Best Attraction in Vegas!! A must do with the RIP experience. The basement was intense! Spirit box told us to wait, we did not. As soon as you enter the house the energy hits you. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night in Vegas to do the flashlight tour tonight!!! There are things to spend your money on in this city, but do not skimp out on this. WORLDS BEST MUSEUM

Zak Bagans Haunted Museum was a fun trip. We liked all the interesting pieces that they covered during the tour and only wish we could have taken photos inside. That’s not true I wish we could’ve stayed inside and done our own investigation would probably pay a pretty good penny to do that. My wife and I did the RIP level tour which gets you into some interesting areasAnd definitely has you a little on edge as to what you are or are not experiencing. If anyone is a fan of ghost nation or the paranormal in general I suggest stopping by in trying the tour.

Would love to go give a better review but sadly I did not get to review anything! Drove in from out of state and stopped by but was informed even people with medical conditions limiting their ability to wear a mask for long periods of time would not be allowed in. Unfortunately the tour is an hour long and after only 10 minutes of wearing a mask I begin to get a migraine and therefore cannot wear them. Perhaps when this mask propaganda is all over I will be able to return and give them an awesome spooky review!! Love the show, nothing against the supernatural side of things.

It is definitely a once in a lifetime experience. I would recommend to anyone who is into paranormal activities, serial killers and scary. Recommend getting the RIP (VIP) Pass, you get a free $30 shirt at the end of the tour and get access to other rooms unlike general tour. It was a wonderful experience. Warning: I do not recommend to the faint of heart and go at your own will. I did see a white shadowy figure and felt some chills. Everyones paranormal activity will be different from mine. Also, there are clowns in the tour.Side note: The tour guides do give you the option on some parts of the tour to not go through and some decisions for interactions with a few items.

All I can say is, this was the BEST museum experience that I have ever had. Any time I go to Vegas from here on, I am there. The staff was amazing, and the RIP upgrade well worth the price. Even inspired me to get a tattoo of the house on my forearm. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent time! My wife and I absolutely love this place. Huge horror fan, serial killer and murder documentary fan, occult, etc etc and this place hot on all the levels. One of the few true and real creepy feels weve ever had and weve been to a lot of haunted houses and attractions in multiple states and many cities. Well worth the upgrade price for the Rip experience as well.

Absolutely loved it! Always seen it on Ghost Adventures and always wanted to visit this place. Finally, said Im going and bought us tickets. It was way worth the price and I wish, just wish to be able to actually stay one whole night inside, that would a perfect anniversary gift. All in all, a real great experience in the haunted museum and will most definitely come again for next years anniversary on Halloween now I just wish I could have stared at the mirror much longer than I wanted, stayed with the dybbuk box and with the demon house items. Man, I know this is long review but it was on my top 5 to visit. A must see museum, if you havent yet.

I was in awe to be here as Ghost Adventures is one of my favorite shows. Not for the faint of heart. One you step in, you immediately feel the uneasy energy. Felt light headed in some of the rooms. Very unique and interesting artifacts and history. Felt a touch on my leg, turned around no one was there. Only for strong spirited and brave people. Enter if you dare...

First off, I’d like to say the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, from the parking lot security guards, to the tour guides to the gift shop staff. It is warm in the mansion, and while wearing the governor’s “required” mask, it does get hot...with that being said, overall, it is a wonderful experience. Zak has acquired so many rare and interesting artifacts. Although admission is expensive, it is well worth the extra money for the RIP package, as you have access to the basement, closets, and a pitch black crawl through tunnel space...I’ve read negative reviews that the staff rushes guests through the tour, I disagree as we were not rushed throughout the mansion or any of the RIP access rooms. It is dimly lit, but staff reminds guests to watch their step through the unguided areas, for instance, the basement. I highly recommend this attraction, and WILL return again!Thank you Zak and staff, you provided us with a unique and wonderful experience!!!

