We went to see a movie today and while it was amazing and we had great service it was at least 78 degrees in the theater. Several (10-15) people complained about how warm it was and numerous times we were told they couldn’t get them to turn it down.—- as it turns out after speaking to the manager the ac/heat is run off of an app online and the service provider SOUTHERN THEATRE has completely locked them out of their account to adjust the temperatures, so we the customer is left to just deal with it. This is totally ridiculous and a real jerk move. I tried to find another legit place to leave them a real review but the only page I found has 1 “5-star” review. ... dear owner who left the review on his own business you are the jerk I mentioned above.Good luck to movie tavern in the adventures of dealing with such horrible people
