Rudy is absolutely wonderful. Great with my son and an absolute delight. They have an awesome selection of toys and lots of video games that only take 1 to 2 tokens a piece which is great especially for familys with kinda older children and siblings with age gaps. The party room is big, highly considering having my sons 3rd birthday here. Only 10$ for all day play, able to leave and come back which is fantastic and they stay open until 9 pm! Awesome play place. Very glad covid didnt run this place out of business. We will be back for sure!!

I went to take my kids here but it was closed for remodeling. I even tried calling first and looking at the website, it there was no warning it was closed.

I brought my 3 year old here and he had an amazing time! Especially playing on the Arcade games.Great service, clean play areas and fun for both child and adult.

This place discriminates against people with disabilities! Its ridiculous! They totally had 1 other parent and 2 children in this place and wouldnt accept my medical EXEMPTION to enter without a MASK! Thats discrimination! The other parent wasnt even wearing her mask, and mind you children are running around without masks ON! Yet my disability kept my grandkids from playing here! Shame on you! Ill tell everyone I know of your discrimination against people with disabilities

The Best place to bring your family if youre interested in tiring out your kiddos from fun. Theres so much for the kids to do. Theres a comfy section for parents that views the whole facility so your mind stays at ease. The staff is second to None. Miguel is great compliment yo the environment with his fun personality and careful eye for safety. Youre kiddos are in good hands here. Fun and inexpensive, Perfect Combination!

My kids loved it just as much as I did. The staff is awesome and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

I like the variety they have. Several small child friendly slides as well as the bigger slides. A great bouncy house, ball pit, video games, scooter, and all sorts of things to climb on. The only thing I really dont like is the large swing carousel in the middle. I feel its too dangerous especially when bigger kids are there.

The play area it pretty decent, but thats about it. The staff is unfriendly and they definitely dont care about whats going on in there. I was there for 3 hours with my kids and all the staff did was to chat at the desk, check their phones and even ordered themselves food and all 3 of them left the floor unattended to go sit down and eat. As a parent i know i have to watch my kids, but there is no security here, other places stamp your hand with numbers and when you leave they make sure your numbers match your kids numbers. I was happy my kids had fun, but i was not impressed with the staff and service.

Starting with the staff: very friendly and helpful; the place is also clean and safe to play. The only big concern I have is that need security and need to start stamp to make sure our childrens safety. Would give five stars but my child safety is my big concern. If you noticed, so many kids attempt to run away many times if not attended. I strongly encourage the owner to think about this. Otherwise, nothing but good things I have to say about this place.

Good place to take kids, but a birthday party was going on and they didnt close it to the public. Very crowded and kids were too wild for littler ones. We left shortly thereafter.

I recently went there almost a week ago with my 1 year old and all I can say is the bathrooms werent clean what so ever, the babies room wasnt really a babies room and stunk really bad as well as the mini lunch room, the kids oh my goodness parents please supervise your kids! If you dont keep them under control I promise you another parent will! I was in the ball pit with my son and so many 6-10 year olds were running past him as if they were blind! No manners at all! If I wasnt there my child wouldve been stomped on completely! Aside from that this kid infuriated me for starting to aggressively throw balls at my son! The room was packed and only 3 parents myself included out of 20 kids were actually supervising their children! This is not a day care center people this is suppose to be a indoor playground for kids to be able to play away from any danger. Also the staff needs to clean the toys more often the toys were really dirty. As a first time ever going to a indoor playground I wish the experience couldve been cleaner and more tamed. Other than that my son loved it.

Very clean, staff keeps up on play area and is very friendly . And its a super cheap 18 isnt bad for two kids. The guy working flies around a little drone thing and the kids love it, hes awsome very nice and likes to see the area clean and safe.

Kids Planet is a Great and SAFE place for kids. Not too crowded and open for everyone even if they have a private party in one of the rooms. (Not like this other place down the road, Kids Kingdom where they just turned us away from bcs of a private event. She told us to come back in 45 minutes. Yeah, right!??I will be just sitting in my car with two toddlers until you decide to let us in, right?! OR NOT!! Rather delete your place from my maps and never return!. We will come instead here, to Kids Planet

Seemed clean . but seemed too small for the amount of people that went there....altogether my kids enjoyed it. WARNING: IF YOU GO HERE MAKE SURE TO BRING SOCKS FOR BOTH YOU AND YOUR CHILD OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY 5 PER PAIR FROM THEM.

