Good place for the dogs to run, only issue is over watering. Its seems to be soggy and muddy Everytime we go.

The HOA is paranoid and rude. They are hostile and frequently harass the neighborhood. They need a reality check. The neighborhood is ok. But outside of that its not different then any low income housing.
