Absolutely horrible response time. They book interviews and then ghost. Completely disorganized and Disrespectful of one’s time; an absolute joke of a company.

The Grapevine Agency is a wonderful agency that has a high level of regard for both their nannies, assistants and clients. Lori, specifically is in her bailiwick and is very conscientious and thorough towards both parties’ individuals needs. Los Angeles is very competitive with high-end clients and this agency is very selective as many other agencies will take almost anyone. It was refreshing to work with such professionals.

Rachel is upfront, personable, and genuinely seeks to connect the most qualified nannies with a family thats a fit.

I wish this agency cared about its nannies like they advertise. The interview in itself was completely degrading and so heartbreaking, I couldnt even believe the way I was treated. Heavy age discrimination and lack of common respect. I definitely had higher expectations. :(

They never ever respond to me send them countless emails and called!
