Bought my double wide home here was very pleased they are to the point and dont give you alot of bs like some of there competitors ask for Sandy she is awesome.

Sandy was absolutely wonderful! I saw an AD posted on Facebook for a home that was definitely in our range. She also showed us many options that we also had. We are from Midland and Sandy kept in contact with us and made sure that she had plenty of time to help us. We are very indecisive so when it came to buying a home we viewed many of them multiple times. Sandy was so nice and was not pushy what so ever. This made our experience a fantastic one. The company is very transparent and tells you everything that you need to know without hidden fees. She explained everything very well, and for an extremely busy Saturday she did a wonderful job. Excited to proceed with the rest of the steps of buying a home with them.

Let me start by clarifying that my wife Ivonne Chaparro, and I did purchase a home from Mustang Homes. We called after a year of having our home to have its repairs done. Nobody came to take care of them. After multiple calls to the office and being transferred and put on hold and even hung up on, we realized they were just sending us on a wild goose chase. It has now been about 4 years that we have purchased our home from them and can honestly say it’s been a terrible experience. We just want everyone to be careful and know that what happened to us can happen to them as well.

I have purchased 3 homes from Julie Davis at mustang. This is a great place to buy homes from. Service has always been great and the manager is awesome. He even bought me lunch.

Great experience till you need help. Archives lady is so rude and can not be bothered to help you. I am very upset and could go into great detail but what is the point, she has made it clear that I do not matter.

Hello all,To whom it may concern. I decided to purchase a home from mustang home and land in lubbock. at first we were supper excited for the new home this quickly became a nightmare that i wish i had never had. Julie Davis the sales person had been the most helpful within her power. She designed the most beautiful home in looks. Unfortunately this company had the worst manager that they can have Steve. it all started with the PAD for the trailer he contacted someone to do it and they messed it all up now water is stuck around my house. ( a house i cant 100% move in) he told me that he would just pay my brother to fix it what kind of company does this? i pay what they told me i needed to and gave them cash for a job? . From this point on this went south Steve is the most rudest person that this company may have he talks over his customers hangs up on them and tries to run away from the problem. The home got delivered and here came more problems. He continue to call me and tell me that someone would be there to tie it down and no one showed twice. Causing me to miss work THE REASON WHY I CAN NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE BECAUSE HIS EMPLOYEE SERVICE MANAGER DECIDED TO WALK INTO MY HOUSE TO FIX THE BACK SPLASH THAT HAS BEEN FALLING APART STEVE DID NOT LET ME KNOW SOMEONE WAS GOING TO BE THERE I WASNT HOME AND MY MOTHER WAS NOT EITHER I COME HOME AT NIGHT AND FING THAT THE BACK SPLASH IS FIXED I HAVE FOOTAGE OF THIS PERSON OPENING THE HOUSE AND DOING WHY HE DID WITHOUT ANYONE BEEN THERE SO THIS MAKES ME WONDER HOW MANY OTHER KEYS ARE OUT THERE TO MY HOUSE. WHICH IS ELAGAL UNDER SECTION 30.05 TRESPASSING ( AND I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE LAST OF THE CONSEQUENCES). By this time i have argued and used some ugly language to Steve because he never lets the customer my self speak and doesnt listen, and he always talking on top of customers. he has the wort manager or customer service you can ever find.

Sandy was very knowledgeable and didnt rush us at all, she sat and answered all our questions and she wasnt pushy.

These homes are really up-to-date and modern looking. The prices of them are very reasonable. Sandy has been taking such good care of me, even knowing that I cant buy at the moment. She took the time to show me all the ones that were in my interest. It is in the middle of July so it is hot in there. But Sandy wanted to make sure that I would find one that is perfect for me and my husband. And we did! We have looked at other places and they dont have quite the uniqueness as mustang home does. Sandy is an excellent person to work with and highly recommend her and mustang homes. This is just one picture that shows how unique their quality is and doesnt make it look like atypical Mobile home. I cannot wait to purchase this!

This is probably the worst company ever. If you are buying a new home. Because my mom bought a new manufactured home from mustang mobile home in Lubbock Texas in 2014. And mustang used Western mobile air to install her central air conditioning system/heater unit. The first time the AC unit broke it had a leak in it. They came out and fixed it ok. But this is where it gets muddy. 4 years later out AC is going out, so I check warranty only has 5 on compressor 1 on parts. Someone did not tell my mom to register for 10 year parts and compressor. Then I come to find out that they put a Revolv as the evaporator coil. And the condenser is a coleman. They mixed matched air conditioning system but why. Isnt it supposed to be the same brand inside and outside I think so. Such as if you get a Goodman then you get a Goodman condenser and a Goodman evaporator coil right, yes. For all I know it could have been a used system they gave her. Such a bad company. I am going to call them tomorrow to see what they can do because I think a lawyer is needed in this situation. We might have to buy a whole new air conditioning system. Also, when my mom got the house moved on her land they broken water pipe but they fixed it but it took some being angry towards them before they did it. Also, our water heater went out in 2 weeks from moving into house. They came and replaced it with a smaller one. I told them that they need to put the same one in and they said they did but I dont trust them. Water will last about 15 minutes for a single shower. I believe they used a used water heater just like they did with the Central air system. Also, the light switches in the bathroom where put on backwards. If you dont want to have a headache then do not buy a manufactured home from this company. Go to palm Habor, Oak Creek homes, ect but not this company.

It’s been 2 years and we are still waiting for them to do repairs that were supposed to be taken care of within the first year. We’ve tried contacting them and they are no longer trying to help us. I do not recommend them at all. We are very upset with how they’ve taken care of our situation. Very unprofessional.

Sandy was awesome to work with. Didnt show us homes above our budget . Prompt on getting back to us and always made sure we understood everything. She made for a pleasant experience.

If I was gonna go into depth it for sure as hell wont be with these people ! Next time actually get to know your customer before you base them off what there wearing!!
