Such a beautiful little hike. Great location. Something amazing about walking along the river. Like youre being transported back in time when Native Americans I am sure walked along the rivers. Great view near the stone memorial to David Rancourt.

This is a lovely little spot by the river, a bit of beauty in a tired part of Lewiston. The trails are clearly marked. The overlook of the river is beautiful and there is a beachy spot where canoes can be launched of you are spunky enough to port the canoe that far.

Nice loop trail. By river and through thewoods.

Great trails, beautiful river views. So quiet you can enjoy the roar of the rapids. A couple of small pretty beaches.

Great place to hang out and swim for small group, Id recommend u shower after but weve never got anything icky from the water and its FREE

Great little slice of piece and quiet right at the edge of the city! Fantastic access to the Androscoggin river via a hand carry boat launch and two sandy beaches. Well maintained trails and a nice chunk of mixed forest.

Nice and clean area. The cub scouts have volunteer ed to keep it clean and it looks great. Love the serenity and cleanliness as well as being right on the water. A quick drive, this place is local to Mardens, burger King gas stations...plus many other places.

Hidden gem of LA.Great little trail and 2 awesome beach spots. Show up early and enjoy a gorgeous beach and view all to yourself. Great spot to let your dog cool off as well!

Highlights for this trail is that you can walk along the Androscoggin river for a short bit. Downsides are that the trail is very short, its located behind a shopping mall, and the trail doesnt really make you want to visit again.

I want to start by saying I think it is irresponsible to post pictures of children on floats on these Beaches. No responsible parent should allow their child to swim in this area ever!!!This is a beautiful hiking spot next to a dangerous river. There are high drop off areas. The river has a rough current. That said, this is a beautiful hiking spot for for someone who wants a leisurely stroll. There are sandy beaches along the river but they are just for looking not for swimming!

Nice walking area. Dont know about the water contact though. Knowing how the water was when I was a kid.

Beautiful and quite

Close to downtown Lewiston this is a nice place to walk in the woods and see the Androscoggin River up close. Trail with some easy hills and about a one mile loop.

Trails flooded, but otherwise nice riding with fat bike.

Easily accessible, good for a long hike or a short one

My favorite place in the whole area. Just wish people would pick up their trash.
