We got free tickets to the outside gondola and I thought itll be romantic to ride at night 9:50 pm. Sure enough it was cute they sing to you in Italian and they give you some history about Italy as well. The ride was short but something im glad we tried. Well we waited we went and checked out there cool hotel.

The ride is amazing. Only thing due to covid you have to reserve a spot and its indoor only but team members were great the singing to the education they have about Italy. Hope to do it again. 11/29/20.

The did the inside ride which was romantic. Although it was a short ride we had the pleasure of meeting Roberto who was very lovely and sang while we enjoyed the ride. At the first end of the little river they had someone playing the violin and at the other end someone played the guitar. ️️

At first it can seem cheesy but it’s actually pretty romantic. Right now they have musicians that play you a song and the gondola drivers also sing. I did the indoor ride and will return to do the outdoor ride. It’s a little pricey but you’re paying for the ambiance and to help keep talented people employed.

The boat ride was pretty great ranged for around 10-15 mins. Price was a little steep for the regular price but for any military/veterans it’s a great deal. It’s definitely great to go for one time I doubt I would ride again but the experience was great.

I wish I could have given this attraction more stars. The ride itself was fun, you get serenaded, you get the overall boat ride feel and you get a little break from the walking around. However, the experience was very short-lived (the ride typically only last 10-13 minutes AT most). Not to mention, the cost to ride is pretty pricey (I believe $30-$40 ish per person). Lastly, the ticket desk people were very impatient and had little to no care when it came to having a friendly personality toward guests.Overall: I definitely would recommend this at least once just to say you did it....preferably the indoor ride. Just make sure to finish all of your drinks and food because they will not permit that on the ride.

Enjoyed the ride. 2nd time. Ive done the inside some years ago. The guy serenaded us, or guide was extremely friendly, she gave us some places to eat and visit. Maybe 15+ min ride.Its cheaper during the week, same price indoor/ outdoor. They offer photos and a link to the website to keep the photos you paid for to share. Yes they provided hand sanitizer. Who knew its about 13-15ft deep when you first get in the boat. Wow

We have done the gondola ride twice, once as a couple and once with family and were impressed with each ride. We managed to get the same guy both times and it was cool to see him and hear him sing for us again. Plus it smells clean and fresh in there which is a nice change from all the smoke in Vegas.

They forgot to take our picture, memory lost. The ride is only 5 minutes at the most thats the outside ride. Was not even offered the inside ride. I has a package deal, thought I was taken my husband for a romantic,boat ride, enjoyable musuem experience and dinner.

Very romantic and relaxing experience for our 22nd anniversary. We did the indoor ride to stay out of the heat and it was pleasant. The staff are great and have wonderful voices. A little spendy and could last longer for the price.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience of this attraction in Vegas. We still have the frame and picture. Yes the price might be a problem with some people however when you look at what you get...a boat...romantic setting...someone that is singing to you...and rowing you in a boat...plus an opportunity to have a great picture for you guys to keep. I honestly look at our picture everyday and smile. Looking back at our vacation to Vegas. That is one of the attractions Im still thankful we did...

Lovely experience but do the inside Gondolas. Our Gondolier sang to us. They had someone sing in Italian Happy Birthday to me. The ride was romantic and memorable. Truly the gem of the Venetian.

We enjoyed this. It felt kind of intimate, but there was someone else on the boat (the gondolier). That said, he was cool. He sang for us and he was talented.

Oh My Goodness!!!!! This was the highlight of our vacay. I came to the Venetian because of the gondolas. Our Paris trip was a no go due to COVID. I found this hotel and it beat all of my expectations. Due to COVID masks are required. The boats are very similar to those in Venice. We did the outdoor ride and though it was hot, it was my birthday and it was the last day of the vacay so I did not care. I was hoping we could have gotten on the first day we arrived which was our 10 year anniversary but to have the gondolier Golden Pipes sing Happy Birthday to me in Italian put the icing on the cake. I literally had tears. The wait wasnt very long we waited about 30 mins, although the ride was very short, I will always remember this birthday!! Thank you!! Oh and the pics are a bit pricey but worth it unless you are good at capturing the moment.

I went for my 18th Wedding Anniversary. I was told the ride was 10-12 minutes and in reality it was 2-3 minutes. The picture guy was HORRIBLE. We couldn’t even purchase the pictures, he just clicked and walked off. We could barely hear the girl singing. I was charged the proper amount $124 on that day. Two days later I was charged another $124. I called to get the charge reversed and I spoke with a manager named Erica who was rude and tells me this happens all the time and my original charge wasn’t processed, even though I signed a receipt. Erica never asked my name or my card info to verify the transactions. She refused to look at it as well. I had to go there in person, park extremely far to get this handled. Erica refused to come out to speak with me directly. I advised them that my bank would reverse the transaction but they needed proof from The Gandola that it was only charged once, I was told they don’t have a way to print. I was advised to contact accounting the next business day. I believe they are doing these fraudulent charges to people on purpose, knowing they are only going to be in Vegas for a few days.

Staff is very friendly ans inviting. I enjoyed the ride even though it was short. It was entertaining and an iteresting experience.

So mad at them. My husband called several times before my birthday to set up a ride. They failed to mention that the outdoor gondolas don’t start until 5:30. We couldn’t make a reservation ahead of time either. So we had to change our dinner reservations all together at a restaurant not inside the Venetian on my birthday. They failed to tell us that the location of the outdoor gondolas was on the totally opposite side of the hotel as the indoor ones. I had to walk a mile, pregnant. We get to the line and they didn’t tell us either that my parents, who were visiting from Ny had to go in their own boat because my 2 year old son couldn’t sit on one of our laps. I complained to the man helping us in line (brunette with glasses) and he said, “the concierge gives out false information usually.” Can you believe this awful communication and customer service?

