Overall a good theater. We took the kids here for a matinee during the winter break and it wasnt busy at all. The reserved seating and snack options were excellent. It could have been cleaner as we found trash in our seat when we sat down. Also Im not a fan of the Coke Remix machines (not the best taste you can get out of a fountain drink), but they are self-serve so you can keep going back to try different drinks.

IMAX experience was incredible. Additional benefit is 30% off before 5 PM. I watched #TENET and the movie experience was awesome. The drinks and popcorn are expensive (which is expected for a movie theatre).

This was my first time back since the AMC change over and I was very disappointed. I came to see Ant Man & the Wasp in the new IMax theater, however it seems it was still the old theater. The seats were the same terrible seating as before. My popcorn was stale and pretzel bites tasted freezer burned. Its was not worth the visit. Try one of the other theaters around town for a better experience.

For me the biggest plus is the drinks are self serve! Its a killer taking the family to the movies. I may be cheap but to be able to buy smaller sizes because they are refillable is convenient. Bathrooms are always clean too ! Super awesome facility and staff.

One of the better AMC theatres Ive been in. All in all its a nice place. Usually clean and the staff is usually friendly. Was disappointed about the A-List line on my last trip. I went to that line because of my membership and was not waited on. After watching them help several other people before me I said something. The cashier guy was kind of rude so I asked for the manager. When the manager came over and asked how he could help and when I explained what happened he of course apologized and then explained to the staff that anyone in the A-List line gets waited on first. They clearly dont train their staff well. While its usually not an issue for me to wait, I was already a little upset because my drink and popcorn wasnt delivered although I had already paid for it. Had it been brought to me I wouldnt have been in line. I will still frequent this location though.

This was a good experience. The theater was comfortable and the snacks were good. I cant give them 5 stars though, because their soda machine was messed up. They have those Freestyle mix-up machines that have a zillion soda options, and something was wrong: everything that came out tasted like the lemon flavor! I will try this theater again, but Ill order bottled water.

I went to see a movie in IMAX. Paying extra for a ticket I get. But the IMAX theater is in dire need of an upgrade. The arm rest are ripped and taped and it just looks dingy. Paying $7.00 for a medium drink is absolutely ridiculous. With the prices they charge they should be able to fix their theater.

The theater is nicely redone and our experience in the IMAX was good to see our movie. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did up grade the seats and compared to the newer type seats these are low to the ground. The seats were comfortable and the rows wide enough to easily let folks past.

I LOVED THIS PLACE!!!! MY 2 HOYS AND I DROVE FROM RUSSELLVILLE! Saw 21 bridges. We have the best time! It was pricey, but Ill have the memory for ever so thats priceless! Felt like a Queen sitting in the comfortable chairs very nice theater I recommend it

Well, quality customer service that is willing to help at any notice. Since the refurbishing, the seating and theater look bigger and better. The screen is literally in your face no matter where you sit with actual high definition surround sound that picks up on anything. Seats are comfortable with padding and can go full recliner mode or reset if needed. However, I can say the walking space between the seat and the rail is small so depending on where you sit, youll probably do a lot of leg moving. Also, very decent membership deals (A-List, Premium, Basic) that have a reward system as well as discounts and other things.

Worst movie going experience Ive had. Serve your own fountain drinks which are mostly soda water, serve yourself candy, butter your own popcorn, napkins which are almost Kleenex. The self serve areas were littered, and covered with butter and spilt beverage. No ushers. The lady in the box office was sprawled on the counter, scanned the ticket from my smartphone and then sent us to the wrong auditorium. 40 minutes later we decided to check our confirm and discovered her error. When we went to the box office, there was no one there. Almost 10 minutes later the same lady showed up and said she would have to call a manager to refund our money. The manager showed up shortly along with two more people (where had they all gone?). The manager called for another manager. After my explanation that we had missed the 7:35 movie, she took out a sheet and told me that was confused because there was no 7:35 Star Wars....My bad. It was 7:30! Then she unfolded her paper again to try to see if we could attend a later movie... I REPEATED that I just wanted my money back and leave. She complained that I was being aggressive and she didnt appreciate it because she just got here. Then she said that she might not be able to give me my money back because.....wait for it.....THE MOVIE HAD BEEN ON TOO LONG!She processed my credit card for the refund then informed me that it might take up to 35 days for the credit to appear on my card and if it didnt, I should give them a call. If you want your evening ruined, go to AMC Chenal 9.

