On any given day in the lunch hours, there are at least a few people sitting in their cars and enjoying the blue and bronze hills on the distant side of the Livermore valley. With a small playground, clean restrooms, plenty of room for dogs to run around, a nice gated turf soccer field, a barbeque and hangout area, a blue basketball court with quality hoops, and some short hill trails to run or walk up for even better views of the houses, treetops and planes frequently soaring about, Cayetano Park is great for family, friends, or solitude.

Great park to BBQ play Basketball has soccer fields has a play area for little kids wide open grass area to play and has a great dog park. Everyone was friendly great place to take your family and have fun day. The BBQ grills are super nice. Has shade covers over BBQ and some others by the play ground would highly recommend for some fun time outside

Had a nice walk with my kid and dogs to Cayetano Park and back today. The park is still clean and well kept in spite of its obvious drop in usage the last couple of weeks. I was happy to see many people enjoying the outdoors with their dogs, and everyone is doing their part to comply with our current situation. Theres lots of options and plenty of space here to be far enough apart.

There is a trail which goes right by the park. Amazing views of Livermore from the trail which goes to the top of a mountain and down again. Small grade and recommended for new as well as experienced trekkers. Great place for a walk with your partner or dog!

Cool little park with a playground for kids, a big field, and some hills with views towards Pleasanton at the top. Good place to hang and take pictures.

I love playing at the park. My favorite part is the dog park because everyone is friendly and my dog can get her energy out!

I like to go there just to hang out and sometimes bring a lunch to eat on my drive past there every week. It is a relatively new park and not a lot of people have discovered it yet.According to LARPD, this 10.5-acre neighborhood park includes a tot lot, large and small dog park, synthetic sports fields, restrooms and picnic tables. There are also some scattered hiking trails that appear to go up and over the hill behind the dog park, but I have not yet ventured to the other side of the hill.

The park is divided up into small and big dog sections.There’s also a very large patch of grass plus the large soccer field and playground for the kids. Decent bathrooms too.If you like to hike hills, there are some hiking paths in the back that go up to the top of the nearest hill. A tough hike!

Very sunny with lots of open area. Full basketball court. Soccer field with artificial grass. Swing areas for toddlers with shades for their guardians and plenty of parking lot for cars

This location is close to residential areas. Nice sand area with playground equipment. Seating and picnic table available. Perhaps the best feature is a short steep hike up nearby Hill which gives a sweeping View of the area Beyond.

Nice little park which has something for everyone. You have kids, theyve got you covered. You have pets, they give you a dog park for large and small. There is also plenty of space for hiking and a field for sports or picnic, whatever tickles your fancy and the views are great. The 3 starts dont really reflect on the quality of the park but on the lack of maintenance. The main gate of the dog park has been broken for more than a month and still hasnt be fixed. If only people in high places would bother to fix things for us peasants with dogs...

We play lacrosse here. The park and field are fantastic. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because there are so few parking spots. During game weekends, you have to walk up to a half mile once you park.

This is a new park in livermore. Its close to the highway. It has a playground for the kids. If your in the mood you can do some light hiking through the hills. There is a great view of the livermore valley. The field is turf with bleachers and lighting. Available for reserve. It is locked behind fences so not available for open use. But does have a score board. The BBQ area is good with shade. Bathrooms as well. There is also a basketball court. All around Id say a really good park.

Cayetano Park is a beautiful place. Gorgeous views all around, nice playground area for kids, basketball courts and nice turf area.

Has a large playground for your kids, with 2 different slides, 4 different swing set, a sand pit, and a bunch more stuffs for your kids.4. Has football fields and soccer fields and even baseball fields.5. Has option to go hiking to the hill. From the top of the hill, the view is just breathtaking. The only thing is thay it can get a bit scary when you go downhill.6. Has restrooms for men and women, and they are accesible for wheelchair too.7. Lastly, has a large grass open spaces.What more do you want from a park??

Great sports field but not nearly enough parking

This park has an awesome turf field that has lights, but all the gates are locked. Ive seen in other reviews that you can reserve this field, but Ive searched all over and cannot find where to reserve this field.

One of the best livermore has to offer, awesome location along with a small steep hike to mountain too, great football stadium, basketball court, picnic areas, sand and play area for kids, dogs apwhat else one needs...ideal for family outing!!

Best dog park in Livermore

One of the newest parks in Livermore. Clean sandbox nice trail and lots of grassy areas. Two pokemon gyms as well.

Decent playground but not enough shade/shelter; there arent yet mature trees at this park. Hot sunny days can be miserable here.
