The staff here are amazing. They communicate with all the vendors very well! Ive done multiple weddings here and the service is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and organized. They definitely make sure youre well taken care of!

This is a gorgeous venue! The windows, light and nature is beyond lovely. The staff go above and beyond. I loved working here, and hope to be back soon!

I had my wedding reception here and everything was amazing. Beth was great to work with and the venue is beautiful. The floor to ceiling windows provide the feel of an outdoor reception without you having to worry about the weather, and theres a great view of the creek. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I had a one day conference there and loved it. It is such a unique and peaceful venue. It is a new facility and very modern, clean, and perfectly set up for moderately sized seminars and conferences. There is also a boat launch around the corner if you want to go kayaking, not to mention the miles of trails for biking, running, the dog run. This place is everything to all outdoor people.

Beautiful wedding and reception done here. Great time, great food buffet, real good DJ W/fun music choices for dancing at reception. Not to mention the FREE BAR opened up soon as the doors did too the building even before the nuptials & stayed open through entire reception! The provided wait staff were very nice and helpful all evening too. BEAUTIFUL venue IMO!!

My husbands work held thier yearly Christmas party here and I was very upset about it! Compared to other venues this one was horrible! The food was awful and the deserts were even worse! I would never book anything at this place! Ive never complained so much about food at a venue or party before in my life! Thank goodness they change venues every year cause as amazing as the party itself is I would not attend it.

We look forward to many more weddings and events to come at Gheens. We love the facility and staff is wonderful

My wedding was May 25th and this venue was amazing. Shout out to Toni & Alyssa for answering all of my questions, making the perfect suggestions, and allowing my crazy family to take over for the day. You all were truly amazing! Everyone was able to find the place, and even though the splash pad was open they had someone closed off the parking lot and allowed ample amounts of spots for all of my guests. There is so much space in the venue I dont believe anyone every felt crowded, and all of my vendors were able to pile in, set up, and get the job done without having to step over anyone else. If you are wanting a venue that allows you the freedom of ceremony & reception in the same area, and a great back up plan for rainy days, I highly suggest this place right here!

Nice facility for smaller receptions and company functions. You have to use their catering options, but they are okay.

My husband and I got married here in June at Gheen’s Foundation Lodge. Our venue was absolutely beautiful with floor to ceiling windows and incredible natural views. For the price you will pay here, you won’t find anywhere with more natural beauty or space anywhere near the Louisville area! Not to mention, the staff at Gheens was AMAZING and was there to help us every step of the way! Not only did they help us figure out the setup for our big day, they also connected us with vendors, helped us with setup on the day of, and were on hand until the end of the wedding to help out! A big shout out to Toni Woodard, who was so sweet and so great at communicating with us and answering any and all questions we had. Overall, this is just an incredible venue and I have absolutely zero complaints. Would definitely recommend to any bride out there!

Very good place to have a meeting.

This place is just BEAUTIFUL. Caitlyn is fabulous to work with and very accommodating. Do your best to book this place early!! It is well worth it. With the large windows and beautiful landscaping and trees in the background means very few decorations are needed. I got married in October and it was PERFECT. I could not have picked a better venue. They are very helpful with the layout, having a plan B (for rain if youre getting married outside), and ensuring vendors are all set. The place was clean and ready to go when we came. I cannot express enough how awesome this place is! The bridal suite has tons of mirrors and plugs and can be locked when you leave the room. The staff is just amazing. You guys have got this down to a T!

This place is beautiful! It was kind of hard to find and Google maps leads you to the wrong spot, but once you get there its a really nice venue.

The ballrooms have great views of the creek out back and the back porch area is nice to sit and watch the park. The facility is great for events.
