This is a really nice park. It’s close to where we live and we have been there many times. It has a large pond that normally has ducks and geese around. People fish in the pond too. Walking and biking trails throughout it that go around the pond and through wooded areas.The park also has a large area with play equipment for kids. The equipment is a little older but still in decent shape. A larger shelter house sits on one side of the pond.We have enjoyed having this park so close. It connects with Corwin Nixon so so you can walk or ride bikes through both parks.

We have a tree planted in memory of my daughter who passed away 4 years ago at age 22. We brought her and her brothers to Pine Hill to play, feed the ducks and fish quite often when she was a child. I have made that into something with her son from the time he was 1yrs old. He is now 10 and loves to visit his mommys tree. The park is always clean and maintained as we as the playground and the ponds which are stocked with fish. The walking trails are nice and bathrooms are always clean!My only complaint is that either some disrespectful children and/ or adults continue to take what we put around her tree. Someone suggested it may be the parks and recreation dept taking it down, but anything that has been put around or in her tree does not affect the mowing and has never posed any type of danger to anyone. My grandson is now 10 and enjoys bringing things to mommys tree but cant understand why someone would take the things he brings which some of the items he saves his money from doing chores so he can buy something special for her only for someone to steal it He has lost his mommy why does he have to continue to loose what he brings for her?

As of July 23rd the playground is open. Cute park. A ton of waterfowl, which mean a lot of bird poop. Decent size playground with a bunch of shady seating on the parameters.

The city seems to be ignoring the maintenance of their park system. The playground and surfacing at Pine Hill is falling apart. The City needs to do a better job of supporting their park maintenance staff.

Fab atmosphere. Great for kids and runners.

This is a very nice clean Park and its a great place to take your kids and family I really enjoyed it and I would definitely go back and I recommend bringing some food and some drinks with you and having a very good

Its a nice park... With the one exception that my daughter cant use it during summer. The sun just makes this set up useless. Otherwise its a nice park to enjoy tucked in the city.

Really great place to take the kids! The playground is big and spacious and is uniquely built. I love that there is a nice walkway surrounding the playground so that I can get my steps in while my kids are playing. And you can also see the beautiful lake from the playground. Definitely a great place to kill time and keep the kids entertained.

Wonderful playground area for little children - our two year old granddaughter loved it.

Nice park, restrooms are open, clean and well ventilated. Nice paved trails for bicycles, walking, roller blades or skates. Sad to see some recent graffitied signs and one broken bridge rail on the wooded trails. Wooded trails are not in very good condition however, the creeks and brook were clean with nice water flow.

Awesome spot! My son and I love to walk and explore the different paths in the woods and watch the ducks and geese at the pond. The park itself is clean and well-maintained. Im so grateful for this lovely park!

Nice walking path, very nice playground for kids, picnic tables. The lake can be overrun with ducks and geese during spring and fall.

Went here for family pictures and had a great time before, during, and after! If you have a goose or duck chaser in your family they are sure to find plenty of opportunity!

This is a beautiful park. It gets better every year as the trees mature. It has a nice lake for fishing. There are loads of ducks that are very fun to feed. The walking trails are tremendous and the playground is a favorite of our kids. There are also plenty of picnic tables and shelters available.

Mom friends and I enjoyed a stroller walk around the lake. The walking trail is beautiful and conveniently paved. The kids enjoyed playing on the playground and a picnic lunch in the shade of a tree. Beautiful setting for a great day in nature!

A beautiful park in Mason! Great walking trails with lots of trees so lots of shade. An awesome playground and surprisingly clean bathrooms too.

So much to do (fishing, running, huge jungle gyms for the kids, skate park, gazebos, trails, etc.) and as a photographer its such a pretty landscape to take pictures.

I love this place!! I always go to see the ducks and walk trails and its a beautiful park.

We go here a lot. Today was for sledding. Its a beautifully kept park. The walking paths are lovely in the spring, summer, and autumn. The plays ground is well maintained. The bathrooms clean. There is a small splash pad that children of all ages enjoy running around in. There are ducks and geese that love to be fed from the bridge. Deer and other wildlife are easily spotted (the rabbits are particularly lovely as they dont seem to scare as easily this letting smaller children see them. They are not unafraid just less skittish.)In the warmer months the splash pad, bathroom and water fountains are on. They turn them off when it gets colder to prevent the pipes from freezing.

Very nice and clean park, plenty of photoshoot spots with beautiful lake and Gazebo . Playground for the children to enjoy while adults have a walkway to jog and exercise . I have personally tried having big group picnics and sports matches and have always had a blast .

Great place to walk and relax

This park is very clean and nice. I like how it is well taken care of. It has kids play ground, a little fountain for kids for when it is hot. There are numerous benches around the lake. You can also fish there. I think this place needs more benches around kids area and some trash cans on the parking lot. There is also a restroom and a place to grill out. Free entry compared to some other parks. This place is good for sports, bike riding, and walking with kids.

Fantastic park! Mason would do well to never touch it, and maybe even start expanding it.

Great multi age playground and fun fountains to cool off on hot days:-) The walking path has shade and sunny places, good for bikes and strollers. It does have several hills so be prepared!

Great park with big playground for toddlers and bigger kids. Stocked lake for fishermen. About a mile of paved walking path and some unpaved in the woods. Several picnic shelters. Water sprinklers for when its hot. Skate park for the adventuresome. And a great sledding hill.

For all the taxes that we pay in Mason this part needs to be updated and taking better care of! Do better Mason

First time from out of town visiting the park. We loved it!! So many trails, and much to do. My kids loved feeding the ducks and playground. Everything so nice and clean. Just beautiful!

Amazing place for family

The sledding here can be quite fun but the skate park thing adds a significant level of potential danger. Fortunately there is enough area to stay away from it. Have not been here in the summer.

1. Nice park but a lot of snakes around everywhere.....2. No fish 2nd time coming. (Try to catch carp, trout, catfish, bass)

This is a beautiful park with lots of green space, a pond with wildlife to enjoy, a really nice playground, trails to hike, and a place to cool off from the heat if you need to get drenched! Wonderful family area!

We loved this playground for my toddlers. The only issue I had was visibility. I would be on one side of the playground playing with one daughter, but I couldnt see the other.

A wonderful park with wonderful trails! I bike here nearly everyday and go through the few but fun hills at pine Hill haha. Fishing here is quite OK. You are not guaranteed to catch anything either if its for bass, trout, or anything else other than bluegill. Every after they restock the lakefish are scarce. Plenty of parking and a couple large gazebos.

For the most part its a great park. Only downside is there are very few areas of shade in the play area so on hot and sunny days its difficult for little ones to play for very long

Pine Hill Lakes has two large lakes with ducks and a large gazebo and shelter house for gatherings. Great for jogging and bike riding. I love this park!