The tour was so much fun! The staff were kind, supportive, informative and great with practicing social distancing and mask requirements. I loved how the tour groups weren’t big! Which is perfect if you’re an ambivert or hardcore introvert. It’s an emotionally intense tour so be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster. I had some paranormal experiences which were intense! I would definitely suggest getting the RIP all access ticket( if you can of course), at the end of the tour you get to pick out a t-shirt from an assigned selection. The museum collection is absolutely amazing! **Warning**If you hate clowns there is a whole clown section that you work your way through and things pop out at you. I ran through that section while dragging my husband along

Amazing experience! Great for fans of true crime, the paranormal and all things creepy, dark and odd. Had an extra scary experience as I was the fifth wheel in a group so I had to experience several rooms solo due to social distancing . Tour guides are so amazing and full of knowledge and took social distancing very seriously which was good. Tour is long and worth every penny. I had the RIP experience and enjoyed myself so much. So impressed with the collection that Zak has amased. I keep remembering things and telling my husband. Hopefully, next time were in town hell be brave enough to join me! This was the BEST time! My best friend and I went as a fun day off together, and we got the RIP All Access tickets! This place wether youre into the paranormal or not, this is a place you should go. The history, and the paraphernalia alone make it 100% worth the cost of admission. I would absolutely recommend that you do the all access! You get the lanyard and a t-shirt, and you get access to displays that standard admission doesnt afford you! It pays for itself, and that mfing basement is worth it. Very interesting energies happening here. Whoever you are, you should definitely go. This is not a paid response.. Im taking my time to write this because I genuinely believe its worth it!

I hate museums, too much reading. But The Haunted Museum is different. For one, it’s actually very interesting. Second, it’s minimal reading with great tour guides that appear to be knowledgeable, or just make up great stories. Either way I had a blast seeing all the haunted and enchanted items on display. I broke rule #1, don’t touch anything. Well I did, a enchanted urinal, and now a mischievous spirit has latched on to me. It’s not so bad, he just hides all my underwear and puts Bengay on my toilet paper. Lastly, the guide stated the museum will make you question your spirituality. True, I went from being a Atheist to a Born Again Christian. Huh ?? For hating reading, that’s a lot of writing...️️

To start with, this has been on our bucket list for quite a while now. We had ideas of what it may and may not be before we came. We purchased the RIP passes ahead of time for a time slot of 6pm. We arrived about 5:45 and met Danny, the security guy. Once we met and talked with him, we knew it was gonna be a great tour. He was so down to earth, friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was hot as hell outside and he made sure we were in the shade and comfortable. The first 15 minutes was a five star experience and we weren’t even inside yet. We’re sent to the side of the building and met Angry Joe. Funny and informative. Went on to meet our tour guide Elizabeth. She was fantastic!! Knowledgeable, easy to talk to and answered all our questions. The tour was scheduled to last between 60-90 minutes. Was definitely longer. At no time EVER did we feel rushed. We got to see so much more then we ever thought. The amount of care and attention to detail in each exhibit was evident. Everyone we came into contact with was was great. Personable, kind, and totally dedicated to giving the guest the best experience possible. We even decided to purchase an expensive Dybbuk Box replica from the gift shop. How could we not!?! Kudos to everyone there and to Zak for giving us such a wonderful memory that won’t soon be forgotten.

Every single person that guided us was very friendly! It was hot today and as soon as we stepped out of our vehicle, there were misters and fans around the entire building. Inside the building was nice and cold! Plus, there are a lot of places to sit in the shade! As for the museum itself...man... I am still in shock by how amazing this place is. If you like haunted and history, this is a place for you! My entire family and I love collectibles with a story behind them so this was the highlight of our trip!We got the RIP tour and it was worth every penny (I will be visiting the museum again next trip to Vegas, it was that worth it). This is worth every penny!! LOVED IT!!! Took a road trip from Phx, AZ. We did do the RIP tour. We got to see all the famous artifacts from all our favorite episodes. The guides were very knowledgable and fun. I came for the paranormal stuff. There is some extremely tough rooms about infamous serial killers I wish I took a pass on. I found it harder to breathe in those rooms. But all and all if you are a fan of the show or a paranormal nerd, this is a must. I wish I didnt rush through some rooms and looked more, there is so much. That was my fault as I was so excited to see what was coming next.

