Unique, quaint museum that details the history of burlesque. My wife and me visited the Burlesque Hall of Fame on a recent trip to Las Vegas. Our tour guide was very informative on the history and progression of burlesque. I highly recommend visiting since you wont find most of their displays and exhibits anywhere else. Very friendly staff and the gift shop has lots of great items. Located not far from the main strip. Thanks again for a truly unique Vegas experience.
I love this place. Just love it. Ive been performing burlesque for almost 13 years now and the museum feels like a second home. The first time I wandered into it, it was hidden in a tiny little room off Fremont Street... years later, it finally has the exhibit and the space it deserves and I adore being able to watch it start to give back to the local community. Burlesque is a huge part of Americana and an even bigger part of Las Vegas and, besides the yearly weekender, this is where history is being made. What once was the naughtiest entertainment you could find is now a political and fringe art form.Las Vegas is not where burlesque came to die. Its where burlesque came to live, to preserve its history and re-invent itself. Its an art form where women have always had a voice, even when they were playing Greek statues.Come to the museum. Take the tour. Join as a member. Find the local, independent, off the strip shows. Experience where burlesque came from, what is once was and what it has become. Yes, it might get raunchy. Yes, it might get political. Yes, it will definitely be risque and challenge a lot of your preconceived notions. But nothing ever grew in a comfort zone. This is Sin City. Challenge yourself.
My friends and I went today for Museum Day! This place is not huge but it is packed with history! We got the official tour and our tour guide was awesome! She was very well spoken, knew her history and had me completely engaged! I highly recommend this as “must see/must do” when in Vegas!! I will definitely be back!
Perfect for the burlesque enthusiast. Located off the beaten path in the upcoming Arts District this quaint museum deserves your time. The self-guided tour is worth the price of its budget friendly admission alone, but should you opt for the guided tour, at no extra charge, Emmie is a joy. Emmie will delight you with vast knowledge of the evolution of the art of burlesque. The walls are filled with artifacts, memorabilia, history, and pasties of all sorts. Dont forget to visit the gift shop.
Delightful! Come see it because you know youre curious. Yet I promise youll be blown away because the tour guide, Emmy, not only knows her stuff, she is as humorous and people-savvy as the legendary entertainers this little museum lionizes. The admission fee is criminally under-priced compared to the 90-or-so minutes of entertainment value youll receive on this tour.
Well off the beaten path. But if you find yourself near Fremont St youre just a short walk away! Its a small museum but shows the history of the burlesque art form. Includes a guided walk through and there is a posing studio complete with props to truly let your burlesque goddess out! Merchandise at the front of the store was unique! Wish I couldve bought it all.
Such a great and knowledgeable staff. Its been a bucket list spot and I was not disappointed. Great history, fantastic photos, and a plus for the community.
Excellent collection of artifacts and memorabilia from the history of burlesque. The tour guide was informative, funny, and very friendly. Definitely recommend!
Fantastic little museum! Very interesting collection, friendly, knowledgeable docents, and a one of a kind experience. Va-va-voom!
Sweet, comprehensive historical museum of a fascinating art and super nice staff too!
The museum is small, but worth the visit and showing appreciation of this artform. It was very informative and well organized in chronological order. I learned several good bits of information about screen stars. Thanks to those that have contributed display items, time and funding contributions.
Loved learning all about the history of Burlesque here! Emi really knew their stuff & my partner and i really appreciated how knowledgeable they were on the entire subject! Would strongly recommend visiting to learn the roots of strong femininity.
I was thoroughly impressed by The Burlesque Hall of Fame. I wasnt sure what to expect, as some of the attractions in Vegas have a very tourist-trap feel. This is definitely NOT the case with BHOF. Every ticket comes with a guided tour through the timeline/evolution of Burlesque. Today our guide was Emie and she was honestly one of the best presenters/guides Ive had. Very engaging, and her knowledge of the history of Burlesque was top-notch. Not once did she have to read from the timeline, and her passion for the industry comes through at all times. In fact, after the tour we had to ask where to go to see some quality Burlesque shows because she made *us* excited about the industry through her presentation.Prepare to spend at least an hour taking it all in - the tour itself took about 15-20 minutes, but there is way more to see and read about than just the timeline. Be sure to get some pics with feather fans, boas, and gloves in the back, too!! We will definitely be bringing visitors here in the future. A Vegas must-see!
