My daughter loves coming here! We had her third birthday here and it was so much fun she wanted her fourth one here too. Our host this time around was Mandy. She is so amazing. She went above and beyond making this party fantastic. I can’t believe how much she did to help us. From decorating, setting up food, clearing plates, asking guests if they needed anything, keeping the place clean, breaking down and even loading my car. Stellar service for sure! It’s so great that the party area is all in the same room as the play areas. All the kids had such a blast. We look forward to our next play date or friends birthday at Jumper’s Jungle!

Family owned and operated. Nice people. The setup is great, parents can sit in the middle of the room and watch their kids play, something most other places cant provide. Its clean and well maintained. Its not that big, but its fun and appealing. 1/11/17 was our first party and everything started great, until the host began to shut down while the kids were still playing. Unfortunate miscommunication between the owner and the employee, but most of our guests left because the bouncy castles were deflated. Lots of negative comments from them.

My daughter and my nieces enjoy the time and this place; my little daughter was so happy and her birthday, the guy there was very helpful he helping me with the decoration and set the tables and they have everything for a birthday before I ask for something the guy already done it for me very good stuff thank you for the good time youre giving me with my family very good place for kids not for adult.

This place is great. The ONE issue I have with it is there are a couple bounce houses that are close together. They have a tiny space in between where kids can fall in between them. Its a little scary to think they might fall and suffocate back there. Its hard to see between, but I know a child who fell back there. Other than that, its a clean, friendly, fun place

We had our sons birthday party here. We had a good time. The owner and his daughter helped set us up and kept us on schedule. And in general kept everything as easy as possible. The place has nice, clean jumpers, a basketball shooting game, an air hockey table and a projected virtual game area. We would use this place again to host another party.

So in love with this place from the courteous staff to the fun bouncy houses & activities that they offered for all type of ages. All the kids including our own had the funnest time & it gave us adults a nice break from our kiddos (massage chairs helped) Would definitely recommend this place over & over next party event we know where we’re going! Wanted to check this place out, but the website makes it seem as if its only for parties, nothing listed anywhere for individual pricing, atleast i couldnt see it. Just a bunch of things wanting you to sign up.

Clean, friendly and nice if you have enough kids. Its private so you dont have to worry about strangers.

We are in town for a soccer tournament and wanted somewhere fun to take out Littles. We checked their calendar to see if they were open and it clearly said that they had open play. We walk in the door and the manager/owner said they were booked with private parties and they didn’t want too many kids in the place. I kindly showed him his error on their website and he only replies that this was wrong and he didn’t know how that got on there. We had 3 kids to bring in...not 20. Our kids were upset we couldn’t stay. Poor management, website and customer service. So sad to turn 3 kids away. We will not go back. If you must go for open play I recommend calling ahead...hopefully they’ll give an honest answer...just don’t trust their website. Very disappointing.

I have had both my sons birthday parties here and I have taken them during open play as well and all experiences have been absolutely great! Last year was the first time we booked a private party through them and I was not disappointed at all! Staff was very welcoming helpful and friendly. And I was so happy to see everyone and my babies enjoy themselves .i definitely recommend as a fun great family place for parties or just a family day. You can play with the kids to or let them run off their energy. Keep up the great work!!

I did not see the staff initiate any interactions with children at the birthday party. The venue was rather small, but the kids enjoyed it.

Our two year olds had a blast here. The place was clean, the front desk clerk very friendly. There were a lot of different bounce houses and slides. The price is awesome. The only thing I have a complaint about is other parents. This is not a ‘let your four year old run amok’ type of thing you need to watch your kids. We will be back.

This place is such a fun hole in the wall we got invited to a birthday party its perfect for the younger kids and we love it . been here several times and the staff is very professional and its perfect for birthday parties or having something for the kids to do while the parents can talk and relax.

Really nice place for the kids to get out of the heat and have fun. The slides are pretty fun but make sure to wear slippery clothes because they dont work too well with jeans. The guy that works there is super nice. Birthday parties there are also really neat.

It was alright, I guess.I couldnt decide whether I liked here or not since there was nothing much to it, but I guess judging it comes with how old you are.I was invited here for a kids birthday party, and with me being a teenager I am today, I didnt enjoy it.There wasnt much to it.There are 3 slides. Two are combined together and one in the obstacle course.The bouncy castles I couldnt even get into since the opening is so small and compacted. There are two bouncy castles.There are a ton of snacks you can buy but its a bit high priced. Its alright for it, though.I recommend you go here but only if youre someone who is easily amused. Or if youre a kid. That works.

Fun place to bring the whole family

This is an Awesome place for kids! We had our Twin Babies Birthday party here and it was a Success! The Guests love the fact that We had the whole place for 2 hours. The owner and crew were so helpful. Ill definitely reccommend this place.

Randy claimed to be one of the owners of jumpers jungle and was extremely rude and abrasive with me. When he told me his name and that he was one of the owners he said you have a problem with that in a Gruff voice. He said he wasnt paying attention when a little girl hit my son and said he wasnt paying attention when I brought it to his attention and told them what happened then he said theres nothing he can do about it because there was a waiver but he also said the same time that you can have the little girl sit out and give me a partial refund he never had the girl sit out but he sure paid attention when I brought it to the little girls attention to leave her alone. His words were inconsistent his manner was cold and aggressive as well as defensive and he never did anything except talk to the girls mom. A little girl never got a time out from jumping and my son was in pain. I had to talk to the little girl myself because the mom didnt do a single thing. This place was horrible.