From beginning to end, this experience is one which is altogether one of the most spooky and intriguing of my life. I am not necessarily a big fan of the show Ghost Adventures but I am a fan of the supernatural and, without giving away any surprises, this museum definitely has some amazing displays and the staff is second to none when it comes to keeping the creep factor high. The setup here is that it is a tour and you are guided by different people as they take you through this amazing mansion with a somewhat dark past. The staff does an amazing job keeping you focused on the various areas and all seem to be incredibly knowledgeable about the items on display. As others may have mentioned, we also paid for the VIP package (known as the RIP package) and it was well worth the added cost as it included some displays which are not open to the regular tour.I would not recommend this museum for young children or anyone who scares easily as there are some displays which are a bit extreme but it is an enjoyable experience and I would definitely recommend this as an attraction to see in Las Vegas.Special kudos to James at the beginning and the clown midway through as you both were especially intriguing people.

We were looking forward to the museum the whole time we were in Vegas. If we knew it was just a carnival museum tour, we prob would not have went. No pics allowed, guess no memories for us. Disappointing. They claim it interfears with their equipment, but they have cameras everywhere and talk on walkies, so just bs. Some things were creepy but nothing had a haunting feeling. Also, we got there 15 min before our reserved tour time, but we stood over an hr and a half waiting. Be prepared to wait.

My wife and I visited Zak’s museum on our visit to Vegas this week. For those of you reading these reviews either before you get tickets or after, you will not regret this experience. You ABSOLUTELY MUST get the RIP tickets. You will get a lanyard, RIP card, and t-shirt at the end of the tour (T-shirt purchase price by itself is $30 so the RIP price is worth it) You will get access to rooms and experiences you can’t get with general admission so DO IT! We did not experience any wait whatsoever when we arrived and we were with the last 6:00 appointment slot. One other plus is our tour last 2 hours which was really cool. Security guys were super cool and angry Joe was the best! I would say I felt A LITTLE rushed through some rooms BUT, the tour guides did an excellent job of explaining the main items in the rooms despite the SLIGHT rush. Some rooms the guides tell you that you can take your time going through at your own pace but do say to not take TOO long, so it’s an even balance. You do have to turn your phones OFF to ensure their rules of no pictures, videos and audio taken inside are followed.

This place is AWESOME. Worth every penny. AMAZING Covid Control - seriously, the best I’ve ever seen. The group that youre put into is a max of 5 people - so mine was my partner & I & another family - the workers were very vocal about wearing masks and social distance and ACTUALLY ENFORCED what they were saying. It was SUCH a relief & made the experience even more enjoyable. We upgraded to the RIP experience which was totally worth it - even though we ended up being too chicken to make it to the back room in the basement. And you get a free t shirt! Yay! This place was the coolest museum I’ve ever been to in my life. The tour took us about 2 hours & we didn’t feel rushed at all. The workers were all so kind, welcoming & knowledgable! Security up front was so nice as well. In my opinion, this is the best experience in Vegas. Can’t wait to come back again!

One of the most unique things I have ever done. Very creepy and blown away by all the artifacts Zak has collected. Its almost unreal! The amount of detail in the house is incredible. They put A LOT of effort into the design and stage presence of the show. The only reason I gave it three stars was the vibe of the tour guides and the time allotted in each room. For over $100, we would have liked to be able to spend more time in each room. Its a shame to have all these cool articles, plaques and memorabilia on the walls but I couldnt read ANY of it b/c I was either trying to be respectful and listen to the guide when they were talking or I was being rushed out to get to the next room. I even asked if I could revisit one room back to catch up but naturally they said no. I believe this is part of Covid accommodations but it really hurts the experience. The guides take over the entire experience, in my opinion. If you want to respect them, you listen and as soon as they are done, you get about one minute to take-in the room and then you are out. Just wish it had gone differently.

I brought my 8 year old to the Museum around Christmas time with my boyfriend knowing that she was too young to go in but the staff was fantastic they helped us take some photos and even let my boyfriend into the gift shop to buy my daughter a bracelet and some Zak Bagans merch. Shes a huge fan of his and the show so Im hoping that sometime in the future he may offer events for the kids under 18 that want to go inside as well. She was bummed but she understands she can come back when shes older in the mean time shes studying the show and conducting her own investigations!Dont bring minors, they cannot go in.Otherwise its a great time and you leave really questioning morality and the reasoning behind hauntings and killings.

