Woha! This was a beautiful home, and so much activity. My husband is part of a paranormal investigation group celestial oddities para seekers and I decided to go along to one 7/11/20 and this was a good first experience one. We did a tour and a private investigation til 3am. The ladies there that might were also amazing

Possibly haunted, had the full tour and its amazing to hear the history of this amazing house. Sad that the city has let it go and not tried harder to preserve our history but my friend Sarah and the others in her team are doing a lot to get this house back to its original state and make it great again! Its a must see especially if you are interested in Mariettas history!

I really enjoyed visiting this historic home. Nice to see tours starting again. Still a lot of work needs to be done yet. Only a few rooms have been completed to the period, but the guides have some great stories to tell.

A step back in time. Lots of interior and exterior are still original. This building is 160 years old! Small gift shop inside too. It is,reportedly haunted. I have investigated this in the past. Well worth the visit.

We were allowed to join a private tour in the evening. The Anchorage has some great bones but having served as a nursing home for 20 plus years has left the upper floors in ruins and the grand staircase was removed. An ugly elevator shaft out front was sad to see. Our guide was energetic and had some great ghost stories that had me looking over my shoulder. The view from the tower was gorgeous.
