The season passes are around $60 and so worth it! If you go 2-3 times during the summer you would have already paid for a pass. Plus there are plenty of benefits that come with the season pass such as bringing one person free every time, entering a park 30 minutes before the public, and discounts on food. This was our first time here and we loved it! The pools were clean and they had a lot of lifeguards on duty. The outside park was clean however the bathrooms definitely need attention. The food menu is very limited so I advise to get the cooler pass and bring your own food (no fast food). The fruit bar is the best and they have elotes! They have plenty of tables in the shade for families too.

This is a good location. I havent visited the other locations in Texas, but I had a good experience here at this one in Mansfield. Friendly workers, family oriented and most of the rides were open. Got to enjoy a few on my trip there. Overall, had a good time. :))

Great family environment! Love that they play Christian jams. Perfect size with plenty to do for my 3 year old son. Prefer it over Hurricane Harbor any day! Very clean. Very affordable food prices as well.

I always enjoy Hawaiian Falls with my family but you need to CLEAN THE MOLD off of the lawn chairs. Its not a permanent stain because I was able to wipe it off with a paper towel. It is old mold and pretty gross!

Had a FANTASTIC time this morning! Everything was clean, working great, all slides open and staff were all super nice! Thank you HF Mansfield for a fun summer experience. First time visit with my wife, daughter and grandson. Overall it was an enjoyable afternoon. Most of the staff were friendly and courteous. Park was clean and everyone was doing their part to stay safe. Thank you.At about 4:30 we decided to eat. Burgers and bbq sandwiches were chosen. This is where the problem was. The staff here were less than courteous. Ignoring us when all we needed were our drinks. Less than friendly, when they showed through action that they didnt want to be there and didnt seem to care if we got our order at all. Please send these folks back through training. Your park will be better for it.We will definitely be back. Thank you again.

I like the slides and set up if this park better than Roanoke and Waco.I do wish the kids play area was a little less splashy. Which sounds weird but its just a little too much. My kids dont enjoy the contact water splashing in her face as she tries to go down the slides.The park is well spaced and has plenty of rides. The half pipe slide had an issue with tube availability, I counted 5 tubes for the slide which is too few. There tubes need a bottom and people most likely keep stepping on the bottom tearing the bottom off.I would say target audience is 6 to 14.My one major gripe is there lifeguards. They seemed disinterested and unfriendly. When trying to ride the half pipe the lifeguard was very disorganized let people cut in line etc. When we pointed out the issue she literally looked at is and shrugged.Roanokes life guards are constantly talking to us and making sure we know the rules AND are having a great time.

We have been twice in as many weeks. It has been a nice way to beat the heat and has not been too packed. We went first on a Sunday afternoon then on a Saturday morning. The water was old in the morning so when we return Id like to go in the afternoon.Our kids love it. There are enough rides for kids of all ages and thrill-seeking adults. Reasonably priced for entry and they dont fuss about you bringing our own water or snacks.We have really enjoyed our visits so far.

We had a really good time. It wasnt overcrowded. Everyone was nice and friendly and social distancing. It was really clean and they stayed open later than it said online. Perfect 4th of July

Cool place until I realize it was heavily religious. Pop songs play with words about Jesus put into them. Was standing in line waiting for a slide and one of the people asked how things were going, said it was fun having a good time etc. He told me Yeah, some times it makes me feel like Im in heaven up here....I dont have anything against religion necessarily, just a weird experience I wasnt expecting.

Super cool place tons of slides kids had A-blast super affordable on drinks pizza and snow cones. There was a place inside the waterpark that sold family friendly pineapple pina Coladas That were actually served inside a real pineapple. There was a wave pool A lazy river and approximately 12 slides. You also could rent a cabana that had a cooler and a solar powered radio. If youre anywhere in the area I recommend you go. Also we got better tickets on groupon but tickets were also affordable at the gate. Also if youre a resident of Texas you might want to look into a season pass.