This is by far one of the neatest, most unique places Ive ever been. I went with my best friend, who bought our RIP tickets a couple days in advance because they book up so fast. During these 2 days, I entered a rabbit hole of YouTube videos to prepare myself for what is inside this house. I cant say that I recommend doing this or not... Needless to say, upon doing my research to know what is exactly in the house, I was legitimately terrified and anxiety-ridden the days leading up to our tour... Im sure the 2 page waiver they make you sign didnt help. Im also not a skeptic.Upon arriving, I had every intention of seeing the lobby area then bowing out. I had heard there were some jump scares during the tour, which I was NOT excited for. The stories surrounding the items in the house are scary enough. After having conversations with the security guards outside as well as Angry Joe, they calmed my nerves A LOT, reassured me that I could leave the tour at any time and I ended up going through the entire tour, taking it 1 room at a time and loved the whole thing. I felt way more comfortable after I spoke about how uncomfortable I was, if that makes any sense. I would definitely go through the house again because theres no way to absorb all the information they give you in one try. DEFINITELY pay extra and get the RIP package, its worth every penny.I really cannot express enough how incredible the staff is at the museum. Every tour guide, security guard and even the staff in the gift shop were all incredible. Zak, I like your style and hopefully will run into you next time!

If Youre A Threat To Spirits; Dont Go!My daughter and I went to visit the museum and (Ive got a long history with spirits); I decided not to park on the premises because I didnt do a cleansing before I came; so, I parked my car a little over a block away. When I got to the property I took a few photos and my phone got hot to the touch (the last photo I took shows the spirit that manipulated my phone; you can see him in the photo). When I looked down I saw the phone (my brand new Google) screen was all lined with static like marks; you know; the kind you see when your TV is just about to go out. I thought, okay, thats weird; I just got this phone and its fully charged; restarted it and still the same; I couldnt see the text keyboard or read anything on the screen. I went back to the car to put my phone away and thought, maybe Ill park the car just a little closer; well, now my car locked and I couldnt get the wheel to move or the key to turn. After about 10 minutes I called my boyfriend to come help me with my car. When he got in it; the wheel turned and the key gilded with ease.I thought, its all good; I think Ill pass on the tour. I can take a hint. Theres so many haunted items in the collection that Zak Bagans has held throughout the years. And so many of these items are still; very active. If youre a sensitive person or of deep faith; theyll give you a reality check and let you know theyre there. The residue that entangles the physical items will prey on the believers (because believers are always a challenge). So, please, be safe and protect yourself before you enter.P.S. The next day my phone was fine and no static lines (and it wasnt recharged).

Also i heard voices ( little children crying, or just people talking) i saw a hand on a mirror just waiving like saying hi that i just thought it was weird. After reading reviews, my husband and I decided we would upgrade to the RIP tour. There were multiple rooms throughout our tour that made us feel uncomfortable, some rooms feeling slightly sweaty, and some feeling oddly cold. We were able to go through the basement, where they have a voice box set up. Instantly we both felt like we should get out asap, as turning around, the voice box says my husbands name. On another instance, we were walking to view the titanic room after seeing the conjuring room. For some reason I felt the urge to peak back into the conjuring room. As I did I witnessed the devils chair door opening. I thought maybe a nother group had walked in as I didnt see the whole room from my angle. However upon exiting out titanic room, I checked again and the door was closed and room empty. I asked our tour guide if someone had to open the door to the chair or how it work. She stated a guide would need to open it. I informed her that I saw it open, though now it was shut and she was a bit thrown off. A few seconds later a new guide walked in to see the door wide open. It was insane to witness this as the guides were thrown off by this. I highly recommend this place. We love Zak and unfortunately were not lucky enough to catch him in person. Hoping next time we visit, we will get to see him.

The tour guide would shine a flashlight on some items that they wanted to highlight but everything was so hard to see. I understand they are going for the spooky atmosphere but you need to see what you are looking at. For what you pay for to get in, plus we had to take a taxi to get there and back it was wasted money.

