This is Wayne Newtons property in Las Vegas that offers 3 to 4 different tours which include both floors of his mansion, another earlier home he lived in with his parents and his exotic animals. You can also see his Arabian horses during a training session as well as swimming exercises in a horse pool. His collection of amazing cars, his show outfits and his many awards are also showcased. Great tour!
This is a pretty amazing place. It’s a museum, and former residence, of Mr Las Vegas, aka Wayne Newton. You don’t have to look far to notice when you land at LAS that the airport is on Wayne Newton Blvd to see evidence of his effect on the city. The museum is quite amazing and shows a remarkable man with a deep history in entertainment, in charity, in native Indian advocacy and many other things. He has endorsements from Presidents, from Generals, from Astronauts ... he even has a jet in his back yard as well as peacocks and purebred Arabians. It’s a peaceful getaway from the Strip and very pleasant to spend time here.

Wayne Newton has opened up his former Las Vegas home to tours. Visitors will get to tour the horse stables, the main house, a small collection of birds and animals in cages (zoo), Wayne Newtons plane, his automobile collection and a museum of his costumes and memorabilia. The main house has an impressive collection of artwork such as Vincent Van Goghs painting of sunflowers which Wayne never hung on the wall and still sits on the floor. My thoughts on the tour was how unimpressed I was at his home. It was so dated. For someone who had so much money, I would have thought his residence would have been more stylish and current. The grounds were sparce. Not much to really see for a tour, and not well kept. The tour guide had a wealth of knowledge about the horses and the stables and the redidences on the property. There were several homes on the property including the original house he lived in before he built the grand house, and a smaller house that his current wife lived in before they got married. I was taken aback when the tour guide asked for tips. The price of the tour I thought was pricey and then to tip ontop of that, I was not expecting to hand out more cash.
Somewhat overpriced but pleasant way to kill some time and get some inside scoop on Mr. Vegas.
Incredible experience! I just went this past weekend with my #Liv team! Thanks for such a great time- opening your estate for us to view & enjoy. You have a very beautiful home! Stay blessed! #LivVegas #LivMoments #LivList #Vegas
Very cool experience. I didnt really know who Wayne Newton was when I arrived but I felt like I got the chance to really know him through the experiences you learn about on the tours the platinum tour is a must
What a wonderful place to visit!Aside from the legend of Wayne Newton and how beautiful the property is and all the cool stuff, the staff is fantastic here.We messed up our timing of our visit, they catered to us and paid for a Uber to get us to the airport.Who Does That?Waynes people, thats who! Worth Every Penny!
It was a very interesting place. The museum portion was my favorite. The house was ok.
This place was AMAZING. We sprung for the VIP tour and it was well worth it. The grounds are nice, the amount of space is a lot. I had no idea it was 55 acres. The horses were amazing. They allow you to take pictures anywhere you want. I took a zillon...then accidentally deleted them so I have none to show everyone. It was one of the best things I have seen in Las Vegas in the 17 years I have lived here.
A hidden gem in the middle of Vegas. Gorgeous landscaping, peacocks to greet you, truly amazing.
Disappointed that it was being renovated while we were on vacation. Will sure to give stars when it opens back for tours. Heard great things about it
This is one of the best tours I have taken. The tour included the barn and stalls of the Arabian Horses, a tour of exotic animals and then touring the mansion and museum. It was so interesting, there was something for everyone. The tour also enabled us to see what a kind and generous man Mr. Newton is and sharing his memorabilia and accomplishments. I highly recommend this tour. Our guide Brie was also exceptional. Great take
I went into this tour not knowing much about Wayne Newton and came out a fan. The tour was great, our guide Ellen was wonderful, she seemed to know everything there was to know about Wayne and his family, She was very enthusiastic. It seemed as if it was set up just for us. I would have liked to spend a little more time with the horses and maybe get to pet at least one of them. Barns were so clean, you wouldnt know horses even lived there. I highly recommend this tour. Diamond tour was worth the money. We plan to go back again next year with other family members.
My parents bought the most expensive package. It was several more hours than I really needed learning about the interesting life of Wayne Newton but the staff was gr8. We showed up late 2 our tour & they actually gave us a special 1. They went above & beyond 2 make us happy. They helped make our Vegas trip a good 1.
Out of business. Has been for several monthsProperty is for sale.1-1-2020
It is on lock down.