I Loved it. Thank you Baby (Clint Trammell) for a great weekend. I really enjoyed our weekend get a way time to relax before the twins arrived. The time at the La Quinta, movies and much needed relaxation really was appropriated. Chenal 9 was great, clean, and the best one I have been to in a very long time. The Employees were on top of their jobs and were very helpful. Answered everything we needed to know and yes I would recommend it to anyone. Would not be disappointed in your visit there.

It was nice and updated, very clean. If I could change anything the feet rest on the seats would come up further. Overall it was a great experience, Ive not been here since they remodeled.

Forty-five bucks per ticket, one popcorn and one drink = $30.00! Sure the I-max screen and sound system are nice, but the actors werent lined up to shake our hands on the way out, and at that price they should be!

Never too crowded and reserved seating. You can order food and drinks ahead of time to be brought to your seats on arrival. Reclining seats are a plus as well.

Very nice... How about 15 years ago I lived in West Little Rock and never visited it... Still very nice and great service and reclining chairs, all the comfort you expect... Interesting how much security was nearby... As a security expert... I know that that means there have been issues... But it was nice when we were there

I really love this theater! They have very nice seats and small auditoriums, except for the IMAX. The small auditoriums make for very nice and comfortable environments combined with the chairs. The food is pretty good and can be delivered to your seat if you let them know.

We love this theater. The new look is nice and the option for AMCs A-list movie subscription is awesome bonus. Seriously I recommended it if you watch 3 or more movies a month. Also the bar is great and has a large selection of liquors and beers. It even has some movie themed mixed drinks which is pretty cool. The quality of the the food is good its just hit or miss on which ones to eat. But it is a theater. Everyone in the theater is super friendly and the reclining chairs are ultra comfortable. Just wish the imax screen had them.

Great Imax screen; only one in city.. has a fantastic picture and sound quality..the rest of the screens have recliner seating and are great quality..however the concession stand is bit on pricier side..hope they take a leaf out of cinemark and have more number of movies to make it the best theater in city.

The chairs recline! Trendy theater. I loved the pic of Marilyn Monroe in the front.The self serve kiosk can be a problem though. Never replace people with machines!!

Staff are friendly and the facility is very clean. It is somewhat expensive though and the movie seats were uncomfortable on my neck. They do have good curly fries and gourmet popcorn.

First time visiting AMC Chenal, and enjoyed the theater.

This is a very nice theater in a great location. Unfortunately, the experience we have had there since the remodel/reopening was not good. We arrived for our Saturday matinee and our seats were covered in popcorn and spilled drink. We found empty seats in another row and sat there. The air conditioner blew on us the entire movie (it was December) and we wished we had a blanket. By that night, my son and I both had sinus issues that made us sick for nearly a week. The only thing we are allergic to is mold, and the only place we visited that day was the theater, so Im assuming the ductwork has mold in it. I am hoping the management will devote more resources to cleaning and maintenance because this would be our favorite theater location. Until then, we are going elsewhere.

The theatre was uncomfortable and none of the food was fresh. Not one of the better AMC theatres.

The screens and seats are great. So much room for improvement with the customer service and cleanliness of the place. I came for a 1015 matinee and there’s still piss on the floor from the previous night. This is the 3rd time I’ve watched a movie here since it re-opened and it’s always dirty and the staff is young and don’t give AF. But the screens are great and it’s an awesome location - that’s why people still come. This place could make a whole lot more $$$ and could be way more popular if they would step in up! Come’on AMC!

Always reasonably clean with good staff when I go. Just two complaints: the exit signs in the front of the theater are super bright, and the recliner footrests only come up halfway, which feels awkward.Tickets are more expensive online than at register FYI.