THE BEST waterpark from families with children 8 and under in the Dallas area. This waterpark has so much to do for kids. It’s on the smaller side compared to Hurricane Harbor but for the price you can’t complain. My only suggestion is that the bathrooms need an update. The tickets and food are very well priced. You can also bring your own cooler for a small fee. Love it here.

Great water park for families. Its close to our new home, and we decided to get season passes this year before the subdivision pool opens. I think were going to continue buying season passes every year even after the subdivision pool opens. Our boys especially love the turtle cove and lazy river.

Get the season pass and get in 30 min before the general public. They need to clean the walls of the lazy river and maintain their tubes better. Having one color tube for the wave pool area and another for the lazy river would be a good idea

I love this place, very beautiful and parking lot is close to the entrance.

Cleaner than most water parks. Never too crowded. Lots of fun for the entire family. Employees are always on their toes on the look out to help kids, parents, and other staff.

What else can be said? The standard water park and the grandkids love it. As far as Im concerned, the cabana rental was worth it. The bathrooms are a bit dated but fully functional. Nice employees.

Love this place! Definitely can enjoy so much more than Hurricane Harbor.. love the music, great for families! For the most part the kids that are running around have respect. No matter what time of the day I go I have never had to walk very far for parking. MY ONLY COMPLAINT (well theres 2) ... The Lazy River .. please put some water in there!! If it were at least 3.5 foot deep you would be able to comfortably float without tubes and you cant! You cant take noodles or the net seat floats (sits inside the water) and float (2nd complaint) the only thing you can do unless youre really short is walk. My knees wont let me just float with the current .. Anyway, they have a 4 foot pool that I stick to .. and the wave pool (i never liked at HH but I do here) You cant make everyone happy .. but these are my opinions! Still love it here no matter because its NEVER overcrowded! This is my first time coming and buying a season pass, Ive also turned several friends into HF season passers and they all love.. they only had complaint of the Lazy River too!

My first time ever at the waterpark and the employee at the front (where you purchase tickets) didnt really know her job or the manger she asked help from because yes all though I was worried about the cabana being so close to another family I wanted both families to have social distance. If they could explained that there is a fence that separate it would have made me less nervous. I went back to let her know she said I really dont know about the cabanas.NOTE: NOT ALL CABANAS HAVE THE WOOD FENCE THAT HAS THE SEPARATION ONLY 1-4. Our cabana didnt have a safe/locker so wasnt happy about that nor did the host show up and greet us until I had to say something. As paying customer I just wanted a better experience.

Its a nice place to take ur family its best if u bring your own cooler full of drinks n food only thing they missing is a bar for the adults

We have season passes and live minutes away which makes it easy. But it has been ongoing with the staff that they really could care less on ANYTHING. SUnday 06/14/20 we were at the park around Noon. We stepped out of the lazy river at the slide location and noticed a lady what was bleeding down her legs. We quickly told the staff and were told I WILL HAVE TO TELL MY SUPERVISOR. We waited a moment knowing he cant just leave his post for safety. Nothing. We had to leave. I hope they close and clean the entire place.

Its alot of fun & very clean. Except for that food service is so slow. I wait around 30minutes for a lg pizza and it took forever to get a snowcone.

The food was absolutely bad, the burger meat was cold, the French fries were stale. besides that the water park was nice and the workers were pleasant. it’s the fact that they would charge a combo for fries and a burger only without a drink and server it cold and stale is what ruined my trip here. I would come again with friends though

I really enjoy bringing my son here. He loves the turtle area but this last visit we had yesterday actually the area was so nasty where you lounge in the chairs the ground was so disgusting!!! We were looking for Google and there were no Google to.buy I asked a few people to see if therewasback stock somewhere all they could say was I dont think so idk whats up with the lifeguards or supervisors there so ehhhh when you talk to them smh need to work on that aspect.Season pass love it but when buying it it is not clear that you can only have 2 buddies for the season pass the whole season did not like that at all so wording needs to be corrected when buying them.Omg now the women restrooms are so disgusting to the point I want to throw up like come on why cant it be fresh and clean the ground for sure needs to be cleaned it just wreaks of piss!!!!

