Worst place ever been drugs n open site use gambling n store n run down n owner screw tenants over no heat n place n almost every trailer is a fire hazard avoid at all cost

Use to be a wonderful place to live but here of late needs a major cleaning up & drug users out of the area once this happens could become a more enjoyable place.

Very nice people! Needs fixing up alot, the roads would make a big difference if the roads were pathed, fell in all the pot holes. And all the trailers were painted.️️

The owner dont want to help you get a mobile home.
