals.

I think this is one of the best venues in the city. Unfortunately its not utilized nearly enough with the events. Weve got a lot of good shows here and found that the seating is a lot more comfortable that some of the major venues.

COLD. COLD. COLD. BRING SCARF AND SWEATER. All seats have good view. Isles good in middle. At wall side very narrow must be very careful with footing. Bathrooms clean. Pulled pork sandwich very good. All staff and volunteers courteous and very helpful. Would be nice to have at least 2 mire main entrees to choose from as no restaurants very close. Staff and attendees seem happy to be here. No real complaints except for extreme cold bring Kleenex for runny nose.

From what I could tell there was no such thing as a bad seat or a bad view. The staff was super friendly. And parking at the Mud Island Parking Garage across the street made getting and leaving the Canon Center so easy.

The Nut Remix was great. I always enjoy performances or events at The Cannon Center. The Cannon Center is a beautiful venue and most of the seating is comfortable for those of us with long legs.

Saw the Memphis Symphony Orchestra here. Beautiful & elegant venue. As for parking... very limited. If you dont mind walking, parking down the street is $5.

Loved it! First time going. The ushers were so nice! The space is nice. Theres really not a bad seat in there unless u are at the top at the very back row!

Convenient parking, nice ambiance atmosphere, bathrooms locations are not far, location was not hard to find/directions and signs were placed thoughtfully for out of town visitors.

Excellent theater. Its the perfect size; there are no bad seats in the house. Even in the balconies, the view of the stage is great. I thought my mezzanine seat was actually a better view than someone in the lower seats could obtain.

While the concert was very enjoyable and the staff are all so very nice and helpful. The seating needs to be redone to close together very uncomfortable for seniors with disability issues and the underground parking is 10.00 which is not bad but if your going to the concert hall then you have to walk forever to get there. Not a place for seniors who are not able to climb stairs or walk long distance or repeatedly getting up and down letting people into or out of seats.

This a beautiful modern Symphony Hall. The staff has been friendly every time we go. We usually go once a year to the symphony. The acoustics are what youd expect. The performances have been great everytime we go.

I actually had the honor of performing here TWICE. I was in the Memphis All-time city thing. It was really fun on stage so i can imagine what its like to watch.

I went for the All West High School Choir concert. The acoustics were excellent. Really good sound quality. The crowd was large so there were a lot of people standing. Once the junior high schools finished and some people left, we were able to get seats. We got pretty good parking nearby for $10.

Went to see the Memphis Symphony play and had a wonderful time. Its currently a bit of a mess, especially the underground parking, because they are redoing much of the Center and Convention Center, but it really wasnt much hassle. The symphony sounded wonderful and the concert hall is beautiful as well.... Not really much in the way of a bad seat, except maybe the bank of the high balcony.

I went to the cannon theater for a graduation and its beautiful. I loved the theater. Chairs are nice, staff is helpful, and its spacious. Would love to go to a performance of some kind there as well.

I LOVED OUR SEATS I WAS KIND OF SKEPTIC BECAUSE ON THE DIAGRAM IT SEEMED FAR. BUT IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. DAUGHTER DIDNT COMPLAIN ONCE

The theater is very nice. I parked underneath the building and walked up to the CPAC proper. While it was great for a rock venue I would imagine it would be an exceptioanal place for classical perofmance or a theater production.

We went for a White Coat Ceremony. The lighting on stage was horrible for photos during the ceremony. It was good in the lobby for family pics

The seats are very uncomfortable. They do not allow healthy posture. Amazing that such a nice facility with a great symphony has such poor seating.

Not a huge place you get lost in. Small enough that every seat is a good seat. And, the symphony was Amazing!

This is about my box office experience only. Let me say this, first and foremost, the employee at the box office was nice and helpful. What was troublesome to me is the wait time when they have to leave. Today, I waited about 15 minutes prior to her return from getting change. This was my second visit to the box office and each time I had to wait.....uggghh! One good thing I found out today is there is free parking in the front. I found that out by accident. If you are approaching the Canon center from Front street, turn left at the first street and then make a left at the next street. Dont use the first parking you see on the right. It is some type of PAY parking. I put 50 cents in there, only to find there was free 15 minute parking for box office purchases. This review is ONLY for my box office experience.

The A/C was freezing and the place smelled great. The staff were super, super nice. Fantastic venue for live music. Not a bad seat in the house. Definitely my new favorite venue.

The building was extremely cold. A few people gonna be sick. Besides that everything was good until SCS flashlight cops yelled and pushed an 82 year old woman out of the dam door.

If you live in the Memphis area, then stay on their mailing list. Going to the Cannon Center is a treat. It is also commonly used for other public/private events throughout the day. I prefer parking near the Sheraton to the east on the road or the parking lots. Once the Cook Convention Center gets a face lift, the experience will be even better!

Went to see lil duval perform and I loved it. Whenever he come back Ill for sure go.

Garage was scary with all that construction but the Cannon Center is very nice.

Beautiful facility. Acoustics are spot on, went here for a rock concert and it sounded fantastic. Spacious concourse area and facilities are well kept. Staff was very social and friendly.

This is an amazing facility. So many rooms. I attended a high school graduation and the room was like an opera house. Parking is available but can be pricey
