I have some friends that live here and Christina is amazing! Very respectful and helpful with everything. Erik however was very rude and I’ve heard many bad things from residents that live here about him. I wouldn’t recommend going through him if trying to get a home here.

Went to view a mobile home there for my family and myself. The park is older and the outsides of the homes are a bit ruff. Now one the brighter side the insides are very well kept, very nice on the inside. The gentleman I spoke with (Erik) was very professional, kind and respectful and knolageable of the homes. They will work with different peoples situations to try their best to get you approved. Very nice staff I would give the staff a 5 out of 5 rating. Go see Erik tell him thomas in 62 sent you.

Small staff and maintenance but I know everyone personally. They just got a new manager as well and she is thorough. Having the ability to do my own improvements is nice I just get it verified by a manager

The manager was very thorough, down to earth, friendly explaining the details of the lease agreement when we went to the office to see about renting a trailer. They are very reasonable and keep things simple when you sign up for a lease.

I know people that live there. I would give it higher marks if the front door of my friends place was fixed. But they do keep their lawns pretty nice and the homes are pretty nice.

This Place is so ghetto, spray painted trailers, and the people they let live here, ugh!

Beware, if a trailer next to you needs repairs they will use your electrical plugs outside to repair it. My electric came out to 336 bucks, 100 bucks less than my rent. I had a long battle with the power bill they drove up and lost. So not only did I have no power for months, I was also homeless after I couldnt keep up with all the fees.

Bad experience they think everything is a joke they are crooks while moving out they went into my home and stole my childrens stuff from my daughters toddler bed to my sons bike. Every issue you have the manager JD thinks its a joke shes a horrible manager and the guy that owns the park dodges you so he doesnt have to fix anything. And when confronted you get lied to your face he will tell you whatever your problem is will be fixed and then it never gets fixed. They also let people commit crimes in the park its a very unsafe place for children. Dont rent from them you will get screwed over.

Do not I repeat do not rent from these people they have serious issues with bed bugs being in the house ! They dont ever fix anything my house house had black mold and a leak and never got fixed ! They are not operating legally we was ordered twice to go to court and they did not show up either time for court the property manager jd is very crooked and allowed her boyfriend to make threats to the tenants and does not do anything about it this is a warning do not rent from golden rule estates
