This league is a joke. First of all, majority of the referee during game days are uneducated,lazy, and irresponsible. Not calling fouls and penalties when players commit them. It is literally noticeable when ref are friends with the other teams. The grass are tall and players having a hardtime passing or dribbling the ball. The grass are not maintain whatsoever. There is alot of league out there and make sure you do the research before joining this one. I dont recommend this league at all. Better join a club.

Been in this league with multiple teams from U6 to U14 for a while and it started off great, but as the years progressed its declines. My main problem is they are very selectful on which rules they actually want to enforce.Cons:Game changes very late notice a few times, refs that dont know rules, overage kids playing in younger divisons, kids being scouted for play off games that arent on the team. They can be pretty disorganized.Pros:Decent price for 7-8 games.Uniforms with priceHave some events for outside training

Accused my son of missing multiple practices when he only missed ONE due to a black eye he got that day from playing at the park, he also only got 4 minutes of playing time on the field for games and only in defense position when he’s asked to play offense or goalie, voiced my frustration and wanted a team switch and instead alliance went and told his coach because they wanted to keep him on the same team, they then said it wasn’t fair to the other players who show up to all practices on time and ready, he didn’t go to ONE practice, I have proof of this email to, they did refund me half my money after they wrote a very long email pretty much saying I need to try harder with my son to accelerate him in soccer, I have been taking him for 3 seasons to every practice and game and even practice with him in our backyard several days a week, so for them to write me saying we have to do our part too without knowing me was SO beyond unprofessional as a LEAGUE! note I am a parent not a coach, THEY should be the professionals, so saddened with how sad my son felt after not getting played, had such amazing coaches before, will not be returning & will be going to AYSO in summerlin, heard great things about that league! They also play all boys and all girls to make it fair :)

This league is one of the best in town. My kids have been playing in Alliance for the past 4 years. Ive never had any problems getting in touch with the league. In fact, when I email them, they respond the same day. Keep up the good work!

This is a developmental league which offers new teams & freshly established clubs the opportunity of growth. If its ONLY recreational fútbol you seek as an individual player, then maybe focus on only recreational leagues. This league offers sound competition, good referees, great playing / training facilities, a stats system for as young as the U6 division & also a playoff! Medals & trophies are also obtainable... you just have to earn them. Its great to see the people that start from nothing, take in these entry level kids and in time, develop something beautiful out of it!. Keep it up Alliance. Maybe one day, youll grow into hosting two levels of play. Like an Elite division & an Entry-Recreational division, but Im sure some would even complain then.

This place lost my check, never contacted me for schedules, and did nothing to resolve the problem of the fact that they had lost my son in the system. They didnt offer any type of credit, or anything. They just basically said deal with it. They DO NOT take accountability of anything that happened!So now I have my son all excited for a soccer team that doesnt even exist. Now, there is no room left to get him in and hes screwed because some irresponsible ass coach misplaced my payment! I would highly recommend a different place. BIG MISTAKE!DO NOT GO HERE!