Went on a tour recently - Emmy and Darby were amazing. They were incredibly knowledgable and engaging. I learned so much and would recommend to anyone!
Really enjoyed learning about the history of Burlesque, lots I didnt know and very happy with the presentation from their guide!
It was an amazing tour from Emmy. Lots of history, she was very knowledgeable and animated. She really makes you fell like your experience the evolution of Burlesque.
A great history of the artform of Burlesque. Buttercup is as knowledgeable as she is beautiful! Highly recommend a visit here.
They document the history well. Lots of facts, artifacts used in live shows. Host was great too.
A monument to burlesque! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn the history of burlesque, about the legends, see amazing costumes, and the wall of pasties! Its obvious a lot of love and care goes into curating the space!
Nice hole in the wall museum with a dress up area. Fun and knowledgeable staff.
This was an amazing tour. Our host was very informative and entertaining as she guided us through the museum. We really enjoyed it. Thank you!
It is a part of history. I had fun. The Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. The place is clean. We took a bus to get there. It is in Las Vegas Art District. It is a place to spend 2 to 3 hours looking at pictures and reading about Bulesque history. The souvenir shop has some nice stuff.
Concurring with other reviewers: this museum is tensy, but well worth the price of admission. The folks who work here are obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about burlesque, and it in turn made my spouse and I very excited to learn. What a cool experience.
Such a perfect place to learn, remember, and love. Thank you all for curating the new space to be amazing. Top notch.
We had an amazing tour guide and learned so much about the history and evolution of burlesque. Well worth a trip!
Small but mighty! Super informative museum with a lot of punch, great staff, and an amazing cause. Will visit every time Im in Vegas.
Love this place! Would go again, its about a medium size room with alot of history and even has area to take photos :)
FAVORITE museum in Vegas!
Low key, off the beaten path and intimate. A guided tour is included in the price of admission. Definitely take them up on it and learn more than you ever could off just their photos/exhibits. Fremont Street just a short walk away.
My husband and I were given a tour at the Burlesque Hall of Fame - not only was the space neatly organized and rich with history but the staff members were extremely knowledgable and friendly too! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you for being in Las Vegas!
This place was way cool! Worth going off the beaten path!
Interesting as one of several museums we visited in Las Vegas same day.
Cute, fun little place to visit.
Loved it. Very informative tour. Fun dressing up
New museum in Vegas, great setting in the arts section of the city. The staff gave a fantastic tour of the very small facility, she made it worth the admission of $15.00. Military is $10.00. certainly worth a visit for serious folks about the art. Parking is available free on the street outside.
Highly recommend this personalized tour of burlesque over the years.
Wonderful celebration of the art of burlesque, good tour
Not much to see but old pictures, clothes or mementos from the past. Not happy about the $15 I paid for but it’s just me, who knows you might like it. You can still check it out if you are curious about it.
Fun place to visit off the beaten track.
Emmie our tour guide was amazing!
Great little museum. The receptionist was amazing (please forgive me I didnt catch her name) very knowledgeable. She recommended places to see while we were in the area. A must see when your in Vegas.

Small museum packed with history. Ticket entry includes a personal tour of the exhibits--very informative! Worth the visit for anyone who enjoys history, theater, and gorgeous women.
Historical and personable. All tours are guided. Support Burlesque and keep the memory of it and accompanying Vaudevillian heros alive in its new digs. You can dress up yourself as well!

Small and quaint but lots of history on display. The hands on exhibit is lots of fun and IG worthy. Our hostess was very gracious and had the cutest bundle of joy. Yes ladies and gents, there was a baby there and he was being breast fed as we walked in. #girlboss #girlpower
Absolutely amazing tour our guide was so sweet and informative keep up the wonderful things you guys do
Informative and friendly guide. Knowledgeable staff that curate these items and history out of pure love for the art form. Bravo!~
Save your money, not worth $15 a person for someone to spend 15 minutes to tell the history of burlesque. Nothing to see on top of it but pictures
Fantastic experience!! We went with our bridal party and had so much in the private class!! Thank you, Buttercup!!!
I got free tickets. I definately would not gave paid 15 bucks to get in
