It was pretty nice. The room was awesome. Checking in was easy. The cleaning of the bathroom needs a little bit of work. There were still hairs from the previous guest.

Aside from the MANDATORY wearing of a mask inside and not everything being open, this hotel is nice. The only downside is the carpet in the Executive is dirty....I can not speak of the other rooms. We ate at Wolfgang Puck last night and the atmosphere was great, lots of activity, excellent food, great drinks and Josh our server knew his stuff. We have a couple more days here and plan to make them all just as good.

They were very helpful and patient with me, since I hadnt traveled in years, very accommodating, and nice to me when I got ill. They were diligent about wearing your mask on their property and kept everyone safe. The staff was all so nice and I appreciated that. And someone gave me their floaty for the lazy river! Which we gave to someone else to enjoy when we left.

I stayed here during Thanksgiving weekend. MGM have a great COVID-19 protocol. They have hand wash sink and sanitizers in each corner of the casino. Upon check-in staff greeted and was able to print me my room keys. They have security in the elevators and managing people coming in, which is efficient. Not all hotels are doing this. My room is okay, but my shower water has heating issues. Otherwise, it was good and enjoyed our stay.

MGM is my go-to when visiting Vegas. Great prices and wonderful staff. We absolutely loved our room. Stunning and I couldnt get over the views . Service was excellent. Thank you again for another fabulous stay.

Hotel was nice and clean casino was awesome and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Liquor prices was actually better than the liquor stores there was a boxing match there but was unable to attend due to corona. Overall wonderful experience!

Nice casino to spend time and look around if you don’t like “gaming”. The hotel rooms are nice, clean, and well decorated. However, the problem is add on resort fees and taxes that is over %100 of the actual room rates. Even during the pandemic or when they are remodeling and pool/gym are closed they still charge resort fees. Avoid and don’t help corporations who literally steal.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice. Recommend the 2 bedroom suite - this has great views and spacious!Did have to request a mini fridge for $35/night rental. Would be nice if included, as it takes awhile to receive and takes overnight to get cold enough to use.

Want the best view in all of Vegas? It’s here at the MGM Grand. The Skyline Terrace Suite boats a 700 foot balcony with couches, a television, and breathtaking sight of the Las Vegas Strip!I rented this room for my brother and some friends for a little get together the week before he got married. The room itself has an upstairs bedroom area with a king bed, and incredible shower, bathroom and vanity area. The downstairs area has a small seating area with an L-shaped couch, television, wet bar, and dining table. There is a really great feature where you can hookup your device through a headphone jack to play music throughout the entire suite as well as outside. This was helpful to set the mood for our shindig.These rooms are nested on the west side of the property facing the strip, but you would need to request a north-facing room to get this view. Hands down, no regrets. I’d totally spend the money to stay here again. Keep in mind that while the pictures on their website are accurate, the the outdoor view is by far and away much better and will blow you away.Pros: The view, luxurious king bed, amazing shower, private feel as you’re at the end of the hallway, not a bad price in the middle of the week (~$700)Cons: Only one bed, the ice machine is quite a trek from the end of the hall

With 2020 changing by the minute. We have to do the best we can to an ever changing world. We don’t adapt as quickly as things change.That being said, we really enjoyed our time at the MGM. It is sad these hotels are so empty. But the service and CUSTOMER SERVICE are STILL impeccable. Rooms are clean and renovated. I always feel special with their little amenities they leave in each room. Which includes Two masks and hand sanitizer in a little bag. You can never have to many bags.

Came here for a mini getaway during COVID. Booked a rate that had a free upgrade. The upgrade was a high floor with a view of the strip. The view is great. My wife loved watching the Sunrise in the morning over the mountains. I definitely recommend a view facing the strip. Hotel is a little old and rooms could use a refreshing. We had a few issues during our stay. Window cleaners banging on the windows at 5:00 am. Water went out around 3:00 am and was off until about 5:00. They said it was for an emergency repair. We could hear them making whatever repairs they had to make during that time. I’ve read reviews about elevator wait time being long. There was little to no wait for us every time we would enter or leave. Overall it was an okay stay.

Due to covid, main restaurant closed but they do have others open. People cleaning all the time. Feel safe. People monitor mask usage. Great food court. Great time.

Covid trip! The hotel did fantastic making sure to socially distance people. Masks were required and I even found security coming around and making sure we were wearing them. The machines were distanced for safety and people were seen cleaning constantly for our protection. My stay was awesome and I was pleased with my service.

This is one of the Restaurant in MGM. The restaurant name Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill Las Vegas. Its a nice and relaxing restaurant with your friends, family and love ones. The foods are good and the prices are $$$.

Cool hotel. Be aware of the $40 resort fee. Parking for now is free. Clean rooms. Elevators to rooms sometimes busy and have to wait in line.