Today is my grandson 2nd bday.. we celebrated at Hawiian Falls.. all the money we paid to get in... the restrooms were so dirty and stink so bad.. other than that everyone enjoyed themselves.. the brisket sandwiche was so good.

Its so nice to have a place to go and just relax and have fun for a few hours.

Very attractive, clean, affordable waterpark in Mansfield, TX that odds for sure a fantastic time. With such a friendly staff, amazing food stands, pools, multiple kids areas, cabanas, several slide towers, & a lazy river to take you throughout the park, you will have a great time!!!

Season pass was 60 bucks so paid for itself in just 2 visits! If you go aloft I recommend just getting the pass.

The water was nasty kiddie area isnt open wave pool is gross . The wave pool was totally gross. Not kid friendly. This was the worse opening day ever.Very poorly maintained wasnt ready to open looks to me someone . Didnt clean at all.️️️️️️️️Update I returned on june 15th . The park was back to beautiful and water clear and fully open. Great job with the new edition to kiddie land. Had a enjoyable visit this time.

Ive been several times now: during the week and on the weekend. They seem to have enough employees, however, non-lifeguard employees seem to be there for the social experience. When I see three walking around chatting or while getting food, its just past the professional side. Employees need lockers: their purses and phone dont need to be where I could see them, or where preparing/serving food. They could easily be stolen, but theyre a distraction. One of the rides was closed, but lots of employees. Lastly, when I spend a good chunk of change for a meal, Id like to eat it in peace. Bees come out of the woodwork when you set your meal down. I dont want to kill bees but could you have them removed or something? Forgot, the fake doll/child training. Dont throw this thing in the water without warning guests! My wife and few others spooked by this, just seems weird.

The first couple of times going to this water park was great but yesterday was horrible there were dead ants inside the pools and the kids pool poorly maintained and then a lifeguard tells my daughter that she is to big to get on the kids slides she is a kid let the kids have fun I don’t know what happened yesterday but it was not fun Mansfield Hawaiian falls

So we went a few weeks ago for my oldest daughters baptism. It was a great experience. My kids enjoyed playing before the big ceremony. We didnt encounter a single rude person!! I used to go when I was about 14-16 and havent been since. So it was fun to be able to experience it on a different level.

Were from waco and were told to come check the Hawaiian Falls out up here and we love it.

This Hawaiian falls is full of polite and helpful people. Its never I credibly packed and theres something to do for everyone. I love that it has small Christian sayings around the park. My boys who are 10 and 5 love it here!! Id choose this place over Hurricane Harbor any day!

Fun place to take your kids and not too crowded. Just wish the life guards at the wave pool would take their job more seriously. Too much horse play allowed and little ones can get hurt or worse. Also if you truly get hurt (not talking about life threatening) like something on the ride sticking out that cuts your skin, they will treat you like you are planning to sue them! I guess that’s what it’s come to with all the lawsuits these days it is a clean park tho!

Anytime we are in Dallas we look forward to our trip to Hawaiian Falls. This year our 2 year old was big enough to truly enjoy the park. We come as a large group and rent cabanas. The service is always great and food and drinks are delivered and refilled promptly. I even got my mom on a waterside this year...THAT was a huge win!! Cant wait to come back and watch our little ones enjoy more and more each time!

We loved it! Very family friendly, both in size and price. Plenty to do but not so huge that its easy to lose kids. Well go back for sure!Also Claire, one of the managers, was SO accommodating. She rocks!

Receptionist is nice but this location needs to make sure they update their info. 3 different websites said it was open today. Prepaid for tickets got my kids excited for a surprise trip and its closed now during the week and only open on weekends. If information is corrected we would be more than happy to try again.

