Better than Applegate

Management always complained about the children playing in the playground there. Try to tell my kids they they were not allowed outside. Management was very nosey with who was visiting my home. Maintenance there was very comfortable I couldnt even sun bath without being watched and creeped on. Very weird man . I guess he thought he would see something. After I rented a uhaul to move out they try to put a letter on my door saying I had 3 days to move, after I was already going to move, they are crooks and tried to mess up my credit by giving me an eviction but I was always on time paying my rent and they were passed i was moving on my own. I would not recommend this place.

I have had the chance to meet the manager and she is doing a fine job keeping scourge away..This place looks clean and I would consider renting there!

My family has lived here for 9 years weve never had any problems managers work with you if you need something I like living in this mobile home park one big family

Very nice roads & nice trailers with friendly people that’ll wave & day hi, unlike many other trailer communities.

Very nice homes at affordable prices. They do seem to keep up with the park. It appears to be well maintained. Office staff is amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately the ONLY reason i chose to pass up the beautiful trailer was because of the electric company that provides services in that area.

As I pass by daily. Ive had a chance to speak to the gentlman. Which was pretty helpful and well yo the point. It looks disciplined. Its pretty nice and looks safe for children to play. The only thing I do not see is a play ground for them. But good

Back when my grandmother Kloma Clark ran this park the grass was green, there were constant upgrades, and a park monitor so therefore little crime and theft. There was a waterfall, volleyball court, childrens play equipment, a back-end basketball court, and a playground fence put in but now every year since she no longer works there and is deceased, and with the fact that Bruce Frank is such a frugal penny-pincher that Im sure the park is getting decrepit and his profit margin has decreased exponentially.

Currently living in the mobile home park and so far so good, very little if any drama goes on around here
