Music is loud every SINGLE night. Neighbors have no consideration if it’s school/work night or not. It really doesn’t matter. Also, police is always cycling around the property because kids are always breaking into peoples homes and are running out the property from a broken fence out the back that leads to some apartments and into a Park called “The Fields.” This has been brought to management so many times for the past years as well to police. It’s very dark at night. Rent stays increasing but nothing is being done to make people safety matter. Mailbox is out of control with half of the mail boxes open/broken. And not to mention the gang load of dogs that are always on the loose pooping in your yard. The list can go on. If you can rent somewhere else, go for it.

This is about ashli oaks but they are both owned by YES Communities.... It was great at first Dena was the best part of living there. Then something other than whats posted on reviews happened and it went down hill. They (not Dena) turned against us. Dont move there.

Really bad streets potholes everywhere

Part of Highland Acres in Lewisville. It is the best trailer park we have found in Lewisville.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of some one about a place they have on trulia and on Zillow. I gave them a call and they told me they have no more places for rent. The lady was rude and very abrupt about getting me off the phone. I’m just trying to find a home for my family. She didn’t even let me know if they were having anything upcoming she just sounded like she didn’t want to deal with me. I’ve been trying to get in contact over a month now.

Theyll fix it right the first time.

Tried calling for information, voice mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages. Sad.
