What a beautiful Resort! You have to visit here in person to appreciate the sheer beauty and elegance of this property. It has the best atmosphere. Completely transforms you, it kind of feels like you traveled to Italy sometimes.

Love the experience, very comfortable, amazing architecture, it almost feels like the real deal. Super romantic. The best pillows ever! + COVID LIVING safety is shown everywhere. Really cant wait to come back soon.

The cleanliness and attention to details are beyond measures at this hotel. no other hotel, in my opinion provided the level of attention and care to their facility and to protect staff and visitors from Covid as this hotel. It was a phenomenal experience.

Had a wonderful time at the Venetian. Guests doing their part and wearing masks. Staff doing their part keeping everything sanitized. Signage everywhere reminding everyone of the best COVID-19 practices.Didnt win a big jackpot this trip, but still had fun as everything was clean & cocktail servers were easy to find.Friend playing in the slot tournament said it was fun & easy to participate in.Met a wonderful young lady named Michelle at the Grazie desk on Sunday night who was very helpful, and full of knowledge on the tournament and property. If Michelle is any indication of the kind of employees that work there, the Venitian could become my Vegas go-to casino.Really enjoyed the in room promos featuring the Venetians best restaurants. Now I have a list of eateries to try each time I visit Vegas.Had a suite on the 8th floor overlooking the pool. Very nice. Highly recommend you treat yourself to the upgrade. Life is short, and YOLO!

Nice and luxury place to stay, wonderful staff, good food and great place for shopping,. Venice atmosphere is always present here. Italian restaurants are strongly recommended. Rooms are always clean and meets your expectations. This is my 5th stay here and Ill be here next time as well.

I love this hotel. The suites are very large and comfortable. It could use some updates for sure, it is getting worn down. A towel rack broke, and one of the TVs wasn’t working but we decided not to have someone come up and fix them. I like that it is easy to get to the strip from your room - a lot of the hotels take you on a long journey through the casinos which can be frustrating. The pool was closed, but we used the one at the Palazzo which was very enjoyable.

Oh my The Venetian in Las Vegas has double the staff and their cleaning everything inside and outside the building 24/7 during our visit there. The staff is very nice and has security check points at every entrance to the guest rooms. The rooms are disinfectant everyday fresh towels and replenishment of the toiletries as guests use them. The resort enforced mask wearing at all times. The food was great and enough leftovers to save for later. One thing that wasnt very nice is the abundance of smoking in the casinos. The air circulations was terrible, as soon as you hit the first floor for leaving your room the SMOKE HITS YOU LIKE A WRECKING BALL IN THE FACE WHICH HINDERS YOUR BREATHING. THE NOODLE RESTAURANT SERVED HOT FLAVORFUL FOOD FRESHLY PREPARED AS TASTES GREAT. I would love to stay at The Venetian resort hotel again, with improved ventilation or move the smoking section to a corner away from the main entrance from the hotel. Otherwise great place to visit.

The Grand Luxe Cafe is one of the BEST restaurants in Vegas. The menu offers a wide variety of QUALITY food with great presentation and reasonable prices. I hear the owners of Cheesecake Factory created this amazing restaurant. Give it a try, its one of my favorites!

Had a great time... hit the jack pot which is a first for me.... rooms were clean and security made sure masks were placed on your face correctly. Oh and the food was really good at the Grand Lux

And together with Palazzo and the Grand Canal Shoppes this is something to behold. The restaurants and shopping are first class, from fast casual to formal dining there is something for everybody here.

The Venetian is first class all the way!! Stayed in a suite and loved room service! Went for 10x Travel Conference and I was not disappointed! Excellent slots that were eager to pay out. Great location and it makes you feel like you are in Italy.

Absolutely lovely room and view. However the lack of a fridge I can use (that isnt prefilled) is such a shame. For how much money I spent - I shouldnt have to worry about that. Also the towels could be softer and the water pressure in the shower a bit higher.

