Seems like a nice quiet park to live. If we ever do move ill give them a shot.

Upgraded the trailer park nice place if looking for a nice trailer house

I do not find the management to be discriminatory as some people have stated. Becky is trying to fix this park up & people dont like being told to cut their grass or clean up their yard or move their cars that dont run. Im paying mortgage on a very nice trailer, but lived in an old moldy one for a year before I bought this home. I am very pleased with the park (except for the roads) and, especially, the manager. But then I have a clean property & keep up my yard . I just wish all my neighbors would do the same as it would make the property value go up. Wake up, people and clean your damn yards and pay your rent on time. Then you will like management because you are being a good tenant. Have pride in your home!! Its YOUR home. CLEAN IT UP......

The roads have so many pot holes that have been there forever and nothing gets done about it. Eventually someone is going to mess up their car driving in to visit

Manager was rude.. Although looks like trying to upgrade to better lookineg mobile homes still looks trashy..dogs lose and running around.. Some places have trash piled up which causes bugs.. Trailers are so close to or another u can hear ur each other and no parking

Ive never had problems with management but then again i pay my rent on time and keep my area clean.

Manager has discriminated against disabled people. She has harassed people. Lied on people when all they are doing is trying to live. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE AT ALL. THERE IS A FAIR HOUSING ACT COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS PARK

A lot of newer trailers but some run down ones also. The roads in the trailer park have big holes throughout & management does fix the roads somewhat. Lots of holes. Maintenance tried to keep the trash picked up.

This mobile home park is sketchy and you can get your vehicle broken into if youre not careful.
