Seems to be cleaned up alot since last time I was there a few years ago but they have also made it super crowded for the ppl who live there ...just putting trailers on top of trailers really

Buyer/renter beware. I didn’t have a good experience. When I asked to speak to the owners or upper management they refused to let them know I needed to talk with them SMH.. manager was nice at first. But when I need some Maintenance on a brand new mobile home she acts like o I’ll send someone over. No one ever showed up... the neighbors have loose dogs and don’t care that they are loose. I told her I was done and asked if I needed to do anything else she said no. But to come out that was a lie! So if a person named Dana/owner see this I believe you are her manager please message or call me. I would love to share my experience with you.

Lived here for about 10 years maybe even more, honestly love it, love the people there, Frances and the owners are trying to make the place a better neighborhood. Sadly I moved out because I bought my own land, but if I didn’t buy it, I’d probably still be there, amazing neighbors, everyone will take care of you, it’s like living close to your own family.

Paved roads, new homes, quiet neighborhood, good size yards, nice neighbors, great management, Roosevelt district, Country feel but close to the city. Been here since I was a kid and now I’m growing my kids here in a great community so many improvements, this is place is just getting better.

They have updated the streets and added a basketball court. Clean and quiet.

I absolutely love this park, so much potential! Frances has done an awesome job, along with the new owners, in turning this place around. Just glad I get to now be a part of this transformation!

Great place to live with family or safe to live alone, kid friendly school bus runs though the park drops your child off at or near you house management is great Ive lived here 17 years with no problems good neighbors we watch out for each other new trailers for rent or to own you can also bring your on trailer worth taking a look

I’ve been living here for four years and it’s management is awesome! There have been some great improvements in the park

Love the homes there nice and beautiful and the property manger is great she works with you and if there is something wrong shell send someone out to fix it right away

I cant give an honest rating for this place as I only visited it on Google Maps looking for a person selling a boat. A reader would do well reading reviews from others who have been there or live close.

Turning into a very Nice park, an Trust worthy My packaging always remains on my Steps.

I have live here since 1986. Finally in 2019 the streets have been resurfaced. This means rent increase.It is now 2020. I have been here for 34 years. They still doing work on the streets. So far it looks like they building better parking spaces in front of the homes, but not wide enough. When it rains hard you still have a lake on reach side. They are not finished yet because it rained yesterday and today. I have a lake and mud hole in front of my house like I always do when it rains.

New roads, 80 new units being brought in and for sale by owner, great place to raise a family, less than 20/25 minutes to just about any place in Lubbock, quiet and under new management, friendly and knowledgeable staff. For manufacturer housing this is a very nice and affordable place to live, great school and buses run through the park making it easy for parents who work. This is the nicest Ive seen in years and Fransis the manager has been amazing, transforming a once run down place into a great clean place to raise a family, I believe they have some limited RV spaces but not sure . Water quality is checked and maintained from an outside source and actually taste great . If your interested in buying a mobile home check with them first, the ones they have available are beautiful inside and out and come fully set up with steps and decks, something you cant get with purchase and usually cost several hundred dollars. Before buying elsewhere take a drive and see, it will be worth your time

Frances Pacheco is so great with the community and is very good at being on top of everyones needs.

Nothing but drug dealers or people being nosey in other peoples business or theiving. Not a very well place. It would be real nice because its in a good area.

Have family living there, their roads need fixing, 2/2019- finally getting their streets fixed. Very happy for them, cant wait to see it finished.

The Manager is very careing and always there when you need her just give a call she will always be glad to help you.
