Decided to stay here for my birthday, A couple of weeks ago. First of all they made a mistake and cancelled my reservation, Said i was supposed to check in on Friday and my check in was actually on Saturday. I have the email to prove they made the mistake. Had to make a second reservation, Because they cancelled my first one, So now they had to charge a second card, Which left me with less funds. Stressing me out. They said Money had already been refunded and now two weeks later i have not received my full refund. Have had to call them several times, Only to be disconnected every time and having to call back and be on the line with someone for at least 30 minutes. Good Management would have taken care of this immediately. Will keep calling till i receive my refund in full.
I have a great time each and EVERY time I stay and play with them. Great security, great games and a fun atmosphere. I never question my safety where where as I might at some other hotel who’s names I won’t mention. If you’re in town pick up a show! If you are in town for a few days pick Cesar properties!
Recently, we had a horrible experience at Caesar palace hotel in the Las Vegas strip. Someone broke into our hotel room while we were at the Celine Dion show. The burglars messed up the room and stole a MacBook Air laptop as well as other electronic equipment. The hotel security were very incompetent in dealing with the situation. They asked us to write a report and go back to sleep. The worst part of the story is that the hotel did nothing not even an investigation.update as of Jan. 02, 2018 - The hotel concluded the investigation and sent me the email below without providing any details of what was investigated and what kind of facts were assess. Over the phone I found lots of holes in the report and intend to take the hotel to court of law.here are the email:================================We completed a thorough review and investigation of your incident. Based upon a careful analysis of the facts presented to us, we have concluded that there is no evidence to suggest that Caesars Palace was negligent in any way in this situation. While we certainly recognize this was an unfortunate event, we must respectfully deny all liability for this incident on behalf of Caesars Palace. Please be advised that the Statute of Limitations for property damage claims in Nevada is three (3) years from the date of loss.Caesars Palace appreciates your business and we hope that you visit them again in the future.==========================Never again in Caesar palace!!!