The gondola rides are indoor and outdoor and you have to pay separately for each one. They are about 10 minutes each. Although the gondoliers were fantastic and funny, the rides were so short it hardly seemed worth $30 each, twice. With so much closed due to Covid19, we enjoyed finding something to do though. Just our luck, our Uber driver, on the way to the airport on our last day, told us that the gondola ride at the Bellagio is far better.

My group wanted to ride a gondola but that quickly changed after we talked to an attendant about buying tickets. At $29 a person, I feel this is a rip off. You have to pick between riding the gondola outside or riding it inside. Regardless of which one you choose, the route is super short and my group couldnt justify the high cost. We decided to just walk along the river area and admire the views instead.

The ride was nice. They take photos at one point during the ride and you can remove your mask for the photo. Just remember mask are required. Photos are pricey which is why I gave it four stars

I took for the first time in her life my wife to Vegas. Well I took her mom and brother too. They were all first timers. Well we didn’t stay at this hotel but we are planning our next trip soon. I can tell you that this hotel is pretty beautiful, I didn’t took a picture of the selling but you will fall in love with the view. The rides are so peaceful and lovely so if you can take a ride with that special person in your life take it and If you don’t have nobody don’t worry the magic is the same trust me.

Fun trip with family there is much more to do in Vegas when you are with your kids and family. This rides were best they also have same rides inside but it is little higher price. This was amazing experience and they sing nice songs for you while you are enjoying your gondola rides! And staff was very helpful and friendly they made our ride even more comfortable. Thanks for this wonderful experience all staff.

I understand due to COVID there are restrictions but we weren’t allowed to take a picture of ourselves on it and we paid for it so we should be allowed to still we were very excited but would not do it again and don’t recommend easing money it was. 10 min ride and we got not pictures to show for it!

This was a lot of fun to do. It was beautiful and from what one of the ladies said that we rode with it is more beautiful than the actual place because you dont get the dirty smell and bird poo all over you! Our gondolier host was fabulous and made the trip awesome!!!

We took the ride in the night to avoid the Las Vegas August heat . It was nice and about a 20 min wait for our turn. Our Gondolier was amazing and entertaining and we enjoyed the experience which was about 15 mins give or take a bit.

Not romantic whatsoever, very short and overpriced. Receptionist staff inside was very unhelpful and wouldnt answer questions on the phone they said we had to come in person.

Lots of fun but a little pricey for the how short it is. We paid to do a private ride so we didn’t get two random people on the boat with us. This was expensive. It is a little confusing trying to find where to pay as it is in a shop around the corner. It would be cool to be able to bring your drink on the boat. I recommend getting a friend to snap some pictures from the street as the photos they take are only from the loading area and you can save some money to get more pictures. It is fun and can be romantic.

Every place we visited allowed my daughter and I to remove our masks JUST for the photographs that they take that we pay for. The Gondola ride company refused to allow us to remove our masks for the photo. Ridiculous.

Loved it. It is kind of pricey for a short ride. But not something you get to do very often. Would recommend doing the outside boat ride at night. When we went it was not crowded so we where the only ones in the boat but it only holds 4 plus the guide.

I really loved the ride, although it was a shame the outside course was closed at the half. Nevertheless, our gondolier made sure our experience was entertaining by singing beautiful melodies.

Loved it! Its a short ride but well worth it! Loved the serenade! The guy was amazing! We did the outdoor Gondola because the scenery was beautiful! The guy was able to maneuver the gondola with the high winds that day, so it shows expertise. I wasnt afraid of tipping over, even in shallow water. I would definitely do this again!

Short ride for outdoor, longer ride indoors... can be a long wait depending on crowds. the ride is pretty either way, you cant go wrong as a romantic thing to do. interact with people in line, and get photos after... gentle ride, not any rocking at all... and the gondoliers are amazing singers (disney princess levels)

Romantic experience. Loved it

My husband and I paid for a shared ride, but as luck would have it, we got a gondola to ourselves. We had such a great time that Id pay extra for the private ride next time. Relaxing, romantic ride through the awesome architecture. Luciano, our gondolier, sang us a few songs that all sounded lovely.

Kind of pricy three of us was $82. I recommend the outdoor one than the indoor one. The gondola driver sing italian songs to you during the fifteen minute ride. No long wait. Do it early in the day before it gets windy then they cancel the ride and you only do indoor. Take as many pictures as you can on the boat. Overall great idea to propose on the boat or just be romantic.

It was nice experience going on the gondola ride. We went on the inside gondola ride as it looked better. The gondolier was full of information and even give us a few songs on way round. Its was cheaper getting a 4 seater and sharing with another couple than paying for a private one.

I only took photos of the outside. But what I saw was five stars - gorgeous!

I wished it was longer and cooler weather but my “taxi driver” Stefano (that’s what he said) was hilarious. Stefano kept me laughing, gave some interesting information regarding, and sang quite well!

First time riding a gondola and it was such a cool experience! I definitely recommend getting your own instead of sharing with another couple. Our gondolier was super funny and sang like an angel (couldnt remember her name but she was Russian, blonde hair blue eyes)! We did the inside route, which was cooler in the summer and probably better since we got serenated from bslconies by two other gondaliers!

Riding in Gondola at the Venetion is more Expensive the riding in actual itally.its an experience one can have ... of what las vegas hotels and casino has to offer.

I bought the tickets yesterday to take a ride in the gondolas when we arrived they turned us inside when I bought to be outside the manager said that there was nothing she could do because she had already turned around, nobody explained that it was a different place.the manager vicky did nothing to solve the problem very unhappy with her attention.
