Cute little park. Mainly fields and a small forrest area with trails and a decent lake. Not enough parking for the weekend crowd but weekday mornings are wonderful and youll get some solitude. Love the horses here too to look at.

Beautiful park and new!! Was told land was owned by 3 siblings and two of the siblings sold their share to the county to make walking trails. Can see horses from trail and playground looks like a farm barn theme, cute. Bridges and pond. Hidden treasure. Will visit again.

New great place to walk around and hang out. Its free. Partially surrounded by horse fields. They did a terrific job on the fence, the restroom building, and the trails.

This is my favorite park in Cobb County. It’s brand new and feels like an oasis in the middle of suburbia. The bathrooms are very clean. The playground is new and had shades over it’s swing-sets. How brilliant is that? I held a small birthday party here under the small pavilions. There is one big one and 4 small ones with long picnic tables and trash cans at each one. The property has horses and short trails (not really shaded) but are scenic. Love this park!

This park is beautiful!!!! lovely location, lots of trails for walking or running, beautiful landscaping. theres a nice small lake and places for cookouts. i believe theres also a playground for children.

We love this park, the playground is great for our daughter. Theres a wide variety of activities here, the turf is padded and soft, and now most of the play structures have sun shades over them so they dont burn her skin.

You cant pet the horses but they will come close and make noises at you. The playground is really fun and the picnic areas are nice and shady. Easy to find, clean, parking is easy.

I love this park! It is a great place to bring the kids, go for a run, or just spend time with the family outside. And its a nice bonus when you get to see the horses.

Extremely well-maintained, but parking lot was not well-planned. Definitely a popular place, tons of folks here and tons to do!

Love it!! Our little ones and us had a blast there the other day!! First time there and we ended up spending HOURS there...walking the trails, playing on the two different age-appropriate play structures, the see-saws, the spinning “ride,” and so much more!! It’s set up and maintained beautifully and eco-efficient with water catchers. Bathrooms are nice and also well maintained. Also, there were horses to see and just an absolute beautiful place to be. Lastly, all is fenced in for safety. A+++. (Photos are not of the play area but of the additional area near the park...too pretty not to show!)

My fiance and I had are wedding cake tasting here with our families and we absolutely loved it! Such a beautiful place!

Mabry Park is beautiful. Children have a wonderful playground. The trails are incredibly comfortable and the scenery is so peaceful. You can also take pictures of the horses. And dont forget your picnic basket. Loved it.

Not much shade, but a well-done, fun, farm-themed playground. There is a smaller structure for toddlers/preschool, a big structure for bigger kids, two sets of swings, a climbing area, and rocking horses. Good bathrooms, picnic tables, and walking trails further down.

Nice and large and clean with lots of playground equipment, a bathroom, and well maintained trails around the pond.

I love this park! There is something to do for all ages. The only downside is the lack of shade and heat the slides attract on the playground. Definitely worth a visit.

Went fishing. Using small jigs, we caught two bluegill and a decent sized crappie. Oh, and a turtle.

Our community has been missing a park like this. Such a great addition to an area with so little open space and room to breathe. On a spring day, it couldnt have been any better. Our daughter loved walking on the AstroTurf.

Mabry Park is a new Park that is great for kids, dog walking and just getting outside. Plenty of parking and restrooms are available. Next to the parking lot is a fenced in playground and beyond that are well made walking trails.

Has play structure. Trail. Lake. Shelter with grill.

Its a great space and its my kids favourite park! The swing sets there can entertain them for hours. And the ground staff there are very friendly. And theres space/ tables to sit down and eat your snacks. Their bathrooms are clean. And they have walking/hiking trails which is my favourite thing there.

Cobb county offers a good variety of parks and recreation centers. Mabry Park is the newest park develop by Cobb county, and I thank them for it. Very nice park to visit with the family. Nice playground for the kids, and a great walking trail to enjoy by everyone. A great place for birthday parties.

Such a great park! Surrounded by horses running in the fended of fields.This place has awesome fake grass that feels great under foot. Its sparkling clean and had great bathrooms!

Great for smaller kids. Bathrooms on site were clean. Everything well maintained.

