I stopped by the factory on my way home from Thanksgiving to see about repairing a club that suffered a head and shaft separation. If you decide to visit I suggest calling ahead first. I dont think they get much foot traffic because the front door into their small, but nice, showroom was locked. I called their number and they let me in. They accepted my club for repair and regripping. The cost was very reasonable and I received it much sooner than expected. I was well satisfied.
