Nice place to live.

Its got to be one of the worst places to get anything done that you rent. I pay almost $900 for rent have been late once in two years with my rent. And they pretty much refuse to fix anything here for you. Let alone the ants are taking over my whole outside and inside of my trailer. Definitely run like hell from this place

Not sure how corporate/owner controls the tenants rent payments, but everybody in management is or becomes a thief. They will give you any excuse to charge extra fees and they will ask for you to pay those fees in a separate money orders. Management has always been shady no matter how many times they change the staff. Maybe its just too easy to steal money from the tenants and corporate doesnt know about this issue.The current office staff will look at you in a diminish way before thay even talk to you, then it just gets worse. Whats happening behind those doors that makes them feel they are so important?

This place is my worst nightmare. I came to live with my mother and step father here. In 1998. I was sexually molested by a teenaged boy at 8 years old at the swimming pool, and my Bestest friend Jackson Carr died after his family moved down the street from here. His brother and sister stabbes him in the jugular and watch him suffocate to death then buried his body behind their house. My sister and i joined search and rescue to try to find him. Ill never forget when they pulled him out that shallow grave. His lifeless body so bloody and cold. Not to mention my sibilings and I were taken by cps here for my step dad molesting us and my mother physically and emotionally beating us. The neighbors heard our screams and cries and everyone knew what was going on but nobody said anything. This trailer park has a lot of under the table stuff going on.

This places to be nice, but now its a dump.

Maintenance socks! They take forever to fix stuff, right now my AC is out it went down Sunday evening so I called this morning. I get home at 545pm and still they havent fix it!!! Also there is another work order in Since 2months ago they need to replace my tub!. Its really frustrating!
