Amazing park. I was really impressed on those fun obstacles in the place.

The little paved trails are great for scootering or rollerskating, and the playground is pretty great and empty most days.

A new favorite.Saw walkers, joggers, dog walkers, dog petting enthusiasts, Pokemon adventurers, cyclists, new couples, old couples, a handful of picnics and birthday parties, the occasional squirrel, and a sassy turtle in the pond.This was a good day.

Town park is so fun we walk there and the playgrounds are fun!

The kids love this place and its easy to keep an eye on them in the playground area. Good picnic areas with plenty of space. 2 playgrounds and swing set as well. The trails connect to other parks in the area. It feels very safe!

Beautiful walking trail. Just wish it was a longer trail. Feel very safe on most parts of it. Love that it connects to other parks.

Love this place!! Nice shaded trail to walk or ride!! Kids playing on the jungle gym!! Street basketball on a high level!! Weddings and Birthdays at the tabernacle!! Clean picnic areas!! And volleyball for all!! What more could you ask!!

Beautiful park, and great trails to jog. Allin all the total distance from beginning to end is about 4 miles, but they also have a spot in the middle of Kathryn Rose park where people walk, and it is around 1/2 a mile, so you can put in more miles there

I visited this park today for a choir social for my 11 year daughter who attends Mary Orr. The park has some amazing walking/bike trails. The play area was newer and had some fun fixtures. The basketball courts had enough space and the park all around was pleasant. I will definitely return to get some steps in.

Visited here for the Spooky Sprint. I live nowhere near Mansfield, but this seemed to be a really nice little park with great pathways, good basketball and volleyball courts, nice-looking playgrounds, and operating bathrooms. All that plus green space? Cant ask for much more.

Awesome longish trail to run. All paved and lots of shade! It connects 3 parks, 2 with playgrounds. Water at each place. Not usually crowded on the trail so its a great easy run!

We often park at this park & take the shaded walking trail to Katherine Rose Park. We highly recommend it for the scenery & peaceful atmosphere!

I walk enjoying the scenery then take it all in while I do work on my laptop.

Excellent park, went there today with a bunch of my friends to play Pokemon go, Had lots of fun. Wasnt too busy and a lot of the park was Available, the basketball court is almost always full tho. Great park to walk around and the trail is amazing

Mansfield thats beautiful Parks. Town Park is no exception. Although its not very large, it does have a nice playground, a nice pavilion, and the linear trail makes it seem larger with access to Rose Park and McKnight Park. The linear trail is a great trail to walk or bike.

The kids love playing in the sand on volleyball court with their toys and building sand castles. Relaxing and peaceful.

My kids like this park. My little ones and big kids can all play here. We enjoy the connecting long trail that takes us to the other park.

Refreshing to see there are still some parks around Texas that dont charge an arm and a leg just for entry. Great park, nice area and pavilions. Usually a x-fit class or something going on during the weekdays as well. Everyone always seems friendly along the entire stretch of Linear Creek. Dropping 2 stars however because there was someone recently who decided to drive his pickup on the trail going about 30 mph with no warning and almost clipped us...Did not have a workers insignia or signage on his truck and clearly did not look like an employee. Hopefully the police can monitor that a little better down the line to ensure safety, especially considering the nearest station is a few blocks away...

Best park in Mansfield. 2 full (outdoor) basketball courts, a nice, neat rubber [not sand] playground, and a huge trail with directions and place markers throughout.

Excellent path for walking, jogging, biking, or even just people watching.

This is one of our favorite parks. The playground is amazing for climbing, and there are so many other things to do also, like basketball, volleyball and a lot of nature trails to explore. We often like to walk from here to nearby Katherine Rose park.

Great place for outdoor activities!

Great small park just north of downtown Mansfield. Connects to larger Rose Park off of Walnut Creek via paved walkways/trails. Always clean and safe environment for the kids to play. Well lit in the evening as well.

We chose this park for a family outing and it did not disappoint. It has grills with covers that are pretty descent in size. There is lots of space to eat. For sport there is a volleyball pit, basketball court and a play ground. My favorite activity was bike riding the trail that led to another nearby park?

Its a well kept, nice, family park. The grand kids and I love it. I love ALL the parks in my hometown, Mansfield.

Mansfields parks are the greatest. Theyre clean and amazingly well planned out. They have some cool trails to walk and I feel safe in the area.

Nice park with a playground for big kids and another for little kids. Also volleyball, basketball and a walking trail. Covered pavilion area with tables too. Fun place for the family.

Best walking paths, play equipment and outdoor b-ball court in town. They have a volleyball court, two playgrounds for big or little kids, secured swings, and a beautiful picnic pavillion. Just a wonderful park overall for the entire family.

Wonderful park! It has a toddler area as well as one for the grade school kids. Walking area and a very large gazebo that will accommodate parties.

My wife and I love to walk at this park in the evenings. Weve never been mugged, so thats pretty good.

A nice place to take my grandson to play and he loves playing on the slides and he loves walking and running and I enjoy walking too...But the people who have dogs need to pick up the dog poop it was along the trail where people walk and run and ride their bikes and also children walk on these trails too...And parents need too pay attention to what their children are doing .....