So, it was everything I excepted! Oddities that we’re super creepy and items that when you looked at them made you feel beyond uncomfortable. The Musem is quit the place and the tour takes over an hour to see the rooms. My husband and I got the RIP tickets and we got to experience rooms that general admission didn’t.The tour guides were nice, well some of them. We did feel super rushed to get through rooms, even in the rooms the RIPs got to see. Being rushed was agitating because neither myself nor my husband felt we time to see everything and have a possible experience. When we purchased the RIP tickets for some odd reason we thought we would have gone with other RIPs and not with general admission. Oh well.Overall the experience was exciting and almost horrifying. A few of the rooms made me feel very very uneasy, I never thought I would stand next to “The Night Stalkers” black button up shirt.Besides some of the tour guides being pushy and rude I am extremely happy with Zak’s Musem. If you like oddities and generally messed up items, stories and the paranormal, I suggest everyone go. And don’t cheap out for the general admission. Happy Hauntings!

So worth the wait! My Friends and I went on the 14th for my Birthday. We were the last tour of the evening, and it was such a cool experience. Fan of the show or paranormal, you will not be disappointed. We had a couple experiences....in the Celebrity Room, my watch malfunctioned. It vibrated for about a minute, and then turned completely off. Unbeknownst to me, my phone also turned off. Both did not come back on until I stepped out into the parking lot both had over 60% battery left.My friend had a very emotional experience when we went for a Doctors visit. That room and the Serial Killer room were heavy. The guides were great and the outside staff were so friendly and welcoming. They seemed genuinely excited to have us there. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience. And Zak, Amazing collection. Cant wait for round 2!

We drove 18 hrs from Arkansas to visit the museum! Worth the drive! I got interested in Ghost Adventures when they came to The Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. I was on the episode the last few minutes, I was the person that found all the bottles with human remains. I had never seen Ghost Adventures, but I’ve now seen every episode! I’m a big van! We visited the museum on October 2nd and did the “RIP” tour! We loved loved! I did get affected by Bela Lugosi’s mirror. Had red marks all over my tummy and felt very sick after looking into the mirror. We will be back!

The staff is very friendly and will talk with you while your in line. Once your inside, your tour guide is very knowledgeable about each and every room. The rooms by the way are detailed precisely to the story. Every room is well thought out and displayed. The Art room in particular is the only room where I felt something. I almost tripped over myself from mild vertigo. I really felt something in that room. The tour lasted 2.45 hrs and that was a little long for me. I do appreciate the extra time the tour guides spent with us during covid though. I was just really thirsty during it. My bf and I had a 7:30 pm dinner appointment and we left the haunted house at 6:45 pm. We went straight to the hotel to get ready. When I got undressed I noticed a stratch from the side of my left knee all the way down to my ankle. I would of remembered being scratched during that time. Its unexplainable how I got it! So weird.

My boyfriend and I went to the museum today for the first time and had an AMAZING time. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and polite and the exhibits were super spooky. We had plenty of time to look and ask questions and while it was expensive- I still felt the experience was worth it. I have to say my favorite part though was that they have mastered social distancing. We loved the steps they took to ensure everyone’s safety during COVID-19. A lot of reviews on here complaining about their mask policy as if it’s the business’ fault and forget it’s a requirement for the entire state of Nevada. The staff clearly tells you upfront before you enter to use the bathroom first and that you must keep your mask on at all times with no exceptions- so whether you agree or not you’re well aware before you take the tour. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend :)

What a groovy great time we had! So glad we took this tour.. there is SOOO much more than gambling in Vegas and this should be no 1 on your list... cant give out too many details, or it will ruin it.. HOWEVER, THELater you go the more fun..And, in October, they are letting you do a ghost hunt. We stuck with the R I P passes, since I AM an investigator with NMPS already, but go on with your bad self... My only wish is a wish Zac would of left the house alone and just put the exhibits in… youll see what I am talking about when you get to him. But, there are enough frights and ghouls for everybody, but do yourself, and the rest of attendees a favour and leave the kiddos at home!