If youre claustrophobic dont come here. Place looks big on their website but actually smaller than you think.

Great atmosphere and best of all kids jumped their hearts out! Definitely going to make a return trip!

This place is disgusting and dirty. What cleaning products were you NOT using. I went to a birthday party and my baby was breaking out everywhere and she was fine before she got there.

Kids and i had fun as well as i woke up sore the next day. Will do it again....Teenage brother ran around like a toddler so much fun!!! Great for all ages!!! Check it out!

I hosted both of my childrens parties here one in 2015 and the other 2016I absolutely loved this place. My babies had a ball both occasions. The owner figured out a way for us to play music, since we didnt have the right connections, and he even came in and participated when we invited him.The staff helped me with my personal setup, decorations and food both times and even though I was running over my time helped figure a way to keep me within my budget.Both parties the staff attended and blended as if they were family or friends. Ive recommended this place and so far have heard of 2other successful (5star) parties.

Good for kids and parties but not for big groups but I like this place your children can enjoy the place

Love the separate room for toddlers. Jumpers and toys were not sanitized/cleaned though. Let the associates know and they wiped them down. Clean bathrooms. Spacious, large jumpers. Unsure of pricing because we were party guests, but their socks are $3/pair so dont forget your own. Also didnt make sense to make everyone take off their shoes (even if youre not bouncing) when associates had their shoes on without covers. Uh, kind of defeats the purpose of your No shoes allowed for sanitation purposes rule.

Parties here are the best. You get the whole place to yourself, and the kids have a blast.

We use to go to the old location which was enjoyable. I recently visited the new location on Saturday, we entered the premises and it 100% reeked of marajuana, it was rented out for a private party and seemed we caught them off guard coming in the front doors, they let us know it was closed for a party and then proceeded to open both doors to the front to air out the place for sure! This is a place for our children not acceptable and I have a stamp card to enter free and I wont even return!!

A nice place to bring the kids to play when its too hot outside. You can bring your own snacks and drinks, theres tables where u can sit down. The place has 2 bouncers, one big slide n one combo obstacle course w a slide. My 7 yr. old had a great time. Adults can join the fun too! I went w my son when no other kids were on the big slide

Using Jumpers Jungle in Las Vegas was an excellent experience for our Family. We had our kids 6th birthday party here a few weeks ago and he had an absolute blast with all his friends. We reserved a 3 hour block and had pizza and drinks delivered promptly 30 min after we all arrived, which is exactly what we were told what would happen. Very professional organization.

Large enough to be fun for kids

Unloaded all my kids today just to get to the front door and it was closed. Looked like it was gutted inside - not sure if they are out of business or closed for remodeling. Found a new play place up the road on Craig that was fine. They should update their website or take down their signs if they are remodeling or something. Super frustrating.

Place is great for kids of all ages. My little one loved this place when she was 3 and loves it today at almost 6.

Price is good not super clean. No changing table for baby on the toilets. Jumping castles only no other toys. More for older kids.

Place was clean . Unfortunately I just dont see why they charge 2 and under 7.00 when they can barely even walk let alone jump with two feet and they only have 1 or 2 baby toys .This place is more for 4 and up .Thats what age they should charge at .I wont be coming here again because all they have is 6ish jumpers and they all have slides . They should add different types of jumpers.

I had a birthday party here for my 1 year old twins. Chose this over other bounce places because of the size of the facility and age of my kids.The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. Typically enough for me.Time given is an hour and a half. The personal host doesnt help set up or serve people. We set up, served our guests both food, drinks and cake. I had to search for him to get more plates. They come and remind you (which is fine) when time is running out. And then youre rushed out and have to be out of the room by the time party is over. So an hour and a half is truly an hour.The facility is hot. We chose indoor due to the time of year however, it was nicer outside than it was inside.Would I choose this place again? No. Would I recommend? No. Its just not for us. It was stressful. And I was looking for stress free.

What ever gigs they have had months ago have been rectified. An excellent place to have your kids burn off that extra energy they all seem to have. Management is excellent. Bring sox though because no shoes are allowed on the equipment, a real good idea.

Even though there is no way the place was at capacity unless that is just 4 kids. Told my 4 year old son they were too full to let him in. Dont feel that the staff is good with kids and just drove down to bouncy world in Henderson where my son had a blast!

Dont know whats going on but went to the last known location off Valley View and this location was closed. Used Google to find another location off Rainbow that was also closed. Bad experience probably be using BounceU or other places.

My best friend had her sons first birthday here.. He wasnt much of a fan he was scared, but other than that we had a blast. They were soo nice & helpful the party host was awesome!So if ur child is older and enjoys jumpers its a great place to have ur party here..

My grandson had a birthday here....it was wonderful...all had fun from ages 2 to 72

Kids had fun but had a few things that i didnt like. Employee with the earphones washed pitchers in the bathroom sink. Bathroom didnt have soup. And parts of the floor right after sliding was concrete so if they kept on sliding they would bust their head open. As far as everything else was average. I would prob still stick with bounce U.