Newly remodeled very comfortable seating.They serve alcohol but the people with me thought it was over priced. But then that not why I go to the movies

This was my first time back since this theatre reopened. I was very impressed with every part of the experience from the service to the amenities to the cleanliness. I plan to make this my first choice going forward!

AMC Chenal 9 is an amazing movie theatre. Its definitely one of the nicest ones Ive been to. This theatre is very clean, with friendly staff.

IMAX is great!! But the seating is uncomfortable. Until they fix the seating it is definitely not worth the extra money to watch in IMAX.

The seats are really comfortable and the audio/video quality is great. I think Id consider this the highest viewing quality in the area.

I like the theatre. I dont like the IMAX seating though. Feel like they can do better for the price of the ticket. The concession area and offerings are good and the app for them is excellent. Wish am would put more theatres in this area because it is a better experience than regal for sure.

Comfortable seating and helpful employees.

After 30 minutes sitting in the theater with no movie playing and no one giving us any information, the movie was cancelled. To top it off, the box office told me I had to call AMC to get a refund, and AMC told me I had to go back to the box office to get my refund. Well, enjoy that extra $22 you got from me as I will not be returning to your theater.

Great to have an IMAX theater in the area again. The seats were good, quick service in tickets and snacks, clean bathrooms, and reserved seating in advance made it a fun experience for a totally reasonable price.

I cant believe that after being closed for remodeling for so long that they still had the old style seats, not the power recliners that most other theaters have today. The Imax theater seating was miserable. Too cramped with no room for people to get to their seats without stepping on everyones feet and bumping into the heads with your butt! I will not be going back. Gave 3 stars because the screen was great.

This was the 1st time Ive seen a movie at this theatre. It was awesome.

My family and I usually love our experience at AMC, but last night not to much! The customer service was very unusually poor.... The guy who we purchased our tickets from was very nonchalant even when my husband asked about the movie membership, which he was considering, anyway we have a family of 3 in line for food after I gave my order the young lady with braids asked is that it? Of course not! At that moment we were being rushed and she was rude! My family food purchase was 60.00 dollars, not including our tickets, your staff almost caused a lost in business due to being unprofessional, and the popcorn was steal, this theater is going down slowly.

Cheap movies at a high quality

Ive been to this theater several times in the past and the film and sound quality was excellent. It could have been kept a bit cleaner. However, once I went with a disabled friend and was shocked at how rudely she was treated by the staff. I, nor my friend, have been back since nor do we plan to attend in the future.

Only IMAX in central Arkansas. Clean and comfy chairs

Went to see The Lion King in 3D when i was back in Arkansas and its always a good experience to see a movie here. I just wish there was an AMC location in Eugene, OR so i could have that experience a little closer to home.

Enjoyed watching movie with my 7yr old.

Disappointing!!! Service was so-so -- I had someone who was very helpful and someone who was qualified but probably doesnt need to be in customer service. Seats recline back only 3/4s of the way and it leaves you in a somewhat uncomfortable position. Also, when I was leaving, there were two employees who handle food and beverages and they were out front smoking. I left my credit card so I called up there and the person that answer the telephone was somewhat rude and it took forever but the manager was very nice and was receptive to my concerns about employees smoking out front. Since it is new, hopefully they are just working out the kinks and we will give them another try.

Love the atmosphere...saw Madeas funeral...OMG! Hilarious...our whole church went and we had 3 screens taken.

Went to the IMAX. Sound was good. The screen nice. But they upgraded the seats in all of their theaters except in the more expensive IMAX. Makes no sense. If Id know that I might have went to the Rave or just gotten a cheaper ticket not in the IMAX.

Me and hubby went to go see Cure For Wellness, and enjoyed it! Love the atmosphere..it was only 2 other couples in the screening so it was very quiet..the whole theater was quiet actually. And was very clean..even the ladies restroom was nice and clean! And tickets was way more cheaper at $15 for 2 tickets than the Regal we usually visit in North little Rock which tickets are always around $24 dollars for 2 everytime we go there. We will be visiting here next time again!!
