Good park and worth a visit for park-based activities. The covered area was useful for lunch on a cool fall day.

I love this park! Its alway clean and freshly mowed green grass. Perfect place to play catch, Frisbee or even look up at the stars on a clear night. It also has a decent sized parking lot, kids play equipment and a baseball diamond.Some of the houses adjacent let their dogs run around, but I have yet to come across a mean one :)

Fun for my toddler. She loves swings. I just wish it had more actual play area for younger children. My daughter cant even access the slides without me helping her.

One of the best parks in The Valley. Lots of room no matter how many people you have with you. Beautiful.

Disc golf course signs are bad. Whoever made them doesnt know anything about disc golf. Overall park is nice but due to the bad disc golf course it gets 1 star. If more money was put into this disc golf course people would come here to visit and play it.

Lots of space. Has folfing area, tennis court, ball feild, and public grills like at a campground. They also have a water bottle refilling fountain.A fantastic playground for kids and decently clean bathrooms usually. Its my fav. park in Lewiston.

I love this park! Its clean and theres so much to do. Took our dog and he loved playing with his ball in the grassy fields and also loved sitting in the shade under the trees.

Beautiful park, but the play area is not child friendly. Unless the kids are big there is no way to use the slides or other areas. Disappointing really.

Met here for my wifes 20th reunion picnic. It is a very nice park. We had reserved the covered picnic area and found everything clean and ready for the people who showed up. There are a lot of amenities, a large playground, baseball fields and a 9 hole disc golf course. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Morning walk amid the quiet beauty of a local city park. We recently moved close to this park and it has become my stepping off point each morning. Beautifully and professionally maintained by Lewiston Parks and Rec staff, the setting helps my day begin Just Right. Thank you City.

Kids loved it here, picnic benches & gazebo to eat at or have a party at, large green grass fields for sports or dogs! Close bathrooms, baseball feild, tennis ball court, basketball court, GREAT PARK!

During the evening its really calm, and not too many people, so its good to walk around, or sit and watch the stars. Id recommend anyone to get out and just relax at your local park.

Just figured Id ad this considering Ive been talking my kids there for years and it offers something for everybody of all ages. And personally its my favorite park of all the city parks. My boyfriend love to go there to talk and watch the sunset I have many amazing memories at this park.

Home to an excellently designed disc golf course. The course is 9 holes, sufficiently challenging for an expert, but not too frustrating for beginners. The local disc fanatics are friendly and supportive, as well.

We recently discovered that this is an under utilized park by our family. We have a 7, 5, and 2 year old. Their is something for all of them. We are even thinking about taking up disc golf and utilize their course.

Theres this really nice small tree at Sunset Park that I call Fred. Fred is very nice and needs more friends, but hes often mistreated and I just want people to be aware of that.

Variety of stuff for people to do there. Love that it has a multi water fountain. Regular one, one for water bottles and one for dogs!

My personal favorite park in Lewiston. The grass is well kept, there is tennis courts and basketball courts, baseball diamonds and a folf(frisbee golf) course, plenty of sports related resources. The bathroom facilities are well maintained, there is a pavilion and numerous picnic tables spread throughout the park. And true to the name, it is a great place to view the sunset.

After traveling in the Southwest the past two winters & playing pickleball on various courts including tennis courts when pickleball courts were not available, I feel very fortunate to have Sunset Park in proximity to me. There are six very decent courts there ( some issues as cracks & subsurface separation exist ) which are provided for free use. Overal, the grounds are well maintained and include toilet facilities, T - ball & softball fields and a very decent children area & covered meeting tables for grilling, etc. One negative issue are the court lights go off at 938 PM making limited use of the cooler evening times for those of us who dont get up with the chickens. Why cant this be remedied by extending the lights until 1000 or 1030 ?? Also, those of you who vandalize the place, especially the restrooms, well, the Hell with you, you morons.