Pretty nice hotel but an incident went down when we were having dinner here. Very scary but everything turned out okay. We were staying at the Mandalay Bay and we saw cop cars in several different locations. We didn’t see what happened. Very pretty place but wish their was more safety but what can you do ya know? Pretty safe with metal detectors at the door but don’t know how well they work. Thankful that everything turned out ok and everyone was safe. It was hard to get out because they weren’t letting cabs in but we got one. Very shaky night.

The Venetian has aged gracefully like other pieces of fine art in Italy. A fun resort that is in the middle of civilization, hard to go wrong booking your stay here. Tao Beach is still one of the best experiences I have ever had.

I was over the top excited to stay at the Venetian, I booked the trip as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday who has never been vegas! Our stay was from 11/13-11/16. We stayed in the suites and upon arrival everything was great until we entered the room there was huge industrial fans blowing every where and dirty towels on the floor which was a super frustrating as again this was a surprise and we were caught off by them, I called the next day and they removed them explaining they had forgot to before we arrived. The next day we were approached by an employee of the Venetian promoting a new hotel they’re partners with when we didn’t take the deal he became irate and cursed at us. The hotel was beautiful but unfortunately we had a couple of turn offs and was slightly let down as for the expectations I had going in.

My stay at the Venetian was everything I thought it would be and more! Their customer service should be mirrored by every hotel. I havent been able to stop thinking about my stay there and my trip to Vegas since being there a month ago. There was not a single thing that I did not enjoy about this hotel! The restaurants, shops, large and comfortable luxury suites, and the services they provide were all incredible. EVERY single staff member I spoke with was warm and welcoming. We will definitely return and have recommended to friends and family. Thanks Venetian for your unmatched service!

We would definitely stay here again! The food was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, the staff is so helpful and friendly, and the rooms...wow! I can’t wait to come back! Just don’t touch the mini bar or you will get charged. But we loved everything about this place! Amazing!

It is like going to Venice with the smell. This place has a more relaxed feel to it. There are 5 dinning options as well as more affordable choices to choose from.

Even if you dont gamble (we dont) come to the Venetian to experience it! A good walk through takes about 1-1.5 hours, add more if you stop in shops/eat. Absolutely my favorite/ cleanest, and they do temperatures checks on your way in where many other places dont.

This was my first time staying at the Venetian and it won’t be my last.I was there over Halloween weekend and wondered how a place so big could hold up Covid sanitation standards.The Venetian did an amazing job of cleaning everything. On each escalator a person stood with wipes and literally help sanitation wipes and towels on the conveyor belt.Every elevator was sanitized and the buttons wiped down before a new group of patrons entered the elevators.Masks were available throughout the hotel as needed in case you forgot one.The room was beautiful. I compared suites to others and for the square footage of the rooms the Venetian is a no brainer.The color scheme is gorgeous. The rooms were tidy snd clean. The staff was amazing

This place is so amazing. We spent a full day just exploring the hotel and didnt even scratch the surface of everything there is at this iconic hotel. The staff was amazing too, everyone was smiling and always saying hello. I cant wait to come back !!

First time staying at the venetian and I was completely impressed! All the staff were extremely accommodating and professional. The casinos were fun! Plenty of restaurants and things to do. The gondolas in the canal shoppe were fun! Reminded me of venice trip many years ago. Highly recommend staying at the venetian! Two days wasnt enough but we were able to accomplish everything while enjoying the life in vegas.

Beautiful hotel, loved the theme, so many shops and restaurants, you never have to leave, if you choose not to. The casino area was fun, especially if you are winning, they were on top of their cleaning game too, which was a plus to see. I would definitely visit again.

