Its disgusting. Leaking roofs that flood walls and grow black mold even run down the inside of the windows. Majority of the windows are sealed as one piece of glass so you cant put in AC unit or get any fresh air. Doors wont close or lock to the entrance. Roaches and spider infestations are beyond treating. Mice that make themselves at home. A landlord thats never even around to see the properties. Just collects rent and harasses you if your a week late. Even threatening. Wouldnt recommend living here unless you completely hit rock bottom and desperately need a roof over your head
