The ladies who work out the Sales/Leasing office are AWESOME! Friendly and clean environment. Quiet community! No issues. Love my home.
Stay away. They try to evict you if you are 2 days late. Takes forever for them to fix problems
I loved my double wide. I redecorated my mobile home the way I wanted it and it turned out beautifully. One must follow the rules of lamplighter village though such as keeping your grass cut short.
Well kept property and nice mobile homes.
We recently came to Georgia following hurricane Michael. We had zero luck finding a new home until we came here. Karla in the office was nothing but amazing, kind, and courteous. She fought through hell and high water to accommodate us and help us join their community. So far any time we’ve had an issue it’s been immediately responded to and cared for as soon as they were able. The maintenance staff are kind and do their job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend anyone to here simply because of Karla.
Used to live here if I could I still would definitely one of the best places to live quiet but friendly
Only amazing customer service whenever you want to buy or rent. after that the staff never answers the phone and is so hard to reach. the only way to get ahold of them its by going in person to the office but even then a majority of the time they are not even there.
The staff in this office are wonderful and have been nothing but helpful.Thelma the property manager has been an angel explaining the process of buying to me every step of the way also offering me alternatives when the process didnt go as planned. Jose has also been very informative every step of the way... Sandra has gone above and beyond helping me through the application process. They are all new staff and are doing a great job! i would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or even rent.
The biggest scam known to mankind. I contacted this property in the beginning of March 2019. I was advised to come in for a tour of their 2 bedroom 2 bathroom mobile home. I caught a Lyft to tour the property which costed me around $15.00 each way. When I arrived the person who I spoke with was not there and the leasing agent, Glenda was out on a tour so I was advised to have a seat by the manager. Mind you I came on my lunch break and my appointment for the tour was at 12:30 pm. I waited for Glenda for 30 minutes only for her to come back to tell me there had been a mistake and the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom had already had an approved application on it. I questioned this because I literally had just spoken to an employee an hour ago. She advised the other employee made a mistake. Glenda then contacted the party who had the approved application to see if she was moving forward with her application. So, this other party had an approved application but did not put any type of money down and could not tell them when she would be able to put anything done, yet Glenda said she was still going to hold it for her. I left of course frustrated because my time and money was being wasted. A little over two weeks passes and I get a phone call from Glenda advising the property was still available. I toured the property the same day. I was very upfront about my situation and advised Glenda that I was homeless with a family and needed to make a move as soon as possible. Glenda seemed to be very understanding and provided me with an alternate way of applying. She advised me to list my partner as the applicant and myself as an occupant. I completed this application on March 3rd, 2019 and was informed that the process takes 48-72hrs. I called on March 6th, 2019 and spoke with Glenda. She advised she did not have an answer yet and she had to email her supervisor for a response. I thought this to be a bit strange but I waited. I did not hear back from Glenda so on Monday 8th, 2019 I called back. I was advised by her coworker that Glena and the manager had flown out to Texas and would not be back until that following Saturday. I complained and the employee could only advise me to email the manager, which I did but did not get a response. I came into the office on March 11th, 2019 because I could not believe that my leasing agent would leave for an entire week knowing my situation. To my surprise she really was in Texas and the only employee left for the week had no access to any of their systems. This employee all she could see is that my application was still pending. I requested that she also email the manager for a response. Glenda returned on March 13thm 2019, so I called yet again. She advised me that she did not have a response from her manager yet and to callback on Monday. I called 4/15 and was advised by Glenda that the manager was in a meeting and would give a callback. I did not get any calls so I headed up to their office. I FINALLY spoke with the manager who advised my application was denied on March 4th, 2019 and she could not tell me why or the name of the company that pulled my report. It’s funny because they never ordered my background check because if they did I would a received a notification from the credit bureau that someone accessed my information. I am demanding a full refund of my application fee and an investigation into this company.
Just got done speaking with the manager in charge. Her name is Jewel. She was nice and respectful until she didnt have what I wanted. She tried pressuring me into coming to the community when I had already visited there once before, but her assistant was completely clueless and could barely speak English! I let her know that and she didnt apologize or even try to accommodate me. She didnt have what I wanted which is an all electric home so she just said goodbye and ended the conversation instead of following up with me when she had something available. Guess she didnt want to make the sale. Oh well Ill take my money elsewhere.Plus all the reviews on different sites say that she is A COMPLETELY different person when you sign the papers. Guess I dodged that bullet.
