This park is awesome. My son loves coming here. My only complaint is there has been 8/10 times they were out of toilet paper. If would give 4 3/4 review.

Love this park. I go 5 days aweek with my little pup. They have poop bags in case you forget to bring yours and dog fountains for their convenience. Its clean and well kept. I never take my pup to the water section and I always pick up trash that has been left behind by others. People need to do their part to keep it this way.

Nice park. Has a small pond to fish in. During the summer time they have a splash area.

Clean park include tennis court, basketball court, trail, picnic area with spaying water pond, near by there is a running track.

The park is beautiful. Lots of playground equipment for all ages and the splash pad is a blast. Great way to cool off.

This is a great park! It has everything for a wide range of ages and great vantage points for the parents. IMO best family play park in Mansfield!

Dont try to play tennis here at a reasonable time. At 9 am, an old white guy will tell you to go elsewhere. Told me that he needed 3 courts. There are only three courts at Chandler. Legacy HS courts have 10! If you need 3 courts go to a reasonable place to take courts up at!

My son had a football scrimmage over there and my other boys played at the water park it was nice

The park itself is very nice! The kids immediately got excited upon entrance. It is very well kept & one of the even better aspects are the covered bleachers! This is perfect because it is so hot out during the kiddos football games. There are plenty of courts, water play area, walking/running trails and playground area - covered at that!

This is a great park. Kids have a blast in the water area while we play tennis. Love it!

Kids favorite park & an icecream truck always shows up

Place full of activities for kids of all ages. Splash pad area is located next to smaller children activity playground. There are two playgrounds divided by the picnic tables and restroom structure. This prevents childrens bumping into injuries. The pond is near but the whole water area is not visible from the playground or the middle picnic area. Overall it is a great place for the kids especially on the hot days.

Love it. My family goes when it to hot and nothing to do. Its also free!

Covered playgrounds and splash pad are great for a hot day. Theres a gazebo area for adults and overall the place is well maintained.

Omg THEY HAVE EVERYTHING! Sprinkler with abig button for kidsto turn it on, for the little kids, big and little kid play ground, basketball court, volleyball (with sand!) There was agame going on but they made lil square for the babies to play. Pond for fishing, and a nice trail for jogging. Im in love! No handsanitizer or soap in bathroom though. BRING YOUR OWN.

Great park! It is nice to have such a well kept and thought out park. You have picnic areas, sand volleyball court, tennis court, skate park, kid zone, little river and lake, and exercise machines along the pathway.

We really enjoyed this park! I like how there was a playground for both toddlers and older children. And there is a splash pad! The play areas are not shaded, but there is an area with picnic tables fully covered in between the two play areas. A walking trail goes around the park and pond, but the pond is not guarded with rails, so be careful with the little ones! Something I thought was cute: a shallow rock creek with boulders around it for the young ones to explore without getting close to the pond. Well be back to ride bikes along the trail and play at the splash pad! Such a cute and fun park to play with the kiddos!

This is the perfect park. You can do so much here. Basketball, tennis,fish,football,sand volleyball, trails,baseball, yes to all. Water features, restrooms, grills,clean,playgrounds! All yes and just beautiful!

Fantastic park with lots of different options for different ages. The kids love the splash pad during the summer, and the playground all year long. The pond is beautiful to walk around, especially with outdoor exercise equipment stationed throughout. AND theres even a skate park!

The park is nice, but DO NOT go when the schools next to it are letting out. Its swamped with older kids so younger ones cant play. All the parents also completely fill/block the parking lot so you cant get in or out without going through a long line.

Awesome park! The splash pad is so much fun. There’s always lots of activities going on. The guy who works there is so friendly. He keeps the park super clean and makes sure the kids are always having a great time. Highly recommend.

We had our family reunion here. A little water park for the kids. A tennis court & a place to play volleyball. Theres alot to do here. I recommend this place for family outings.

First time here great location such a variety of activities for all ages! Nice big sidewalks and exercise equipment along the walk. Next time we will bring our fishing poles!!!

It’s a beautiful park that you can rent for any occasion we have used this twice for my grand daughter bday party. They have a water area for the kids to have fun

This place is well built for kids in different ages. Water fountain is very nice.Two different playing areas for younger and older kids.Polly ball playing area with sand floor is very good for younger kids to discover sand that look like beach sand. My sob loves this place. It’s worth driving 20 minutes to get there.Also there are very good tennis area as well as basketball, baseball, football.It’s small park but well organized.The only bad thing, Restrooms was very dirty and smell Bad.

I love the diversity of this park - skateboard area, walking paths, splash pad, picnic areas, sand volleyball, 2 playground areas. ALWAYS busy on nice weather weekends though.

