We love Cinemark at the Pike. For years it has been the only movie theater I would consider going to. The reclining seats are clean and huge and comfy like sofas. The concessions are great, including Starbucks and alcohol. And theres a cute little photo booth that you can use if you like that sort of thing. The parking garage is clean and organized and If you park on the 3rd floor there is a bridge leading straight from the garage to the shopping center so you dont have to wait in an elevator. of course there is validation. So its free.Its in a beautiful part of town by the ocean. The drive along Ocean Boulevard is gorgeous. And most recently I became a movie rewards member which means I save money every single month, and get 20% off concessions which you know is a big deal. As a family we have always come here. Its simply the best. And really the reason we first started coming here was because it was cheaper than Edwards or regal which I didnt even understand because they dont even compare. This place was brand new & sparkling. It was simply a no-brainer.

Even though there was a long line, the attendant got everyone taken care of quickly and in a timely manner. The attendant explained calmly how the seating works. I went in the morning for the early bird special and that helped save a lot of money. Seats were very comfortable, they also recline. Very spacious. Clean lobby and theatre. Staff helped me with any questions I had.

Great place to see a movie, fantastic recliners, with good restaurants surrounding it. I would recommend using Fandango or another app to reserve your seats ahead of time, also to check the capacity of that particular screening. The early-morning screenings are cheaper and usually not as crowded. Though how they managed to keep the bathroom floors so sticky Ill never know.

The theater in itself is nice; its pretty clean, the chairs are comfortable, and the food is good. There are also quite a few restaurant options around the area, which causes the places to be a bit crowded. However, it does make for a romantic date since its close to the water.

Comfortable setting, I enjoy visiting with my son, my brother and friends. The snacks are tasty, bathrooms are clean, fun place.

I was here on 11/23/19 with my son to watch the movie Joker in room # 4 this place its great..But here I come the maintenance is NOT GOOD its just DIRTY the carpet need to be cleaning ASAP the seats need to be replaced or upholstered with new material.Hey is understandable it is a movie theater all kind of people everyday. Thats exactly why you guys must be on top of the maintenance. Hey if people go to the movies is because they want to have a good time eat your popcorns drink whatever you like and watch the movie right? But in a nice and clean place. THATS WHY WE PAY FOR THE TICKET.NOTHING PERSONAL THANKS.

This is one of the better theatres around. And the fact that they have a wine and beer bar and pizza hut inside makes it even better. Its real nice to be able to drink a beer or have a glass of wine while watching a movie....Keep it up Cinemark at the Pike. You have exceeded my expectations. I love you

Went to see Hustlers had a great experience. Serve alcohol now only allowed to buy 2 which was great, I had a mimosa & a strawberry daiquiri I was buzzed but not too tipsy. But if you want to see It Chapter Two you have to be 25 yrs old & up, I saw that they allowed this female 23yrs old purchase a ticket for herself & 4 children then when she went inside they wouldnt allow her to see the show in which the ticket both out front shouldnt have sold her the tickets if that was the case. But all & all I had a great time and I will be back.

One of the best Cinemark with great options for screens, seating and parking. Their Tuesday student deals are bargain. The location is one of the coolest places in Long Beach.

I went to go see the Sonic The Hedgehog movie and the experience is just amazing I would always recommend coming to the Cinemark because of its experience and the locale in Long beach is so good as well because of the shops and restaurants nearby to be able to spend some quality time with friends and family. First off they charge for jalapenos. Its not an expensive theater and thats a good thing, their luxury seats below average definitely. And their customers service needs some more practice. Was hoping for better being so close to a main attraction for the area but I was definitely disappointed.

Theater is nice clean. There should be a restroom outside the ticket area. Had to go through the ticketed area to use restroom in the back of the complex then walk to front to get my snacks then back again to theater which was near the restroom.

Mgr.(Javeir) No help, walked away. Machines off line/ dont work. Long line one worker checking line on heaviest night of traffic. Lost seating from computer failing. After 30min in line no more seats for movie. Customers make business. No Customers no business.

My favorite theater for years now..... the rooms always fresh & clean... the stadium-like seats always prove a great view of the movie.... prices a bit high, but that is on every theater now....love the ferry wheel outside the theater

We had a great experience. Lines were quickly helped, prices are average, screens were great quality. Bathrooms could have used a bit more attention but when you have so many people using one restroom its surely going to get a bit messy.

Clean bathrooms and theatres. Watched Ford vs Ferrari, well worth the price of admission. Service great, friendly staff. Will revisit this site again.

Very warm and cozy movie theater could use some vending machines like for water and smaller snacks but overall its great atmosphere.

This is the best theatre to go, but the seats could use an upgrade and turn down the A/C!

I love the pike. I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school, but I found it so odd that they didn’t wanna let my 2 year old in past 6 pm. I have never had this problem. I take my child in at 11 pm at amc all the time with no problem. So what’s the problem with letting him in passing 6 pm at the pike ??

