Apartments are maintained and well-kept the landscaping is nice the grass is well kept Play ground. Really nice area for children to play in. Its not a very big apartment complex but its not too small its in between neighbors get to know one another and to protect and watch out for each other like family all together a great place to raise a family and to live

We have been here at Almond Blossom for 18 years, and have never had a problem with either of the managers Ed or Bertha. Oh wait we go by the rules and dont try to push the envelope, there are about 136 mobile homes in this park, its too bad that John W only talked to 10 or 15 owners because he may have got the truth if he had asked everyone and not the a few radicals that always complain.As far as Berthas attitude, let me just say this if anyone got in your face yelling and pointing their fingers at you, Im pretty sure you would come off as stern or having and attitude problem.This is a very nice park quiet safe and for the most part very friendly people

Went through the monular home Park checking on a home for sale found the park very clean and neat.

Management at this place is very hostile to the manufacturer home owners and scares the owners of her. I have talked to 10 to 15 owners of these homes in this park and Bertha the manager of this place is on everyones dislike list. And not one person has anything nice to say about her. Its a shame because the old manager had everyones respect. The Postana family really needs to talk to the tenants and make this place a happy park again. Just look at the for sale signs up in the park should give you a clue of how discontent the tenants are. And this is ashamed due to the fact that these people are all independent seniors with great pride.

Own/managers is really rude

The mobil home park is clean. The woman that runs the park on the other hand is not very friendly and is very abrupt and rude. I wouldnt live here just because of her.
