The influx of hipsters into Chinatown is diluting Chinatowns cultural significance & is a display of historical ignorance. Nothing in this establishment contributes to preserving or lifting the Chinese image, not traditional values or even modern aesthetics. Chinatown isnt here to be cheaper rent per sq ft than silverlake & it shouldnt take this gentrification. While perhaps nothing is so bad with the shop itself, its choice of location shows disrespect.

Dealing with this company has been an extremely painful experience.A while ago I ordered a record for my boyfriend and tried to surprise him by having it be shipped to a friend. I was unaware that this package would have to be signed for, and as the friend was at work, the package was not signed for.My package was then sent back to Ghost Ramp, where it sat at a LA USPS office for over a month. All this time I had been trying to contact Ghost Ramp to see where the package was and what I needed to do in order to either get it, or get refunded for it.Finally when I got a reply they made it sound as though everything would be worked out quickly and with ease, oh how far from the truth this was. I have been sending/getting emails back and forth for several weeks now, I just want my money back and even that process is proving to be more difficult than it needs to be.At the time of writing this review, I have been told I am going to be refunded. I was told I would receive an email that day, and that the payment itself may take a week to process. 7 days later, still no confirmation email, no money in my account, no emails from Ghost Ramp.I go out of my way to support smaller businesses, but on this occasion I will just be going to Amazon when I get my money back from this company.I would advise (if they care) that they improve their response time with their customers. Waiting for up to several weeks just for an email reply is ridiculous.

Ive been here three times during open store hours and all three times they were closed when their website says they shouldnt. Its not worth going all the way to Chinatown for a store that cant even be run properly
