Funny thing is that I didnt visit Paradise Bay. My phone prompted me to review the place because I was stopped in front of it for a good 10 minutes because that traffic light at Grace & St. Charles sucks. However, I have been to this place a few times. Its decent fun and the kids love it.

Great fun. A little crowded, but what do you expect when its almost 100 degrees out.

Great park... call ahead they dont tell u when they are closed for private parties online.. we drove only to find out some one rented the park for a party but when we have gone its been great

Great place for family pool fun. Its clean and there are water areas for all ages. They have a lap pool, diving well, three slides and more.SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE LIFEGUARDS. They do a great job. Ive never seen them act unprofessional. They take their job very seriously and it is much appreciated.

Great water park

I spent the day with my son here for his birthday,and he loved it! There are many things to do like the diving boards and slides! I was surprised that the snacks are reasonable prices! There are many life guards on duty,so that was a big hit with me!

Love this place!!! Has water slides and a twister that is fun as well!!! They also have an obstacle where you cross it while holding a rope. A kiddie section, a diving sectiin and a swimming only section!!! Great place!

First time here with the grandkids. Beautiful, clean waterpark. The kids are having so much fun. Ill definitely will bring them back. A lot of lifeguards around the pools. Safe place to bring the kids.

Nice large pool and water slides w plenty of lawn chairs. It was nicer once all the camp kids left.

Ive been to this place four times in the last year and love the indoor water park for kids.

The pool is nice, but there isnt a whole lot to do outside of the water slides. Toys are not allowed and even tag is frowned upon. The pools themselves are nice and the there is a decent variety of pools there too.

Very reasonable prices....you and your family will love this water park and they have a section for adults and a section for toddlers......my family and I love this place i highly recommend for family outtings or even just to chill .....they also have like 2 to 3 lifeguards at every pool and they will make you feel comfortable ......GREAT PLACE

Worth for the price... Had a great time.. two of the rides are only for swimmers, but no boards say that.. this park is good for kids..

Im SO glad they redesigned this water park years ago! Weve taken swim lessons there, hosted a birthday party, and kept cool during those hot summer days! I love the different pool options available. Something for everyone! And the snack bar is convenient too!

Lifeguards from the slides suck, my child almost drowned thank God I was paying attention had to jump in to get her while lifeguard was distracted talking to another person. Kiddie pool was decent. Besides the scare at least the water was clean.

The facility is clean and the slides are well maintained. The concession stand is reasonably priced.

A great water park for families!

Went here for a kids bday party. Nice and clean. Lifeguards on deck at all times. 2 different areas for smaller kids and big kids/adults.

Great staff, clean facilities, well worth the 45 minute drive. Would recommend Paradise Bay to anyone.

I had a ball with my grandchildren! A lot of people there but not too crowded to enjoy ourselves!

Nice family ambiance. Clean water and lots of life guards that I can trust the kids being alone without being helicoptered.

Nice low key Waterpark we used for family reunion.

We stood there waiting to pay for over 5 minutes while the receptionist talked to her friend. I finally had to interrupt her to pay. But the facility is nice

Really a good place for families. They have small pool for children (under 42 inches ) from 1 year to 4 year. My daughter who is 18 months enjoyed so much..my son is 7 yrs he also loved that waterpark...

When I drive by it looks like a nice place to take the kids

Today is the first time I come here. Great place however my only issue is that it’s too expensive if you live outside of Lombard. For me and 2 kids $41 vs $24. I planned on staying a while since it was a pretty penny just for one day at the pool. Suddenly when I decided to stay till closing time (8:30) some one the speaker said they’re closing at 5 and will reopen at 6:30, just my luck. Won’t be coming back! For the price I might as well have gone to a REAL WATER PARK!

Slides are good. Crowded on hot days. On those crowded days, lots of hair in the pool. Water was cloudy which was a little off putting. High dive and low dive, aswell as a slide. 12ft deep water on those amenities. The deepest free swim pool is 5ft at its deepest and 3ft at its shallowest.

Great place but high prices for a local pool

First time coming, would come again! Much larger than I will expected for a community pool. Great waterslides and water attractions for all ages, and each swimming area was easy to access.

Very racist and mean spirited staff towards people of color. Our kids were denied access to a section of the park supposedly because of their height but the staff member turned around and allowed someone of their same color to gain access to the area. We reported it to the management on staff who stated from here on out we will keep an eye on this and won’t allow anyone that doesn’t meet the height restriction access. We requested a refund to leave because we hadn’t been there long but was told no refunds were allowed. We left and I emailed the Director Mr Littwin and he never even responded to the email. I’d suggest you spend your money somewhere where it will be valued and you’ll have more to do. There’s also a long wait to get in because they don’t have a separate line for people who have prepaid versus people paying with a credit card.

This is my favorite place to go to in the summer, and I would recommend this to those kids who always keep their noses in their electronics. Its a great way to cool off on those hot summer days, not to mention a fun way, too!

This is supposed to be a first job type place right? So lets teach the kids that work here respect, compassion, and most of all manners. Place is ridiculous and only getting worse.

Love that there is almost no wait for the slides and reasonable prices for food. Bad customer service though..but thats not why I went there. So it was, over all, a good experience.

The lady at the counter was really rude. We walked in for 5 minutes, didnt get the chance to put my foot in the water before they told everyone to get out of the pool. I asked for a refund and the lady made a smart remark. I will never come back to this pool.

Great place for the kids and relaxation for adults. A few adjustments need to be made like fixing the vending machine and having the food court open

DO NOT GO HERE! First, they didnt let me film, which is okay, but either way the staff was VERY rude, impatient, and the park was very small and dirty. Will never go again.

Amazing place, but its just the long line. We had to stand in the 90+ degree sun and I had to put sunscreen on while I was in line.

I found the Manager very disrespectful. She was rude and inconsiderate. She took my friends property for such a small incident. Also the water park is very basic and boring. Would not recommend.

Its a little bit expensive for NR, but its clean,small and good, Defenetible i will coming back i like it :)

I used to like this place last year and the years before but this year the staff is really mean and racist one time me and my friend were walking and a worker yelled at us because he thought we were going to go in the girls locker room I am not getting a pass next year