Mr Newton was a gracious host. His extensive collection of artifacts documents him to be more than a performer. He is a patriot who deeply loves his country. His commitment to our armed forces is clearly heartfelt, sincere and unwavering. His collections contain both the extravagant and the sentimental. Make time to explore this site. I guarantee youll walk away feeling proud you had the chance to learn about this man and his contributions to our country.
First, we had the best guide - Janet - who truly loves her job and admires Wayne. That made the tour because you can tell your guide is really into what they are sharing. She was so good with our 5 year old who had a little breakdown and was sometimes a little bored with a 3+ hour tour.I loved Waynes airplane. We didnt tour the stables. I was sad we didnt see the penguins. The cars and each story about how Wayne acquired each one was fascinating. The costumes, especially the full feather one, was amazing. Plus an original Monet, an incredible sunken living room and china in the house...there is a bit of everything.Wayne has eclectic taste. Theres a bit Native American, southern US (the grand staircases, the wine cellar), a bit European, a bit 70s. Its like his car collection - it has Bentleys and Rolls Royces and then a Hummer. Theres even a canoe and tool shed thrown in. Its all over the place. Like the abundance of gold and then later, the wood walls and ceilings. The styles do not match and make no sense. But he designed it himself and he obviously has a lot of interests. Thats the only part that bothered me. I think someone with his means would hire someone to create a cohesive theme and bring in elements of his interests. But then it wouldnt be exactly what he loved. Its a very interesting tour. You can feel the warmth and personality of Wayne everywhere - plus his love of family and this place. Its totally worth a tour of both his estate and the museum. Thank you for giving us a peak inside his life and legend!
Loved the place. Great car museum. Animal park was awesome. Great preservation of the house and grounds. Great horses. A must visit off the Strip
My sister took me for my birthday, what a fantastic gift I was blown away! Our tour guide Bree was so sweet & informative and our driver James was so nice. I will save up to experience the diamond tour next. I have such respect for Mr. Wayne Newton what a genuine human being he is thank you for letting me see your home and property Mr. Newton.Jodie
We toured Casa De Shenandoah on April 1st, 2016. Our tour included touring the airplane, the garage where all the cars are kept, Waynes childhood home, The Mansion, the Aramus Arabian barn and horse facility. Our tickets were $95 each and well worth it! I cant remember our guides name but she was great! She was full of information about Wayne and even knows him personally. I highly recommend this tour. It was about 3 hours (or a little more) long. We really, really enjoyed ourselves. Well worth the money! A shuttle will even come and pick you up at your hotel and then drop you back off when you are done with the tour. Wonderful experience!
This is a MUST DO in Vegas. When my wife said she wanted to do this tour...I was thinking..Oh God another boring tour... This tour was spectacular. Steve our tour guide was incredible. The Rolls Royce collection to the exotic monkey...I learned so much, and this tour is so well done, words can not describe. A very good investment that will open your eyes to Wayne Newton. My wife and I are younger...not of the Wayne era...and we loved it. Thanks Steve .....from Blane and Sasha...Portland Oregon.
My friends and I had an absolute blast! Not only was our tour guide, Janet, terrific and well informed but we actually got to meet Wayne! He was so kind and gracious! A day we will never forget!
This was by far the BEST tour we have ever done in Vegas. Our tour guide Steve was informative and very interactive with everyone in the group. We purchased the Diamond package and were picked up promptly at the location specified and were returned to our hotel instead of the original pick up location - AWESOME! This is a MUST DO while in Vegas!!!
Fantastic tour. Would highly recommend it. Janet was a great tour guide. You might want to ask for her.
Wayne Newtons home and now the museum built on the property are iconic additions to Las Vegas and worth a visit. There is fabulous memorabilia throughout that you will only find in Waynes collections. I went there for a private party recently and had a wonderful time. Before the property became a museum, I photographed it for a TV show on HGtv, Wayne was a gracious host and is come of the last of the old school class and the vintage Vegas charm. I guess Im a Wayniac - I adore him, as will you if you get to meet him!
I was surprised by how much fun I had on this tour. Loved the monkey. Loved learning about all that Wayne has done in his life.
This was an unbelievable experience. If you have any sense of History of Sin City, then this tour is a must see!!!! The tour guide was excellent. The exhibits were off the charts. The horses, houses, cars.....Etc......were not to be believed. Thank you Mr. Newton and staff for sharing this experience.Oh yeah.........I am not 100 years old. Went to see Britney on this visit to Vegas last week. You need to be open minded and experience everything that you can.
Absolutely amazing tour. Staff were fantastic. Loved the place. Will definitely go back again.
