This isnt a park, years ago it was partially a dump the county used for vegetative waste, like woodchips. They probably still do, its just no longer visible from the street. Its a pretty good sized chunk of land to remain undeveloped for Cobb County, where newly developed half acre lots with modern full sized family homes can start @ 400k. It may not show so well on the map but this space is right between Rebel Ridge and Blackjack Mountain, so it has got some hilly features in there.