So a few months ago management solicited residents to write a review. I didnt because I didnt have anything positive to say and Im usually not one to write negative reviews but enough is enough! Since we have lived here (2 years) my stove refrigerator and dishwasher have never worked correctly. Ive had a pipe bust and they still charged us for the excessive water usage they up and stopped our trash service for about 2 weeks without saying a word to anyone and they owe me money for a referral fee and give me the run around everytime I call about it if I can actually speak with someone. Also I have informed them that whenever water is ran anywhere in my unit there is a very loud squealing sound in my pipes that still has yet to be looked at. Do not move here. I regret referring the individual who moved here but they were in need at the time.It has been problem after problem since I have and the only reason we are still here is because we are waiting to buy a house. Oh and speaking of buying, they actually try to get you to purchase your raggedy unit which is pretty much so youll have to continue to pay them the same rate but they have no obligation to maintain your unit. I cant wait to move! My advice is to look elsewhere if possible.
They try very hard to keep everyone happy. Ive been here 12 years.Very comfortable.
Its a nice homely trailer park an some fine women I. There
Map to best place to live all the rent from go up on the rent every year and its Spanish Town
Great mobile homes for rent or sale. 2 or/and 3 bedroom homes. Swimming pool on property. Close to Kroger/ Publix. Close to library. Close to gas station.
Move here at your own risk
Absolutely gorgeous nails. I wanted to move to this park and not the one in Acworth but no units yet. I had an amazing experience with the staff. They were friendly and helpful. I think his name was Jose but i always say the beautiful person with the beautiful nails.... I am so jealous lol.
Management was very unprofessional and rude. I went to fill out an application to Lamplighter to inform them. I was interested in a place they told it would take 24-48 hours in order for the application process to clear. After a few days I called them to see how the process was going and they couldnt give me any answers the kept telling me to call back. A few days I talk to Jewel the head management of the property and instead of helping with the situation. She was making a lot of rude remarks and her attitude was very poor. Also, one of her employees gave some personal information to one of my previous landlord in which should of been private. Be cautious in renting from this property.
Horrible management, they dont care about helping you out in any situation and every year they start raising rent up, this neighborhood also has alot of residents who do drugs and sell drugs and management doesnt even try to help out with problems like these and at least try to keep the community safe. DONT MOVE TO THIS AREA ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY
Im NEVER the type of person to complain or write anyone a bad review, but this was probably one of the WORST place to live in. Their customer service is AWFUL. They never answer the phone when you call especially urgent calls, they never check their voicemails. Half of them cant even speak great English and they also never know any answers to your questions. The new staff that they have now isnt any better than who they had last time. They take a long time to send a maintenance man to fix whatever they need to fix in the homes. I really and truly regret moving here and I really wish we did our research before even moving here. I feel like we made a huge mistake. If the office was more professional with everything nothing would be an issue.
The only complaint i have would be the bugs and maintence doesnt do anything to fix it. They have been out to my house three times due to the infestation in my house but all they did was set a couple traps and move on. Its a nightmare! Im not sure if all the homes are this way but if they are nothing will be done about it. Staff is very friendly i just wish maintence was better.
The absolute worst office staff I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. They are completely rude. It amazes me that anyone still lives in this community. Word of advice.... dont move here. The mobile homes are ridiculously expensive, the community is crowded, they cant keep a trash company for more than a few months at a time, they dont inform residence of important information like they should, during the summer the pool is open on the rare occasion and when it is open it is disgusting looking and not maintained, the office staff is rude especially the manager, the maintenance staff and grounds keepers are just as bad. Trust me when I say take your money elsewhere. Dont fall into their traps and fake smiles. You will end up regretting it.
I lived here as a kid... And the experience I had here was absolutely horrible... We got robbed and my mom ended up getting snatched by her hair with a shotgun at her head... Till this day I have terrible trust issues with my back facing doors and doors being open... Idk about how everything us now but when I lived there it was terrible.
Jewels is one of the best managers weve had in 15 years of living in this neighborhood
Lots of raggedy busted down trailers if only all of the trailers can look as nice as the pictures they show.
There is not to much but there are some racist people there and there lots of mexican kids and those white or black people are racist not all but some thats not right
I Really Miss Jewels She Was The Absolute BESTEST !!!!!!!
