It is a good place to let the kids play and have . They have wifi, so easy to access restroom, 2 different big rooms for play, tables and chair for food and drinks you can bring, couches for the parent to relax and a very friendly plus great customer service. Overall we will visit again this place!

Im really impressed with this indoor playground. The staff is very attentive, the cleanliness standards are impressive and maintained throughout the day. Their entry and exit control point is much better than other indoor playgrounds and the equipment is very well maintained. This Grandpa highly recommends this this alternative playground when its too hot for outside play.

This is my first time here and Im already planning to come back. Love the layout of all the play areas. Theres a little area for the 1 yo and under to play. The girls that work there are super friendly and constantly cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day. $10 a child and then you can stay and play until closing time if you want. Must wear socks (parents as well if youre planning to sit on sofas or play with your kid) socks available for purchase if you forget - $1. Bring your own snacks and drinks; theres a vending machine if you didnt bring any, nearby stores as well. No kids over 8 years old are allowed in play areas so it makes it easier for the little ones to run and play anywhere without being pushed around by older kids. Party packages are available. All in all this place is all thumbs up!My one suggestion would be for them to do something like chuck e cheese so that the kids leave with the right people- would make this place even safer for the kids.

We started to take our 2 year old here recently and it is a wonderful place for her to play. The facility is nice and has different play structures. There is a full size bouncy house with a slide too. I highly recommend taking your kids here.

Great place for kids to play.. Very clean environment and friendly staff

First timers. Fun place. My 4yo enjoyed it. I like the comfy couches to sit on while my daughter plays. Theres 2 playgrounds to climb in. One bounce house, and one flat play area with blocks. Theres also tablets and air hockey. Socks required for kids that are playing and for adults who enter play area. If not, you have to stay on cafe checkered flooring. They sell pairs of socks for $1 if you forget.

This place is a cool concept. Its a nice cool place for the kids to play and the parents can have a comfortable place to sit and watch them. Theres enough for them to do without getting bored, and is safe for the different ages. The staff are very friendly as well, and seems to be run by a family. I would definitely bring my kids back.

My kids loved running, jumping, and playing at kids club. We went for a birthday party and were very impressed by the attentiveness of the attendant. The party room was very colorful, but simple, but the kids hardly spent any time in there anyway. As soon as they got in to the playground, they were off having fun, making new friends and chasing them around. They have a bouncy castle, lots of complex climbing structures, slides, scooters, a foam block area for the little kiddies, an interactive screen game, some little touchscreen computers with games, and comfy couches for the parents. They also have picnic tables and you can even bring in your own food. We would definitely return here.

Came on a holiday because the weather was bad. Not sure what to expect coming in but very clean, friendly staff, and plenty of stuff for my daughter to pass the time. A must do if looking for something to do on short notice!

This is a very nice place for kids under 8yrs to have so much, they have an area for toddlers wich is perfect! My 1 yr old had a blast with the rocking toy, the baby dolls, slides and blocks. My 5 yr old had so much on the jumper with the slide.

Clean, fun and friendly play place to bring kids. Can be a little busy at times but its great for kids to interact with each other! Would recommend to anybody.

I have been here a few times and have never had a problem. Always see the staff cleaning. The place is immaculate. Lots of fun for the kids, parents seem mostly engaged so less chances of someone getting hurt. Really big place, A/C is nice and cold, they allow you to bring in snacks/small meals.

Want to say thank you for such a nice place you guys have. I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now with my daughter Camila, and every time I come someone is cleaning something and there is also someone always keeping an eye on the kids allowing me to relax a little bit. Also they have the sweetest and most attentive staff, Zalma has been super loving to my daughter and all the girls have been super nice to her too. It was a great place for my toddler. Plenty of room for parents to lounge, Snacks area and Wi-Fi! Overall pretty good. They host private rooms for special occasions too. The only hazard concern I noticed was that the jumping house Is placed next to a corner wall and my toddler hit his head right into it as he jumped on the edge. They need to protect it with a cushion mat or placed it 1 foot at least away from wall it to avoid injury. Other than that a great place!

It was clean, its big enough for the kids to run free and small enough for you to sit anywhere and monitor them...... I didnt like that the parents of the infants and small toddlers were not in the area designed for them they were too small to be in the area where the big kids are running all over each other....

Kids Club is our go to indoor play place. We love everything from staff to Sunday Fundays ! (We have met Sonic. Poppy. Jake! And many more!)

Awesome place had an awesome time

I usually come to thos place to take my kids once in a while. I was shock how the employee treated my friends when they had a birthday party this Saturday. The lady was so rude after the party while they my friends are trying to packed up this lady came and said rudely the party is over ok! The manager already called and the party is over ok! That was 6:30 pm and they close at 7pm! If they continue being rude they will loose a lot a business!!!!

This is the second time Ive been here with my son. He was so excited because he saw that Blippi has been here. I would take him again. Everyone, both staff and parents, have been super nice so far. I recommend this place.

My sister takes my niece there and pays $30 for the month. I believe its too pricey for the minimal services they provide. Also the music that they play has no joy, its boring. I suggest playing popular music kid friendly. It would be nice to see the kids sing along to these songs and dance. Kids love to dance but this music is depressing. Overall its a pretty cool place to play. If your going to charge $30 hire a DJ. I pay $20 for my gym membership I have access to the showers, the machines are being used all day 24 hrs. we have a personal fitness instructor available aaand I get to take a guest free of charge.

We LOVE this place! Great pricing, super clean, friendly employees. I bring my 2 boys ages 4 & 5 when I need to get some study/school work done. We pack a lunch & snacks and usually stay for 3/4 hours! Such a great place!