The playground is great for young kids. It has a farm theme and often has horses grazing in the pastures across from the the playground. The only drawback is that there is no shade on the playground, so the slides get too hot to use on sunny days. Its best to go on a cloudy and/or cool weather day.

This is a new, small park perfect for a short trail walk circling a diminutive stocked lake for catch and release. Key features include a delightful play area for small kids with lots of shaded picnic tables and tiered seating area that looks perfect for outdoor performances. Being so new, youll find many newly planted trees and features, leaving plenty of benches and trail stretches without shade.

So glad this park is finally open. We come about 5x/week. Perfect for under 10. There is shade, clean bathrooms and nice water fountain with bottle filling station. Astro turf is nice because we dont have to worry about mud at the bottom of the slides. Also nice areas to walk, see horses play, plenty of parking.

Amazing new park!! AstroTurf ground surface, close parking, several climbing structures. Regular swings and bucket swings as well as a smaller structure for crawlers/early walkers. Short walking trails through the woods and around a pond which are earth/gravel type surfaces - flat enough for jogging strollers. Picnic pavillions around the perimeter of the park. A small dog park off to the side. Nice bathrooms in a central location with changing tables and drinking fountains. Only complaint is that theres no shade on the playground for the hot sunny days in the summer.

The playground facility is really nice but does require some shade. Benches on trail need some form of shade as well. Finally, I am curious what the maintenance regimen looks like. The trails are rutting and becoming overgrown with weeds. Green areas are not being maintained either and are being taken by crabgrass.

Playground is nice for ages 2-8. I would have liked to see a little shade on it. The walking trails are nice with varying options to navigate.

Nice new park with walking trail around pond. Little shade on playground. 7/23/19 bathrooms were locked which Im pretty sure is against the law for a public park. Portable toilets should be provided if under maintenance.

Great playground! Its brand new and has artificial turf under a lot of the playground, there are lots of swings and activities for kids ages 2 - 12. The gravel trails are nicely made with different trails for varying distance or activity level.

Great park for kids, very spacious and clean. Walking trails around a pond and sidewalks around the park for kids to ride scooters.

Love this park! My one complaint is the total lack of shade on the playground. Come ready with sunscreen and sunglasses, but it’s really a sweet place!

Thoughtfully designed playground with bathrooms right there (no trekking to another side of the park to find them). Half of the playground is on artificial grass so the little ones can run and fall without getting hurt.The other half is on wood chips.and there are plenty of different slides and things to climb on. Theres a nice spinning roundabout in an area designed for 6-12 year olds.Totally fenced in, with seating around the edges and shelters outside the fence, this is a much needed addition to East Cobb.Theres a lake and a walking trail as well, and probably more!

Very nice park, the trail is very well maintained as well. Super clean. Artificial grass and benches throughout. Dog friendly by the trail areas, keep them on the leash though.

New park with good section for kids. Has a few short trails. All less than 1/2 mile.The bathroom have prison toilets though which was quite funny. Stainless steel all the way!

Love this new park. Lots of walking trails, a great playground, areas to grill and eat, even a pond for fishing. Only drawback is that there is little shade around and on the playground as well as most of the trails. Go early in the summer!

Beautiful place, has bathrooms, cold water fountains, room to expand/update, the walking paths are just right. However you and your children will get shocked from the static electricity build up due to the fake grass flooring and touching anything metal. Also once its past 10am the equipment becomes virtually unusable due to how hot it gets. Shade needs to be added over anything that involves sitting (slides, spinners etc.) Good luck!

Beautiful little park that was well thought out. Walking trails, shelters, nice bathrooms, super soft turf, etc. It was empty when we went, I almost dont want others to find this!!! Having moved here from the city with the best park system (the twin cities), I was so underwhelmed with East cobbs park system. This was so needed, now we need about 5 more of them.....

Roswell spent some money to make some nice walking paths through the woods to pond. There is a nice kids park with astroturf lawn with nice kids swings and play area. There isnt shade or seating at kids play park.

Great park with plenty of short trails, good views, and a large playground for the kids. Whether letting the kids blow off some steam, watching the horses over the fence, or taking in an idyllic lakeside scene, definitely a park to spend several hours.

Fun, but bring sunscreen. Theres a shelter you can stand under but the whole playground has no shade.
