So far Ive had a pleasant experience with this location and its staff. My child is in a program here and it has been beneficial to him thus far. Staff has done a great job with easing my concerns about cleanliness management especially for the youth.

Great...always busy but gym isnt usually full or packed

I used to love coming here every morning. It’s quiet and everyone has a good spirit. Employees had great service and maintained all the machines in good condition. They would get 5 stars if they had a grace period for missed monthly payments. If you miss the monthly payment by a day you’ll end up getting charged 2x the amount of what you normally pay.

Clean, friendly establishment. I enjoy my time there. Classes for every age and a very friendly staff.

I like this place working out was great. However, made plans to spend the day at the pool with my family. When I showed up we were told they wanted to close early and we only had 30 minutes to swim. They closed the pool at 3 instead of 4. Another mother was upset who showed up 5 minutes before they wanted to close. Posted hours are until 4. No notice or anthing they just closed the pool. When the pool closed we felt rushed it was uncomfortable. I did not feel valued.

Attentive, compassionate manager was very helpful to us while we were traveling through the area. The childcare area was clean and upbeat, and the fitness facility was really expansive upstairs. A really great Y altogether. While I was disappointed that a couple desk staff were regrettable snippy with me as a new/guest member not knowing where to scan in my card, I will say the rest of our experience there was a pleasant one and would recommend their location to others in the area.

Decent weight room. -2 stars for not having a stairmaster. What gym doesnt have a stair climbing machine???

I used to LOVE this gym, until it gave me tiña(ringworm) THAT I STILL HAVE, it’s been almost 4 months and I still suffer this condition, and they havent done anything to maintain clean their gym or their hiking mountain that they have.Excellent place but AWFUL hygiene maintenance.

All of the YMCA facilities in Las Vegas are great. This is one of my favorites because its not as busy as the more popular locations like the Centennial Hills YMCA. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Tons of programs for kids like Basketball & Soccer Academy, Gymnastics, Dance, and many more. They also have a great summer camp program for kids up to age 15! Very convenient for working parents during the summer, and its more affordable than paying for a babysitter. Now that Im posting this after school has already started, that tidbit is pretty useless. Keep that in mind for summer 2020, parents. This location has 3 basketball courts but make sure you call ahead to check if there are open courts because they are rented out a lot of the time. This location also offers a lot of group exercise classes, which are included in your membership! Body Pump, Spin, Body Combat, Aqua Fit (during pool season), Zumba Toning, Zumba Fitness, Yoga, Tai Chi, Hot Hula, Chair Yoga, Pickleball, Young at Heart, Silver Sneakers Classic, CX Worx, Next Step, Barre, Strong 30, & Bolly X. Its a great place to be.

Been a member for two years and love it! Met great people and instructors are wonderful! No pretentious people or egomaniac teachers. You are who you are and we all are trying our best!

This year is my first experience at a Gym I can tell you I love it, and everyone has made me feel welcome, it’s made me want to go more often and and work out with the girls in the classes the instructors are top notch and very understanding and have no problem teaching the ones who are just learning I’m so glad I did this I’ve not been there for more than a week getting over a cold can’t wait to go back !Love Love the instructors and Love Heinrich YMCA ️

For the cost of a family membership the place is great nice people clean and down to earth. Its for fun and working out not a pickup spot which is nice

Love this place. I only come for the basketball courts and they stay in great shape with the flooring and maintenance as well. If you in the area and looking for a great all around workout, this is the place for you.

The staff is amazing...Very clean ...They offer so many classes for Seniors, Young adults as well as children. This is our home away from home . All the instructors will work you out and get you to your goals .Absolutely love Ms Barbara,Ms Telli,Ms Sheila...Also my kids have gone to the YMCA summer camp and love it ! Have had an awesome experience..

Staff likes to lurk and enforce policies on select members. Soon I wont have to deal with the discrimination I experience when Im here and will go to the other locations. The only good thing is that this one provides both big and small towels which is good if you want to shower.

A very modern facility, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We were visiting Las Vegas from Canada, and this was the best choice for paying a drop-in fee for comprehensive facility use.

This place is not kid or family friendly. they dont have changing table in the family restrooms. this is suppose to be a family facility but theres no activities for my toddler to join. this location is dedicated to basketball players. the member cant even use the basketball court because the couch take them over. this is the YMCA not Tarkanian

Awesome service. Staff is very nice and try to help you the best they can. Classes are great! Zumba is my favorite. Instructors are kind and cool. I like going to the YMCA.

This is a very well kept facility with more amenities than your usual YMCA. The front desk staff has always been very helpful, even as an out-of-town visitor. It is well-equipped with weight lifting equipment, cardio machines, gymnasiums, rock climbing walls, children play areas and outdoor pools. One of the best in the country for sure.

I took a Bodypump and CXWORX classes with my partner at this gym 6/30 and the experience was horrible. Even though the bodypump instructor was pretty average the music was way too low to follow the choreography during the class. As a couple who have been taking Les Mills classes for over 10 years the CXWORX class on that day was the worse group fitness experience ever.The instructor brought two noisy kids to the fitness studio who ran around and in between the customers, jumped over the mats and weights and disturbed the workout constantly. Also the instructor didnt have strong enough core to show and guide the right and safe techniques.

Im a member at the YMCA for over 2 years .I usually visit the centennial location and never had a problem at all.we moved to spring valley so, I visit this location sinced Im closer my friend got her membership and we visit together we leave the kids at daycare and after 3 mins, my nephew got kick out from daycare,hes only 1 year, they said we cant have your kid you need to take him and his siblings as well. We cannot handle him crying..Anel was very rude and disrespectful.And end up blaming the guy at the front desk cuz she didnt have any excuse to kick out the baby, she said hes sick he cant be here.Please do not trust this lady...

This gym is charging too much money for registration and membership. other guys that have much more and larger fatilities charges $10 monthly and $5 to join. The YMCA do not have running tracts and as much machines as these other gyms. I do not support this high cost!

Its a good place for familys to go to. Lots to do and they have daycare.

I have 4 kids, 2 two year olds that go to the daycare and 2 older autistic children that attend Y kids and the staff is very nice and attentive to them and they have a blast ! Also i get to get my work out on while everyone has fun.Great place for familys!

Last year I wasnt to happy about paying summer camp for 5 days a week, needing only 3, but still did it. This year I am having the worst experience trying to get an answer about a financial aid application. I turned it in on May 18th, for max 2 weeks process. Today is June 11th and no matter who I speak with, how many messages to the person in charge i leave, nobody returns a phone call. Just today they told me that it might take actually 3 to 4 weeks in getting an answer. ?! And I didnt mention that a lady named Betsabe hang up on me three days ago just for asking her what was the point of requesting financial assistance just after she told me that we can go when we want paying a day fee. Lets see how long it takes before somebody actually cares. My name is Gisella E.