We love this place. Season pass holders! Plenty slides for different ages and pools (I have 6,10,13 aged boys. Plenty shade. The bathrooms are clean most the time (keep in mind little ones going in without supervision so there will be pee all over the seat. Not water but bright yellow pee.) I’ll let staff know when it gets too bad and they get someone to start cleaning things down. Now food is a bit pricey but again we also have a choice of bringing a cooler w/charge or buy a cooler season pass. Ray (Mansfield, Tx) was very helpful this last time I went to. I complained about the beach cabanas not being fixed. They rise from wind and I didn’t want the metal piece to hurt anyone. This is also something you pay for ($10+) and want it to work properly.

This place is probably one of my favorite water parks. Its not so small that you feel over crowded and run out of activities but it is also not so big that you spend majority of your day waiting in lines

Staff is awesome! Area is clean. We were going to Hurricane Harbor when I read the reviews last night on trip advisor, omg did we ever make the right choice!!!! Got free parking, we didnt have to walk a mile AND even on a Saturday the lines for rides are so short!!!! This is awesome!!! I feel sorry for everyone at Hurricane Harbor today!Heres pictures of the lines at a ride and the food shack.***Update-We stayed until the bitter end and let me say we could not have been happier from the moment we arrived. Even though the staff was young they were trained right. Someone got sick close to where we sat and you would have thought a level one biohazard team was called out. These young gentlemen came right out, did some sort of clean up protocol, kept people from walking through the area, and poof, they were gone, all clean. It was better than Disney. I really just cannot say enough. I thought our staycation was ruined after reading the Hurricane Harbor reviews and knowing thats what we faced. Hawaiian Falls was a great experience again. #hfdoingitright

Went with a friend, two of the slides were broken but there was still so much to do. All the staff was super nice, cant reccomend the snow cones enough they were great and a good deal for the price. I got tigers blood and my friend got cherry and blue coconut. The dark blue slide near the kids section and the reef racers will give you a wedgie but still worth it.

Hawaiian Falls is THE waterpark for families! We have been coming here since they opened. It is the perfect size...not too big, not too small! Just right!

We just went there for the first time today. This place is the perfect size for a family fun afternoon. We had a great time! There are a lot of covered places to eat and sit. Ill be going back without the kiddo

The park was all i expected, my kids had a blast. Rides were fun, lazy river was great, something for all ages. What i didnt like was the Cabana, you pay for shade and a bit of privacy but the curtains are all broken, they give u clips which do not work for $100 plus entrance fees, I expected the shaded area I was promised. I would visit again but wouldnt pay for the Cabana or food.

This is a great spot for families and kids of all ages. The lines aren’t too long and the layout is easy to navigate. This water park is the perfect size for fun on a hot day. It’s easy to hit all of the slides in one afternoon. I would recommend this place

We had a blast the time we spent there was pretty fun. Until we came across a life guard named Houston. He was extremely rude to my family and I. Why Im not sure..... I just wanted the company to know. Houston isnt the most polite life guard.

Nice place, big enough to keep kids busy. Prices not bad. But access to ice water should be easy and free. The charge for taking in a cooler is too high.

Awesomeness for the whole family until my 4yr old decided it was nap time.

It was fun except they sold us a broken beach cabana. When we asked if we could have a different one, they said they were sold out. Then we asked if someone could come help us fix the broken cabana. He said yes, left, and never returned. Waste of money, but overall we had a fun time.

It’s a really fun place to go to. Some of the lifeguards (not all of them) there could care less if your drowning they only blow their whistle when you have your hands on the wall or try to go over the rope in the wave pool or try to go through the ropes and things like that. I helped two girls who were struggling to get to the shallow part of the pool, they didn’t even notice her struggling. It was around the time the waves were hitting hard. I don’t think they knew how good the waves get so those poor girls were scared. The employees (two young boys) that were working in the shaved ice station Sunday had the worst customer service they were standing around laughing all while we stood there and waited for them to start on our shaved ice. Other then that we had lots of fun on the slides and enjoyed our selfs. Oh the guys working on the fruit stand in front of the wave pool have good customer service. there’s also a few parts for the lil ones to have lots of fun, so everyone has fun. It’s a nice place I recommend it.
