Nice place. Quiet but dogs bark sometimes.

The manager is blatantly ignoring every problem I bring to her attention. Its sad that I have to physically walk down to her trailer to make sure she knows whats wrong. This place is WAY too expensive for the quality that it is and everything is always breaking down. She knew the fridge was going out when we first moved in and made US replace it. It took weeks for them to even install a stove and now the stove has gone out too so I cant even cook. Ive had to buy single burners to use; I should not have to do that. The air conditioner is shot and is leaking under the floor, causing massive damage. Ive had it with this place, I could get a NICE apartment for way cheaper.

Seems to be a quiet place not much drama. Some permanent residence and then they also rent lots for campers or seasonal residents.

Without providing a 30 day notice, my friend was evicted from her home, denied entry into her home, and had all of her belongings tossed in the dumpster. All of this was done illegally, and under the guise that my friend told her she was moving out, when she never spoke with my friend who was the only one on the lease. In the process of being sued, save your money, they are crooks.

That trailer was a nice park until they sold it to those slum lords they just want there money and thats it I had 2 trailers there and sold them both

Wouldnt even give it a one start but have to inorder to do a review. Trailers are run down, bug infested, and more than likely not up to code..find somewhere else to live

Rent is severely overpriced for the quality of the home. It’s very sad and disappointing that we have to go through the maintenance guys to contact the owner because the manager is a pos manager who can’t do her job and likes to ignore every notification on her phone. Tons of people are moving out and I just think have they ever thought why???? Money hungry heathens.

Trashy and stunky

Has issues with people stealing stuff off your front porch when moving in and out, have issues with mice, roaches and black molds. Also kids who will turn off your breaker boxes. But management was pretty good just dont Belate with your rent.

Trailers need work, too close to each other, too much violence and drama.

The park is nasty and the landlord is a slum lord

Very quiet and friendly, kids ride their bikes, skate boards, etc... They are able to have fun and be kids, like a small community all in its own. Awesome place to live.

Stay away. A bad choice of a place to live. Stay away from lawton entirely!!

Nice folks...just rough roads

My personal experience was pretty good with this place I lived there for 6 months but unfortunately had to move, they keep the yards mowed I lived in #28 it was a very nice trailer I cant speak for every trailer out there but my mom lived in #59 and hers was pretty decent too. You pay no deposit to move in you just pay rent and electric, its better if your transferring your electric instead of getting a new account because you would have a pretty big deposit for electric, for 560 a month and only paying electric its a great place to live. Its better than some trailer parks Ive seen. Most the time you have people knocking, we didnt have that problem here. Hope this helps someone on theyre decision. But on a serious note, if you can get trailer 28 its and open concept and the kitchen is all white cabinets(tons) once we decorated it felt so open and bright.

If i could give it less than 1 star i would. People are very rude kids and dogs running all around. Lots of people drinking and shouting.

Property manager kinda does what she wants and if your Not her friend its easy for your rent to get lost she throws a fit when its not paid in cash I usually pay with a money order so nothing can go missing the homes are dangerous and the kids around the trailer park do whatever they want steal cause fights chaos in general the owner is nice tho pretty good guy does his best to make things easy for his tenants but he needs a new property manager someone with experience and who is honest

Cheap place to start over and rise up

I live there, its not too bad except for all the big dogs that always seem to be running loose all the time

Not a good area. Lots of crime.

I went to find out information about the mobile home i saw yesterday, and the manger of the mobile homes saw me and drove off, so sat down and waiting for her to return she rode around to see if i was still there, once she notice that i was she kept going, never stopping to see what i wanted.