Got to visit the museum last night. It was amazing, although a little rushed. Theres just too much to see in each room. The spirit box in Peggys room said my name which Im still reluctant to talk about as words have power and she has enough. I think theres going to be a fire soon in the burning witchs room (there should be a fire extinguisher in that room) and also the dybuk box is protected by a chain of sage and an inch thick line of white salt, all within the boxed protected plastic. Its interesting to me why white magic practices are being utilized to secure a being (shadow lord) that was born out of the absence of both light and the dark. I think theres a gap in the two that need balanced to fully secure the box. Think of the last time you, or you saw someone sobbing uncontrollably, theres a point between sobs where you take a breath and as you go into that next cry you hold your breath for a split second before that next exhale. Thats where the dybuk came from. Thats where the protection needs to fill. They should really consider adding black salt to the 4 corners. I was curious as to which practices the guys of GA use for themselves on location but the sweet girl working in the gift shop didnt know. Ive been studying the occult since I was 12, im a highly developed empath, and at 40 just started exploring night/dark magics because my learnings felt incomplete, kinda like knowing yin but yang wasnt on my radar. Like all things, white and dark exist in the box as well. Protecting it as if it is all dark (and it is) is creating an imbalance. I enter alone, I leave alone was stated out loud outside of every door I walked through on the property and was my internal mantra when I felt my barrier being prodded over and over, my teen back home in Colorado made me promise not to bring back any attachments. I dont drink or gamble so I only came to Vegas for the museum and tomorrow (after saging myself...again) will go home. All I can think about though is going back to the museum and seeing more that I missed. Oh and Ive stopped myself twice now from ordering black salt to be delivered to the museum just to be sure I did my part ethically. As a developed Empath I can trace energy signatures, the room the women keep passing out in, has nothing to do with whats in that room, but the room beside it. If your thinking about visiting, do it, but protect yourself.

The museum is super cool!! There’s so much thought and effort put into each of the 33 rooms. You must check the place out around Halloween time. Most of the artifacts and stories are tied back to horror movies. So what a better way to play tribute to October 31st than to learn more about horror. It’s like watching the AMC Halloween marathon but better. Each room feels like a movie set.It is a museum. There’s a lot of history woven throughout the building. It’s no haunted house. All you do is look at odd items. The videos outside the building really hype it up to something it’s not. It’s not scary: creepy is more like it. Zak’s haunted museum is like walking through the devil’s antique store but you can’t buy anything. To me, it didn’t seem like there was much more offered with the VIP pass. My group went alongside the VIP guests and stood aside while they enjoyed their privileges. The only thing that’s missed, with general admission, is the basement. Really wish I could have seen Zak.

7/20/20_11am Rip your...We did not have to wait long at all! Mind you, this was a Monday at 11am.We arrived early and was not permitted entry onto the grounds until 1045. At that point, we got in line at the back of the building and waited maybe 20 minutes before the initial start of the tour..Upon the start, we were greeted by Angry Joe who provided us with a delightful back story to the history of the building as well as the usual mask rabble... photography is not allowed inside of the building aside from the restroom area at the very beginning of the tour. (this is the last for potty breaks for the duration of the tour!)Upon entry of the building, we had a lovely hostess who was animated and well versed. I, personally, had a few tingles when in a certain room and again in one of the other rooms....The rest is left for you to discover. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves and I recommend the Rip, because, thats where all the best stuff is..We saw Zak come in after we left the building he was carrying a large picture frame, and was well protected from the heat. Yol enjoy yourself but do the Rip! You get a shirt and a lanyard.

Review №98

This is a very dark Ripleys so to say but thats only the closest thing I can find to describe this. This felt more like an experience than a museum to be honest. I suggest you have the utmost respect when entering the premises. I wish there was seating for those like my friend and i who with mobility issues . You will have to sign a waiver. Wear something comfortable and if youre going during the holidays it does get cold. this would be a five-star if it wasnt for the bathroom lacking lighting outdoors or no seating even though the wait is very long at times they said up to 3 hours. Besides that this was really amazing I wish there was a four-and-a-half star honestly because those two issues were very small in comparison to the overall experience I might just change this to five stars later . I really wish there were smaller groups or longer tours to explore some of the nuances a little better such as a hallway glass case with so many odds and ends it was hard to take them all in at once. I volunteered for an exhibit. It was an amazing experience. This is not Disneyland kids so it is very inappropriate for children even though they dont know how anyone under 16 and that 16 year old needs to be able to handle some pretty mature content. I will definitely go again and take in a little bit more now that I know some of the bigger exhibits I can pay attention to some smaller details. The guides were amazing we were entertained and engaged during our our wait. Blessings to everybody there and thank you for such a great night I wouldnt trade.
