They won’t even call you back after you pay the application fee!!! I got nothing!! No call back nothing but they got my 90$! Wouldn’t waste my time!!

Management sucks at times and they never answer the phone. You have to go in person to talk to somebody.

I love it here.....its very quite and no shooting around but you can here the fair time to time...J MILLER PARK IS LIT......YOU SHOULD MOVE OVER HERE...

90% mexican immigrants, which being a hispanic thats fine, but they brought the 3rd world with them. Maintenance man lived across the street and had his home vandalized, then again had it graffitied a few weeks later. Someone tried to steal my motorcycle causing damage. Gunshots pretty constant, and good luck trying to sleep on any major holiday as they think its normal to shoot guns all night long while blasting mexican accordion music. Had random people doing drug deals parked on the street outside my home almost every night. Police take their time getting there, and act reluctant since the area is well known. Also watched multiple neighbors bring their trash to dump in the creek thay ran behind my home. Have pics and proof of all this and more. If yoy cant do better, sure move in. If you can, stay the hell away from this trash. All of this occurred in only 6 months living there.