My two day stay was great until the end when checking out I seen a bill for four hundred dollars extra to what I had payed already 3 months in advance when I had gone to front desk to figure out what was going on I spoke with jade very rude female that claim I had upgraded my room 2 days prior to arrival saying I had not agreed on the upgrade( 30 bucks a night x2) and also printed out a email that was sent to me but again no proof that I upgraded then she says she is helping me out and will refund one day for the upgrade upon check in I was never told if there was extra charges or upgrades at the end of the day her manager ( Johnathan)came and helped us and refunded 60 bucks in upgrade bottom line get a printout of what your paying for at check in they will add items that you never agreed on

Better and better! Watched a show of cool songs like You are beautiful just the way you are and Its now or never in Italian. I sang in English. Bravissimo!!! Had Gelatto, toured the stores. New ones!!! Took pictures with the Gondolas behind. The Venetian is very special to me. Its quality, beauty, Venetian environment, great variety of food. Dreamy!

Staying anywhere during a pandemic is challenging. The Venetian did it right. From the time we made our reservations to the time we drove out of the parking garage we were met with nothing but friendliness and respect. I have to give special mention to our bartender, Danny (at the Bellini Bar). From our first meeting he remembered our names and served us with attention and joy. Great guy!

We stayed in the Venetian part of the resort. Restaurant were great over all. Our room was the worst smelling we have ever had. The sheets smelt like they were not changed from the last guest. So we had them changed. The haggling in the mall was over the top at times. We want to come back and try the other side of the resort out since the location on the strip is so good!

I do like the style of this Hotel. It’s an upscale classic style. My room was very nice. I enjoyed the style, quality, space and design. I like how your bed is in one area and then a few steps down is your dining/ living room area. That was a major plus for me! I really liked all of the mirrors and gold trim all over the bathroom. There was a lot of lighting and TVs in every room. I have yet to try others, but the shopping and dining are the extra qualities that provide the atmosphere. Only thing I could say was the casino wasn’t that exciting in attraction, but that’s probably good for me so I don’t spend more money lol!

I went to the Venetian and walked around a bit and then went on the Gondola and actually did not expect to much. The ride was so comfortable and our gondolier was really quite nice. Kimberly Bryant sang to us as we rounded to go back the other direction. Her voice was so powerful she was great. It was so comfortable I believe Ill go back. Just to remind people wear your mask. Youre safer by wearing them. We dont enjoy the masks but we wear them to keep every one safe.

Amazing resort casino with many amenities and pools. We walked through many of the casinos throughout the strip and only a couple were comparable in our eyes - the Aria and Caesars Palace. Wonderful restaurants inside the casino and we were able to explore the shopping part of the casino which makes it look like Venice and the grand canal.

Overall nice experience. Only real complaint is about the refrigerator in the room. Its packed full of mini bar items. So full that you cant put anything of your own in there. If you try to move something thats stocked in there you will be charged for it regardless of whether or not you used it. Each item is electronically monitored. Aside from that little issue, the room was great, the staff helpful and friendly, and the restaurants had amazing food. Definitely will return.

Excellent service!!!! Super slow at first on the drink service at the casino games. But the floor manager was on top of it. The cleaning crew were the hardest working in there and so nice. I felt like theyre the ones that needed to be tipped. Overall top notch. Im no shark, just a tiny minnow. But they make all feel welcomed and pampered. Im normally a tight wad when spending money for a hotel but this place was really worth it. :) Broke even after spending money on tips and outside to the homeless. So Im happy.

The Venetian Las Vegas is one of my favorite hotels and casinos in Las Vegas. Some say that the Venetian is the lower class version of the Palazzo, but Im not sure if I agree with this. I typically just lump the two together. Fun fact the Venetian features over 40 international restaurants and the pool deck is a whopping 1.2 acres. I didnt know this before researching the Venetian. The on-site Grand Canal Shoppes offer over 150 boutique stores. I have enjoyed every stay and experience that Ive had at the Venetian. I know for certain that I will be back again. One of the exhibits that I miss is the Rolling Stones one. Hopefully, they bring that back in the future.

The Venetian is the cleanest Hotel on the strip BY FAR. They have dedicated employees cleaning the casino and bathrooms religiously, I love it, and its very appreciated (especially during covid)... I prefer a darker and louder casino but this is an awesome choice for people who like bright and elegant casinos! I have never stayed in their hotel rooms but I have heard from people I know that the rooms and service are just lovely.

