Weve set up the appointment for Saturday to see houses for sale but office was closed, no one showed up to talk to us. The person on the phone offered us just take a message. Definitely they are not really interested to sell one or two more houses.

We live there for 2 years. We had a corner lot so we had more privacy then others. The rent was cheap, good neighbors. The road had a lot of ruts in it, but they have gotten better at caring for it. The management company didnt bother me, took care of things when I needed it and gave me my deposit back when I left. I would live there again if I had to

I bought a mobile home in this community for my 3 children to live in together. Its quiet and family friendly. I live approximately 12 miles away in East Cobb, and never worry about their safety. Weve been so impressed that were considering buying another to rent out to supplement our income.

I love living here, it’s quiet and friendly neighbors. Leasing club house is brand new and looks amazing, I hear they are giving us a new pool to. New manager seems to be making changes for the better and The girl in the office is always helpful.

This place is a nice place to love and have a family. This is a family place. I would highly reconmed it.

Look the best thing I can tell you is they do not get back to their customers or their tenants quickly by any means. We have been here for one year actually 14 months I believe is how long our lease was. When we got to our 60 day notice we told them that we were not going to renew our lease they said that they would really like to keep us. We told them that the size of the place was too big and the rent was too high for us to continue staying here. At this point of time they told us that another tenant was moving out of a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a price that was to our liking. They told us that the place would not be ready by the end of our lease but they would let us stay in where we were for the same price without raising the price. They promised us that they would have this place ready for us by the next month. We Fork out the extra three to four hundred dollars out of our pockets to stay thinking that that place was going to be ready like we were told. Less than a week before the end of the month going into November. They tell us that the tenant has changed their mind and is now staying. Now I need I say that we had to call them to get this information they would not call us and give it to us as soon as they found out. So they tell us that they already have a foreclosed one that will be ready by the 1st of November. They told us that this one would be $40 more than the two bedroom two bath but its a 3 bedroom bedroom 2 bath. We said once again fine we would work it out. The next day they call us again and say that they cannot let us move in because they do not know whats going on with the foreclosure. Well at this point they have since left us high and dry. They wouldnt even at least let us pay $900 which was the amount that you were going to make us pay at the one thats not ready. Being as and you lied to us and told us these other units would be ready. They told us theres nothing they could do. So we were left with nowhere to go and left in a place that we could not afford because we were lied to by them. I dont really know what to say from this we tried what we could with this place we never complained we never bothered them and paid our bills. but they sure do not seem to care about their tenants AT ALL! Talk about feeling totally used just to get an extra dollar.To the office themselves since I see that your reply to some comments. I really do like this neighborhood I enjoyed living here very much. But you guys know darn good and well that we did what we could to work with you guys you guys lied to us repeatedly now I understand your other tenants might have been the ones who told you otherwise but we are only to go off of what you tell us. All we ask for is for you guys to work with us but it appears that money is the only Factor when it comes down to you guys you would rather have an empty trailer rather than just giving someone a break because your other place wasnt ready. Not to mention we were thinking about actually buying but why should we buy when youre treating us like this. Its your loss we were the ones who called you every single day not the other way around. We both feel like you truly never cared about us or our business. I will feel free to remove my comment and put down my wonderful experience with you guys as soon as you guys do the right thing. Right now were staying at a friends house because of your last minute treatment of us

The office burned down months ago and now its almost impossible to get my rent paid. There is no longer a drop box so that I can just drop it and go. There is rarely ever anyone at the office when I stop by and good luck getting someone to pick up the damn telephone. Should it really be this hard to get your rent paid? Come on people do better then this. Its the 3rd of February my check has been written since the 1st and its still in my hand. Its the 1st week of the month and you know people need to have access to the office why isnt someone there to take the payments and answer the phone?

My mom has been trying to get in touch with someone in the office for over a month. By email, and phone, she now has everyone she can think of trying to get in touch with trying to call and email. I myself have stopped by twice now emailed once and called to many times to count. Is no one ever in the.office. you would guess someone paying cash for a trailer to buy they would jump on it

The few trailers I saw were SORRY LOOKING. The one we visited was being repaired but, it was dirty anyways. The SMELL of rotting was in the walls. The neighborhood looked semi descent. But, the speed bumps were too high & TOO MANY. I would never live there nor recommend it to anyone.

I wouldnt give this place a half star. The only reason y they got a star is for me to post my comments.1st i bought my home in the beginning of 2014. Mrs. raggity Tonya stated that they were going to finish my home by attaching my porch, fixing my outlets, plus my walk through list if i paid the extra $3,000 for my home, well, 4mth later nothing was done to my home, i couldnt reach anyone. Now that they got a new manager in the office its the same thing Ive been asking for my TITLE/Deeds for my home for over a year now and they have a excuse every time why they still dont have my TITLE/DEEDS for my home. Im selling my home and I still have not received my TITLE. Its like they want that bonus for selling a home for themselves. I called corporate and they not even answering nor responding to my messages, so my next step is Channel 2 action news!!! I wouldnt recommend a stray animal buy a home with these people. They took my money and my happiness of being a 1st time home buyer!!! My home was broken into twice and they knew who was doing all the break-ends but they stereo-typed just one group of race when it was alot of people. The drug trafficking was awful, the kids playground sucked, maintenance was terrible, and management was unprofessional.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

This place sucks property management is terrible, thats a slumlord corporate properties. The majority of resident are Hispanic some who may be illegal but all who are being manipulated buy unfair housing practices and unhealthy living situations.