Great park! Nice and new! Several picnic structures, lots of shady spots to sit, 2 great shaded playground structures. Tennis courts, sand volleyball, skatepark, and is also a good place to walk.

Beautiful tight-knit park where parents can sit in one location and see the kids at almost any part of the playgrounds. Cute splash pad in summer. Adorable shallow pond with ducks.

Leased the space for a birthday. All went well had a blast found it clean when we arrived and left to clean whem we left. The parking was way over crowded.

Nice playground, I prefer more grass and trees but theres something for all ages here.

Great park to enjoy time with family. There is a covered pavilion with picnic tables, a splash pad, playground for little ones and bigger kids, a walking path, open field to play ball. It truly has something for everyone.

We had a blast for my nephews 1st burthday party. It was hotter than hot but there were shaded areas to rest and the kids had a blast at the water play area

The park was very clean. Had a mini water sprinkler park and playground for the kids. Picnic area was all covered. Even though it was hot outside, there was a good breeze. The only downside is not enough parking. They should have made that area much bigger.

Excellent park, went there today with a bunch of my friends for a birthday party, one of my friends fell and broke his nose, but luckily Im a certified nursing assistant, and so we got him patched up in the bathroom. Had lots of fun besides that. One problems was that it was overcrowded and my closterphoia started acting up

The park is pretty nice. Theres a serious lack of parking on the west side of tree park especially if youre trying to get there when the kids are letting out off school. Theres a skate park, a water park, fishing pond (that needs someone who knows better about aquatic life and environment to set it up. Theres one huge bass, a few blue gills and a trout that Ive seen in the pond. Theres little to no structure in the pond. That doesnt lend to consistent breeding), football and soccer fields, basketball courts and beach volleyball. There may be more but I never go that far back. All in all, this is a nice place to go with the family and have a nice time.

This park is filled with so many things and it keeps the kids entertained for hours!

The park is always full of people, always clean, the toilets sometimes needs to pay more attention. A lot of food varaiety in the available food trucks.

Beautiful park with many activities. Only problem it gets super crowded. Keep away from school discharge hours. Youll get stuck, its used as a seconday pickup zone. Straight madness. Theres a walking trail, skate park, water park, swing sets, kid park, toddler park, tennis courts, lots of grass, and a lake. Parking is VERY limited, thats where the star went.

Has a good fishing pond

A fairly new park. All its children slides and swings are still shiny new.It has several pavilions for gatherings. Off to one side there was also a skateboard section that several kids were enjoying. A pretty good place to take your kids and enjoy some outside time.

The splash pad and swings were fun for the kids. The pavilion our church used was clean and nice to use with bbqing.

This park has a splash pad, 2 sections of play equipment based on age, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball, a pond that is sometimes stocked, and a skate park as well as multiple gazebos for shade and work out equipment. Great for kids birthday parties or a day out.

The park is well kept. They have a very good variety of different types of sporting areas such as tennis, soccer, basketball, and baseball. There is even a nice section for a childrens playground. There is not a large amount of parking at the park itself however since it is next to a middle school there is also parking that might be able to be made there.

Super fun for the kids! Love the pavilion in the middle of the splash pad and play structure, you can keep eyes on your kids while they play at both. The only thing, be careful if your kiddos go down the slides in the summer with swim suits on, it will burn their little legs and bums. But that is expected with the Texas heat. Moms, its fun to go thru the splash pad to cool off!

I love this park/playground/splash pad. I’m not alone though, it is generally pretty packed with people. If crowds aren’t your thing, you may want to steer clear or try to plan your visit during unpopular times. The thing I like about this park is how new and well maintained it is. My kids enjoy the playground equipment, and splash pad.

Decent park!

This is an excellent park to walk. It is a short distance around the pond; perfect for those who cant walk the longer yet fabulous trails located elsewhere such as Town Park, Catherine Rose Park, over to James McKnight East Ball Field. Chandler Park has a few workout stations along its walkway. Tennis courts, basketball courts, water spraying area and play equipment for the kids. The skateboard park with its ramps and banks seems to be popular also. There are also picnic tables and two pavilions for cooking out. Restrooms are conveniently located in the front. Mansfield Parks Dept is the best Ive seen !

Splash pad opens at 10am. In case you couldnt find that information. It is a lovely park. I comfortable letting my 3year old play on the toddler playground. And I agree that the red part around the splash pad is very slippery. Watched several kids fall the other day.

Nice and clean, clean bathrooms, and plenty to offer. This park has tennis courts, basketball courts,sand volleyball, a skate park, splash pad, a pond with fish, plenty of space on the playgrounds, and lots of shade.

We definitely had fun at the new splash pad, but I had to take one start away due to how slippery the red concrete around the edges of the pad can get. I saw more than a few kids slip on it.