So fun. Buy the ticket take the ride. If I did it again I would buy the more expensive ticket. So informative and beautiful.
CASA DE SHENANDOAH IS CURRENTLY COMPLETELY CLOSEDFOR ALL ACTIVITIES.CASA IS UNDERGOING EXTENSIVEMAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, AND RENOVATION.THERE IS NO SET DATE FOR COMPLETION BUT THEY DO HOPE TORE-OPEN SOON.I hope it RE-OPENs soon.
Really interesting stories behind so many things. And such a beautiful home. Parts of it were a fabulous walk through the past. Marsha was really knowledgeable and friendly.
So much fun! Liv rented out the whole place for a private party and we had an amazing time.#timetoliv
The amenities included in this tour are vast and ultimately what sets this place apart from the rest of typical Las Vegas tourist attractions. There truly is something for everyone to find interest in: a car collection comprised of vintage and classic luxury, gorgeous Arabian horses, guided tours through the property, Las Vegas memorabilia, Wayne Newton memorabilia, a miniature zoo of exotic animals, as well as a mansion tour and other homes that are on the property. The visitors center was extremely well kept, clean, and stocked with whatever you may want as a souvenir; anything from sunglasses and chapstick to glass decanters and high-end candles. All of the guides were well educated, polite, professional, and ready to answer any questions you might have on a whim. They have tour packages to fit any budget; the staff is exceedingly welcoming and its an attraction that is also family friendly... if you have time to spare, spend it at Casa De Shenandoah for an afternoon. I cant recommend this place enough!
Very nice property. Our tour guide was very informative and polite. The horses are beautiful.
We bought the platinum tour. Our tour guide was very good. The tour took about 2-1/2 hours. Beautiful place. We bought our tickets from Half Price Tickets for $39 each.
Marsha,Marsha, Marsha... was our guide and she was knowledgable, friendly and made the tour very enjoyable. Took my 16 year old Nephew and he had a great time. This is a great tour for locals and tourists alike. A must do in Las Vegas/Henderson..
Absolutely amazing. Debra was an awesome tour guide. Learned a lot about Mr. Newton that we didnt know before. Thank you for all you do for our service men and women.
Steve is an amazing tour guide for the Wayne Newtons Casa de Shenandoah! We truly enjoyed our tour - he was very knowledgeable about the family, Waynes career, the home, animals, and gave us so many wonderful details throughout the whole tour especially Waynes devotion to our veterans! This is a tour you should not miss in Las Vegas . . . and ask for Steve - the tour guide, bartender, party planner, and an all around great guy.
Fabulous tour and a must see into Mr. Newtons history with Las Vegas, the troops, and the entertainment world! Steve, our tour guide, was excellent and it was well worth our time to take the tour in Sin City. The museum, the mansion and the Arabian horses were outstanding. I learned so much that I could do the tour a second time since I could barely absorb all of the memorabilia and history Mr. Newton has accomplished in his lifetime.
Joan was our tour guide. ..she did a wonderful job. It was unbelievable the plane, autos, horses, all the trees, house from a Era people my age remember all. My wife, my brother his wife we had what amounted to a private tour. I am 71 yrs old and a Vietnam Navy Vet...it was great to find out Mr.Newton was SO evolved with the military and USO. I consider Mr.Newton a REAL PATRIOT and the younger group should get guidance from this mans life...THANK YOU MR. LAS VEGAS.
Good time-killer, nothing special. Worth taking the tour if you have nothing else to do. They’re a bit disorganized, even after two years. For better or worse, there are no real exotic animals on the property.
Pretty cool tour. Although they may still be working out the details of the tour, they handled every transition with absolute professionalism. There is a particular genuineness to the experience and I would recommend this to those who live in Las Vegas or are just visiting.
It was ok. I hate tours that stagger what you can and can not see. The guide let some upstairs but not us, even though we had the same wristband and paid the same admission price. It felt a little rushed. One of the ladies even fell down on the bus because they didnt check if everybody was seated. Lastly tell your tour guides not to grab onto people and pull them. It is unprofessional and impolite, and considering the fact she blew her nose the whole tour, very gross.
I was in wayne newtons house it was very elegant. Mike tyson stopped by when i was there as well as wayne newton of cousre.best day ever
Enjoyed the introductory movie informing us about Mr. Newtons life and times. Sitting in the aircraft, ones imagination about his accomplishments could soar. G provided us with an informative tour through the Casa de Shenandoah, exotic animal sanctuary & Arabian horse show demo complete with swim. Three hours flew by---an inspiring day amidst 52 acres of beauty. Danke schoen.