Great price for a beautiful room. We chose the king suite w/a view. Everything is sanitized and marked as such. Also they have a guard between the casino and the guest rooms, I appreciate the added safety.

We loved The Venetian . Our stay was amazing starting with their hospitality and cleanliness was on point during our stay. We will definitely stay here again next year when we come back to Vegas

We celebrated our sixth anniversary here. The suites are well worth the upgrade - the giant double-headed shower and the enormous jetted tub were incredibly luxurious. The suite, at 1500 square feet, is large enough to entertain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan to return soon!

OMG what a BEAUTIFUL place! I love, love, loved it! People were CONSTANTLY cleaning, and wiping things down, the buttons in the elevator, the ledge, steam cleaning the floors, mopping the floors, inside and out. I definitely plan to go back! Even the housekeeping was awesome!!!!

The Venetian what more can I say. If u looking for the 5 star treatment. This is the place to be. I enjoyed ever second of this place. Everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The restaurant was awesome. Pool area was great. I can go on and on. But I most definitely want stay anyway else but The Venetian when we come back!!

We absolutely LOVED this place! What a wonderful place to stay!! It is so BEAUTIFUL inside The Venetian, and the customer service here is TOP NOTCH! My husband reserved for us to stay here for my birthday weekend, we came all the way from Texas. The room looked like a small, beautiful apartment, and the hotel was located right on the strip. This place has everything that you could want inside of it: Restaurants, a pool, a spa, a casino, a shopping mall, boat rides, everything!! It is built so beautifully and lovely! When we return, we will definitely stay here again! I cant see us staying anywhere else! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!!

Great service & extremely clean!! They check everyone’s temperature as they enter the property using scanners & we noticed that everything was being wiped down on a continuous and constant basis. Beautiful, spacious rooms & a great view. Not much more to ask for.

The Venetian is the only place I stay at in Vegas. It’s gorgeous with so many things to do. I totally recommend it to any family with a larger family because the suites are so accommodating and spacious. The Grand Canal Shoppes are great and the dining is to die for!

The best experience ever in a hotel in Las Vegas, all the room was super clean and the most important thing the bed was very comfortable, we got a suite for a great deal. We do not will doubt to come again soon.

This hotel/casino its so beautiful, clean, and comfortable. That staff runs this place with grace, smiles, and enthusiasm. My husband and I loved it here. We didnt want to leave and making plans already to go back. Most of everyone we spoke to was very polite and welcoming. There is so much to do and so many places to eat. Well when I arrived it was about 1 a.m. on a Saturday morning shortly after Thanksgiving it was completely a ghost town maybe being the excessive Gambler that I am I stayed a little longer than I should have LOL but I was there and can tell you that it may be populated another 30% and as I left around p.m. I would say thats the amount of patrons there was probably no more than 40% the usual pre covid days so that being said yes they did temperature check at the door and something else that was slightly odd to me was when we arrived security stopped us at the opening of the parking structure and asked us to pop or trunk and they looked inside now mind you I used to reside as a resident of Nevada Green Valley that mostly pertains to and of the two-and-a-half 3 years I lived here I had never experienced any security or police officers to ever be standing in Force at the opening of any parking structure on or off the strip requesting to see whats in my trunk play so I am unaware of what was going on that evening I can only assume they were looking for someone other than that the evening went on Splendid and flawlessly feel free to entertain the pleasantries of The Venetian at your leisure

I really enjoy visiting the Venetian. Ive never stayes on property, because rooms exceed my budget. However, I love walking through the Canal.Shoppes, riding the Gondola, and eating on site. Must see location on the strip.

The rooms was very nice. I did find that, it wasnt very clean. There were head smudges on the headboard, as well as hand prints. The floor could have been swept better. There was also hair on the walls in the bathroom. They also provided a travel bag with masks, sanitizer, and sanitized wipes. Which was awesome! No other complaints. Bed was great!

