My wife have been attending events here for years and really enjoy the small up close environment. But at a recent concert we noticed a sign posted at the ticket window no alcohol permitted. In the past it was BYOB, so be aware.

This place is recently renovated and still improving. Just bought by the city of Mansfield. Theyre doing all sorts of free and cheap activities here its amazing.

What a great, intimate venue to see a musical performance! The owners have done an outstanding job of restoring the nearly 100 year old theater, retaining the original character and excellent acoustics of the structure. And their new HD movie projection system and state-of-the-art sound system make it an incredible place to see a movie. This is a must-see, must-experience place in north central Texas.

Charles Morales has closed down a jewel in the rough because he is a big baby who doesnt want more art coming into Mansfield. He says the city is wanting to put him out of business with The Lot being built, but he closed the theater on his own. Its too bad that he couldnt work WITH the city to make both venues prosper, instead he is at home crying about his driveway on Kimbell street, the theater and the Harrison house being used as storage. Cry Charles, cry.

The Addams family performance was great.