I was pleasantly surprised!! Nice group of folks. You will not be disappointed.
Not knowing much about Wayne Newton, I had no expectations. However, with Joan as my guide I learned a great deal and truly enjoyed the whole experience!I would highly recommend this tour!
You can not go to vegas without seeing his estate. It is absolutely beautiful! To hear about wayne newtons life is amazing and our tour guide was the best. Newton lived such an incredible life, half way through the tour i was fighting tears. The crazy thing is that before this tour i knew nothing about him. So glad we went. We did the $99 tour and it was worth every single penny. Hands down best thing to do when you come and visit vegas! Soo worth your money and my husband and I left inspired.
Diner en Blanc was hosted here 2018. Beautiful landscape!
If I could give this a negative rating, I would. Like, minus 2 stars. First of all, did not know there was a time that the tour started (wasnt in Groupon). Either way we arrived TWO minutes late and the girl at the desk let us know about it. Ive never been made to feel guilty about something Ive paid for. Followed around a group of elderly people that were crop dusting us the whole time and telling us we were too young to know anybody. The most awkward part was the presidential area, in which the tour guide went on about how much Trump was supported by Wayne and the entire group turned to my friend and I as if we had openly said we didnt support him. She then proceeded to ask us if we would like to leave because we had been there for a while . Just a weird experience.
Such a lovebly hall great customers service
This is a very memorable tour. We were able to see the second floor of the mantion due to the Memorial Day special. This is a hidden jem of Las Vegas and gives you a good overview of the Vegas history.Highly recommend!
Definitely worth doing. Invest the money and see the longer tour. It gives you more to see.
Loved it. It was fantastic. Joan was a great tour guide.
Great place for an event. Beautiful piece of green valley history and great accommodating event staff
A Las Vegas must do!
Fantastic. Loved every minute. Hes a true legend . Service from entire staff was first class !!
Mr. Newton hosted our company Polar Shades and the AIA Las Vegas Chapter at the museum and Casa de Shenandoah. Wow, what a first class facility, and the staff were even better. I have lived in Las Vegas over 45 years and Wayne Newton truly is Mr. Las Vegas. many thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Newton, and Robin for the wonderful experience!Steve MeviusPresident Polar Shades, Inc.
Very impressed with Wayne Newtons Estate. Our tour guide, Janet, was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting & informative.
Something different to try and kill a few hours! Might take you a while if you are taking transit or a few bucks with a ride share to arrive at the museum. Staff were very well knowledge and answered all the questions. Hint....do not pay for the exotic animal portion - We saw the monkey for free, but I am so glad I did not pay for it. there was only like 5 animals and the penguin was missing.
The tour is great. Learned alot about Wayne Newton. Have to see the Arabian horses.
Uuuugh...seriously what can one say ....100 degrees and walked around a stable with horses heads buried in feed buckets...small mini zoo with all the animals hiding in the shade...the highlight was an old plane that was once used by Wayne. What were we thinking lol...oh yeah Get out of the heat and take a few hours off from gambling. For that purpose it was well worth it ...probably saved a grand the casino didnt get hahahaha . Short of that I would not be recommending this outing.
Beautiful & Tranquil. Go take the the tour and check out the amazing gift shop
Too bad i cant leave 0 stars. This was the worst thing i have ever done on a vacation in my life. We were held captive for 3.5h. The museum and his old house smelt like mold and wet dog. I had a headache for hours after. I thought we were going to see his real house. Unless you hot and heavy to wayne stay away
This tour is a must do. Francis our guide was amazing. Definitely worth the price and the time.
Fantastic visit. Family coming in so I plan to go back. A must to see.
Absolutely wonderful tour! Well worth the time to see it.
Better than expected, especially Jons giuded tour. We have seen Waynes shows, followed his career, and were still plesantly surprised by details learned. Thank you Wayne for sharing some of your personal life experiences with regulare people who cate.
I love all the cars. Wayne though, still looks young.
His legacy is awesome, let alone his 52 acre ranch. Glad we went.
Beautiful place but some of the animals look too skinny
A wonderful experience.Great to see the outcome of a man who worked for his dream & shares it
Loved it! The staff was great and the tour was very interesting!

Love it!Great tour of the Wayne Newton Estate and horses.
Cool attraction
The best tour in Las Vegas.
Very cool here.
Museum is full of Waynes classic cars, presidential momentos and even a plane!
Overpriced, very little to see and what was there was not particularly interesting. A waste of time and money.