Best place in Vegas! My main tip is: dont waste your time ordering bedroom breakfast! Not that it isnt good. It is great. But downstairs you will find innumerous options including the best one of them at the 10th floor: The Bouchon. Their breakfast experience by the pool is singular with an excellent service and heavenly food.

The merchants in this hotel verbally accosted me, my husband and our 12 yr old when we ignored their offerings for samples. Seriously, in one walk through along the indoor river three merchants told us in one form or another to lighten up when we didnt make eye contact or engage them in any form. One was directly trying to engage our 12 yo. These hotels, stores and casinos are empty and desperate for business; we took ours elsewhere and recommend others to do likewise.

With everything going on in this world every one in the Venetian stayed positive and happy! The staff there truly made the experience! My room was ready in a very timely manner, room service was wonderful. It has tons to offer and is perfectly central to a lot of other fun things Vegas has to offer. The sanitary was up kept very well and as a traveler it was very appreciated! We will be returning in the future for another stay at the Venetian! Thank you for making our first experience spectacular!

The room was nice. Big bathroom with a nice bathtub. The bed is not so big even king size so if you have long legs, maybe not big enough.I liked the room but if the shower is stronger, I liked more.And you need to go through Casino space from parking lot to hotel lobby for checking in or out. Under this pandemic circumstances, I wish there was a better way to access to the lobby. I wasnt there for casino...

The entire stay was wonderful. The valet service was great. We were allowed to check in early. The check in process was super simple and ran smoothly. The rooms were very spacious. The employees were incredibly hospitable, engaging, and friendly. They provided 4 venues for breakfast choices. The restaurants were top notch and they mall area was fun. They provided us with $15 gaming money to get us started in the casino. They were very thoughtful about cleanliness and infection prevention. Masks and hand sanitizer was provided. The stay was just wonderful. I enjoyed it so much!

Great stay at the hotel and service was extremely fast when needed items delivered to room. The only upset was I spent the extra money for an upgraded room but it was barely a view of the mirage and pool that looks at an ugly construction site. Nothing was done to be fixed about this. Be careful when you upgrade. Not worth it. Other than that the experience was good.

Im so excited to see the casinos open and the shopping going strong during this pandemic even the gondola rides which Ive waited 20 years to go on were running however the gondoliers dont sing but they have singing at the edges and it was well worth the $30 especially when he had the most amazing I just guy in your life

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude toward the staff at the Venetian, specifically Donald and Erick in management, and Lennon in security- My boyfriend and I stayed over the weekend and had a scary moment where we believed we had lost our Emotional Support Animal. These guys were top-notch in handling this (emotional) situation. They made sure that we were taken care of, and they did everything they could to make us feel better during this situation. 5/5 stars.

Really nice hotel and room. I did have an issue with the front desk while checking out. I called in to extend my stay an extra night and they gave me a certain rate and asked me to go downstairs to sign. When I went downstairs the rate was changed to $60 more than what they told me on the phone. I asked why the rate changed and they said that it was incorrect from the first place. I asked how that was my fault? I even came back to the room and called the front desk again to double check that rate but they denied that rate was even mentioned when I repeated the amount before hanging up. I ended up paying a higher rate on a Monday night than I paid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday night. That is before the resort fee or taxes. So you can see why I was upset and not understanding the change in rate. I was forced to stay or pay a late check out but it seemed pretty shady just the way that they handled the situation and how they seemed not to care about a mistake on their end and made it seem like I was just a liar. Horrible customer service from various employees. I just dropped it since Im here to have a good time with my wife and not trying to ruin it over $60 when we already paid close to $800 in the stay but it was unprofessional and wanted to make it known to anyone considering good customer service in these hotels.

Probably the best mall/casino in the strip! The canal is a great touch, and the painted sky in the ceiling makes the place look amazing.

I thought a 5 star resort would be an easy choice, and would make everything easy for me. They DO NOT have a parking lot big enough for my truck, and the area they told me to park in had zero security and I had to walk back to the resort from there. For the price, things shouldve been way more accommodating. Nice room, at least. Couldnt sleep for fear of my truck getting broken into.