Reclining seats in all theaters very comfy. But if buying tickets at the door allow a few extra minutes as picking out a seat slows the line Validation for the nearby parking structure is available. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. All tickets are $7 50 on Mondays.

Handicap stall is out of service more than its in working order on the right side of the theater. They refuse to notify guest with mobility issues and refuse to post when the stall is out of service.As a person with mobility limitations I need a heads up so I can get to the other side of the theater without incident. Ive asked management 4 times to post a notice or let people know if a handicap stall is out of service. So far they refuse to.

I treated myself to a movie and had fun. Seating is very important in order to see and enjoy the movie. It can be 2 hours. Seating is reserved so you have to take whats left. I was right in front once. Crazy.

Comfortable seats. Just double check which row is front and back when choosing seats. Front row sucks.

Nice location but needs more cashiers, long waiting time

While it’s nice to be able to reserve your seating ahead of time and be able to enjoy the large reclining comfortable seats, this movie theater is not a clean one. A large amount of the bathroom stalls in the women’s restroom were out of toilet paper and the bathrooms were not clean. Our seats when we got to them were covered in popcorn crumbs and there was trash underneath the seat. Not worth the expensive movie ticket prices.

Right in the center of the pike outlets and walking distance to shoreline and downtown. Perfect date night setting. They have a small bar in the theatre also but my favorite; hot Cheetos with nacho cheese on top

Best theatre to go to in Long Beach in my opinion, close parking, comfortable seats and alcoholic beverages available.

Definitely get matinee tickets online so you dont have to stand in line. Dont forget to validate parking! And dont try to bring in large bags... Not allowed.

I really enjoy their seating. Their seats are super comfortable and I just love that they recline back. The only thing that I dont like is that they sell alcohol now.

Haven’t been to The Pike in awhile. Came for a birthday party. I must say if you are watching a good movie don’t pull the seats out (recliner style) I guarantee you will fall asleep. Oh ad the bar drinks were very strong. Perfect for a kids movie lol.

Amazing! The seats are so comfy. This is my go to theater. Even though night tickets are a little pricey, matinee tickets are cheap for the comfy reclining leather seats that they have.

This is by far the best theater Ive ever been to. Saw three great movies in the past month and the employees there were amazing each time. Their reclining seats are the most comfortable and the prices are affordable. I would highly recommend this theater to anyone who asks.

About two years ago this was my favorite place, but now not so much. There are so many guetto people. Management isnt sending anyone into the auditoriums to remove annoyingly loud and disrespectful people. When I attempted to speak with a manager there was nobody to be located. Sad to experience and have to write this awful review.

Its usually a good experience. The seat are a bit worn out and old. Someone did steal my drink off the counter when I wasnt looking, but the manager was nice enough to replace it at no cost.

If you don’t mind peopke talking and answering texts while watching a movie. Then this is the movie theater for you because you fit right in.

Good theater, comfy seats. They just added alcohol sales which is cool. Concessions are a crowded awkward mess. The line setup is awful and its always huge lines.

I visited on the captain marvel fan event, and they handled the event very well, everyone was working fast to get the snacks out and to answer any questions we had because it was my first time visiting. The seats are really comfortable, the only complain I was have is that the letters werent that visible to everyone a couple of people asked me what row it was and I told them and then I pointed out the letter on the floor. It should be a little bit more visible but thats my only complaint.

Did not see a cinema but rode the ferris wheel and got ice cream and shopped. It was a good experience with funny employees . Watched them help a child about 10 get over the freak of going to the top . Very helpful. Loved the giant chairs you could take your picture in and being on top of the ferris wheel you could see the ocean, the queen Mary, the lighthouse . And some of the city. Very picturesque. Had a great time .. would vist again and again .. oh and zoltan was a fun side amusement .

The experience was good, but charging for a lap sitting 2yo is a little much. The snacks should cover a 2yo. The theater was clean, comfortable and had a good atmosphere.

Its a mess in there. Yall got way too many employees there is no reason why a movie theater should he that dirty. Other than that I really enjoy the leg room and reclining seats!

Favorite theatre, the reclining chairs are my favorite part of this cinema and the inside entrance mural is beautiful since it pays homage to the old pike theme park. The surrounding area is always fun to walk around, shop and eat.

All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. The theaters are extremely well kept and clean. The seats are oversized and extremely comfortable.

Im an avid moviegoer, so Ive been to many theaters. Cinemark at the pike is the best because it is the most comfortable. They have these huge recliner seats that will put u to sleep if your not careful. Plenty of leg room and they also have Pizza hut pizza which is a bonus.

This is my home theater. The loungers make for a wonderful movie viewing experience. They could stand a bit more staff at concessions given that it was opening week for the Avengers Endgame.

We watch the last jedi it was the best except the price of the snacks

Good cinema, lots of room and very clean. Only annoying thing is they don’t allow you to bring bags in to the movie theater why I have no clue, not well explained online. Why not just do a bag search. The location is in the middle of tons of shops so if you randomly decide to watch a movie you can’t come in? not everyone drives right
