Love this small town trailer park

We lived there for a year without significant problems. Debbie the manager and her husband were always helpful and took of the problems fast. She is kind and professional. Park is quiet except for traffic outside but tolerable. Most neighbors are friendly. Not a fancy resort but down to earth normal neighbors. Would go back again.

Know the management team there, Floyd and Debbie. Two of the nicest people you could hope to have oversee the park. Just dont be a druggie or a drunk. Dont think that they owe you more than what your entitled too. If you can handle that youd be a welcome addition. Place is usually full because its the cheapest price for space for trailers or rvs in town.

We been here a year. Quiet only main thoroughfare traffic noise. It is clean, no one bothers you. They pick up after their pets. Laundry room with working machines. The office responds quickly and are friendly. They have our respect.

Its a good place to live.everyone knows each other and are very friendly! Debbie & floyd do a fantastic job ! Keeping the park free of all the riff raff! We all try to keep an eye out for each other.& debbie has the kindest heart ! She has helped me ! Numerous times! & i am very fortunate! As well as greatlyappreciative! For all she has done for me! I think, this is the friendliest trailer park ! You will find in manteca california!