This place is awesome! Cheaply priced for your kids to have fun running around inside! I enjoy taking my kids here. My daughter is 8 and my son is 5. The maximum age is 8 for the kids to play, but it is definitely worth it if you want to take your kids out and its too hot outside! Take them here and let them run around!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is dirty. I saw people walking inside the play area with shoes. They also allow older kids to run inside. It makes it difficult for smaller children to play.

We absolutely love kids club! They allow you to bring your own food, its super clean and the staff is so friendly! We have been coming for about a year and get a monthly pass every month. Their prices are super reasonable and my kids never get tired of going. We will be longtime customers for sure!

We absolutely love LOVE this place. The owner is incredible, the staff is helpful, and the place is always clean and tidy. Parents have to bring socks too because there are no shoes allowed in the play area, but there are plenty of couches for parents to relax on while kids get to play. There is also a lunch area where you can bring your own food to sit and eat. This place is a godsend when the weather is awful but your kids need to get their energy out.

Kids Club is truly a jem in Las Vegas! It is 100% worth every penny! My children, ages 2 and 4, had a blast! It was no stress for parents and even had many very comfy couches for parents to watch their children. The kids were happy and my husband and I were happy. I have a feeling we will be there a lot!

We have come here for over 3 years. Today there was an 8 year old in the 3 and under block area. He yelled at my baby. When I told Daylin she was rude and said if no babies were there big kids could play there. I explained the situation and she continued to be rude and stick up for him. I talked to manager Angelica who didnt seem worried about the issue or bad reviews at all. Refused any refund stating all sales are final. Will never bring my kids back. Plenty of competition for my money. Go somewhere else. If the owner happens to read this I would appreciate a call.

We took 3 grandkids, from 1 yr. to 2 1/2 yrs. They all loved it, they played for 2 1/2 hours, running, jumping, sliding, riding, climbing. Then napped for 2 hours, they had a blast.There is comfortable seating for parents to watch their kids. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly, great pricing too. We cant wait to go back again.

Are you looking for a great place to tire out you toddler to 8 year olds? Today we visited Kids Club and had a great time. First off the staff, April and Dailyn, were amazing. They were attentive not only to the customers but to the facility. We were able to bring in outside food. All in all my kids loved it and we will be returning for either their membership or passes!

Love this place, great price and big enough for the kids to run around and play, but not small enough to feel crowded. Its even fun for the adults to join in! Only $10 a child isnt bad at all! My kids played their all day!!! The place is clean and nice staff! Kids cant leave without adults! Idk if they have ways to check and make sure your leaving with your kid, Im sure they do I just wasnt paying attention when we left. But the door is locked, theres only 1 way to get out and you need to be buzzed in or out.

If you have little kids and need something to do, this place is great! I dont have to worry about them at all. Is nice going to place they can run around without worry of getting trampled by bigger kids. There is a baby section. Definitely our favorite information play area

Last week I went here for the very first time with a friend of mine. It was the most awkward and unprofessional experience I have ever witnessed. My friends kid was playing on these iPads they had, he wasnt on for very long till the wife (owner) kicked him off for being on too long. That wasnt the issue, what was strange was that my friend felt targeted because her child was of different color, and the wife didnt do the same to other children or even her own kids whom played on the devices a lot longer than my friends kid. The wife lacked professionalism and instantly offered money back, she didnt assess the situation at all, or was calm about the matter. Her husband seemed a little bit more understanding when he tried to work out any issues at hand. The part that ultimately blew the whole situation out of the water was that as an hour had pass and we were about to leave, the wife aggressively tells us were banned from the place. Honestly if the owners felt the need to 86 some upset customers and kids, then why didnt the wife just escort us out earlier? It was all too unprofessional, I dont blame my friend for being distraught or upset, if it was my kid specifically being targeted, I would have said profanity too, especially after the wife decides to build up the the courage to ban customers towards the very end of our stay. The male owner or husband made very unsubstantiated judgment and proclaimed my friend to be a foster mother and threatened to call CPS, because her kids were mixed and adopted. It was all very unprofessional and poorly handled, he only came to assess the matter after his wife courageously banned us and he had no clue what had just happened, but made automatic judgment because my friend was very upset and had said a naughty word towards the wife. Honestly the whole situation was overall horrible. As a person who has dealt with customer service for many years and worked with people and witnessed upset customers, I learned one thing people skills, unfortunately this business will not last much longer if they lack such professional qualities, despite their opinions or possibly racist views on every customer they encounter. I read alot of the past reviews, and most of them say unprofessional or rude staff, I ultimately feel they owe my friend and I an apology for thier behavior. If it was my child and myself treated poorly, I would have done the same, as any mother would have!

Spacious interior and lots of play areas. It was very clean and the staff seems to be great with the kids and well organized for parties. Amenities are nice and the rules are sensible. My two year old daughter and I were here for hours and we had a blast. Well worth the very affordable price and you only pay for the kids. Loved it and would totally come again.

Also great for Birthdays and they have a special Sunday Funday once a month with characters and face painting!! And also very affordable especially with a membership!!

We have been coming here for years. Our son loves it and will be sad once he is over the age limit of 8 years old. The perfect place to have kids run around in a safe indoor area while the parents can sit down on a comfy couch to read a book, chat or work on their computers. The staff are really friendly and like to get to know you as well. Once you become regulars, they feel like family even the owners too.

Our grandson loves playing here. They allow food and drinks to enjoy in a separate eating area. It is clean along with restrooms. Plenty of couches to watch your children play. The staff comes around every now and then and ask if you are doing ok. Staff is very helpful and friendly. If you or your child forgot socks, you can purchase some from the staff

Best $45 a month I spend. Kids can go crazy and wear themselves out. Jungle gym is big enough for adults if the little one gets too scared to come down. Has a separate toddler section. Great place and allows outside food in their eating area. Be sure to bring socks for everyone. (Parents included)