This place doesnt allow you to bring cake inside unless you paid for their $300 birthday bookings & they are too crowed kids be on top of each other, especially on weekends or when there is a birthday party! Kids always fighting each other here. I recommend you go to Peter Pier Pizza!! We went to the one on Sahara, and celebrated my babys 5th birthday there couple das ago. They have lots of tables, and you can take anything in there but pizza since they already got pizza! No birthday party bookings, and they will provide you with cups, plates, spoons, folks, knives, and candles at no charge. The only thing you pay for is the games for kids to play, and it is not a must to buy their pizza. Awesome place!

Its close to my apartment, and my daughter likes it here. Sucks they dont have the trampoline at the moment, but hope they get it soon.

Nice place for the kids to play indoors but it needs to be updated. There was a lot of ripped plastic. Trampoline had a hole and they still kept it open for kids to jump on.

Fun time with kiddos ! Safe place

We took my baby sister (19 months) to this place. She was a bit scared at first but warmed up. We came in at about 3:45 and there were very few kids, but by 5:45 it was pretty busy. Overall the play structures looked fun and there was plenty for her to do. My only negatives are that other place we go to alows you to go and play on the structures with your kids especially if younger. My second is that i think the age going up to 10 is a bit old, some other the older kids were rather fast and aggressive. Disregard some of the other comments it is plenty safe and the young kids cannot get out. Do not confuse this with a place to dump your kids and sit on your phone, you must watch your own. AGAIN THIS IS NOT A DAY CARE, DO NOT EXPECT STAFF TO INTERACT, WATCH OR DISCIPLINE KIDS !

Clean, reasonably priced ($5 per visit when purchased 10 at a time), video games, toddler/baby/crawler area, bouncies and swings and all the fun stuff, in ac for when summer in Vegas makes outside undoable!

My kids have so much fun here. I m very happy with the service. Staff are professional and they care about the place and kids even tho some of the parents dont watch their kids properly. Anyone who reads and believe some of these negative reviews are worthless. Ive been coming here in past 3 years the best place in LV. Those who leave negative reviews are those people that have nothing better to do, they just go around and find any little thing to complain about. If you dont like to follow playground rules then take your kids outside to park where no one will say anything how you watch your kids. My suggestions is just come and experience yourself first before you believe any of these negative reviews. Alot of these negative reviews customers have nothing better to do just go around and judge people or places because they cant do what ever they want and they think they own everything...

Ugh I had to run all over to maintain 2 little ones and I could not stand it!! But thank gosh that they had snacks and drinks like Red Bull for me to stay looking alive. The two little ones had Sprite. There are a few ball pits, slides, and scooters/bikes.

I am so shocked over the reviews and the deceiving pictures, this place anything but safe, I am very surprised that the city had given him the permit to open, over crowded only 2 staff working and not monitoring the children, the children were bullying my 2 year old and throwing the balls on her she is crying and the staff were just looking and laughing about it, not safe to leave the child unattended to take a restroom break, they have one restroom for each sex, boys in and out of the girls restroom beyond dirty and smelly, they have a room supposedly for just babies, they charged me money for my 8 months baby to use the baby room, this room is anything but safe for babies to roll around or crawl, the room has ZERO toys for babies, it has very large heavy plastic blocks that older kids were throwing them around I had to pull the baby out of the room quickly. they have a swing set that the rope is actually broken but they had it in a knot, they have another swing set that is so old and danger for kids, the place is over crowded with the play units no room to run around, I saw a 3 year old girl hurt her self badly and cut her lips open and the staff didnt give a damn. half of the sanitizer units are empty and they use the cheapest sanitizer, at the door before paying they lied to us stating they have baby walker and toys, no room to put your shoes the slots were full. the place had just way too many kids for such a small place, they said there was free WiFi that I was never able to sign in because it was password protected and very bad reception, if you dont care about your child this is the place to be at, very unsafe environment, if it was for me I would have this place shut in no time.

We came here for a playdate on a saturday. There was no parking, over packed, 2 birthdays going on at one time and general play. The parents were not controlling their children and running wild, for example there is a special place for under 3/4 year olds and 8 year olds were running through it and pushing love the babies. For what they charge, I would think they would have a max limit of kids playing at one time and for birthdays for the cost make it private. Also, the staff just stand behind the counter and gossip to each other. Never going back in fear that my child (4 year old) will be run over by a teenager (yes, there were teenagers there going down the toddler slides) or in the bounce castle clobbered by another kid.