Definitely one of my favorite places to visit when Im in Vegas. It is a marvelous hotel with top notch accommodations and amenities. Many restaurants to choose from and an amazing pool and lazy river if your a guest at the hotel.It also offers several amazing shows, gambling options and a smoke free sports book. The rooms are always clean and comfortable with many different price options. Located on the south end of the strip its a great place to stroll from and enjoy all the Vegas lights, sights and action!

Easy check-in and digital room key with the MGM app. Great room. Only negative was limited hrs for food options, but the food court was open which made up for that.

Always a good time. Stay in the towers if you can, the grand charges you for a refrigerator $35 a day to bring you one or $50 for a restocking fee if you put your personal items in the refrigerator in the room. Room was nice but you are insane for that. They dont do that in the towers. They might after this though!!

I give MGM Grand located at 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 FIVE STARS. This place has MANY food options and lots of entertainment for everyone to enjoy. Winner, winner, chicken dinner. Can also be Loser, Loser, Nyquil Boozer. s

Ginger was BY FAR the best card dealer I’ve ever met. We played blackjack with her and came back fromMandalay bay twice just to play with her. She is such a sweet lady. Win or lose, we had a blast playing blackjack at MGM in Las Vegas and really enjoyed getting to know Ginger. She is a major asset to the staff!

Visited America with my wife & kids for the 1st time in 2013 staying here for 7 nights. All I can say is WOW what an introduction. When we booked we did not realise it was the weekend of the Mayweather & Candello boxing fight. We stepped out of our transfer to the grounds of MGM & it was already mayhem with people everywhere we had never seen so many people at a hotel. Not knowing what was going on until we were able to get closer to the entrance with all security, cameras etc around & then I saw Floyd Mayweather & that explained it. Every single room approx 5,000 was SOLD due to this fight. What a wonderful atmosphere to be in & our kids loved it too. WOW! We had booked & paid for 2 interconnecting rooms for a family of 5 with views of the strip. Beautiful views we had too. We stayed in Tower 1. Luggage people were helpful I cant say alot more about staff as they were all too busy that really didnt seem to have time for us. Staff at front desk were lovely upon check-in. Pools WOW pools everywhere our kids loved. We are not gamblers & kids loved being able to get to places inside the gambling areas & still look from a distance at what punters were doing. Gambling areas were roped off so kids couldnt pass but they could still see. Family not a fan of smoke. You are able to smoke everywhere in all casinos in America, which was a shock to us as here in Australia you are not most places are Smoke Free areas & there is only small designated smoking areas nowadays. Thank you MGM for a lovely stay.

This hotel is beautiful and massive. We were there for a conference, the meeting rooms are no where near the hotel rooms. So make sure you don’t leave anything - because it’s a hike going back. I hit 16,000 by noon. The bar is happening like any other casino. Tons of food options and easy access to ride share. If you’re into ice and vending you plan accordingly.

Went here during COVID. We did the mobile check in and check out. Very fast and easy to follow along. No issues with the room or anything. Wont give a 5 because we had to wait HOURS to be able to get in the pool.

Yes I did it. I went to Vegas during the pandemic lol. It was interesting to say the least. I stayed at the MGM signature which is connected to the MGM Grand.This review is for the casino, since I technically didnt stay at the MGM Grand. So like I said it was interesting. The casino does a great job of monitoring and making sure that people inside the casino are wearing masks. The slots are available for use and since its not that crowded it easy to get a. Machine in an area by yourself.If you forgot youre mask the casino offers some throughout the floor. They also have several hand washing station on the casino floor. The tables are also in use and they spread those out so its good. Overall it was good I felt they did a good job of keeping people safe.

We were royalty! Sure its because there werent as many guests as usual but none the less our room was outstandingly clean and comfortable. And because of the incentives we enjoyed delicious high end dining such as Emeril and Wolfgang Puck. The measures taken with regards to Covid-19 made out experience a good one.

Love staying here, conveniently located, rooms are clean and they are taking so many steps to keep everyone safe from free masks, gloves, hand sanitizer in the casino, hand washing stations, social distancing markers, reminders to social distance if people crowd, reminders to wear a mask and how to wear it properly, free cloth masks and hand sanitizer in rooms. You can even skip room service and just get clean towels and toiletries too, all for the sake of keeping you and others safe in a pandemic. Loved the complementary parking as well, so youre able to travel between hotels to avoid crowds and close contact with the people on the strip. Hope to return again next year, hopefully when there is no pandemic.

Everything since we arrived was amazing we did the mobile check in when we got to the lobby an attendant help get a key which you will use on the Elevator, you scan your key then choose your floor. great security measures. The pool was clean and refreshing and the locker was $10 for the day. If the Pool was at capacity you need have to make a reservation but if you don’t see a message on your TV the pool is open and no reservations are needed. You do have to wear a mask through out the casino and pool unless you are swimming. We ate at Wolf Gang Puck and Avenue Cafe twice while there everyone was nice and refilling your drink when it was halfway done. Some stores and attractions were shutdown and other stores didn’t open until after 10am which was a bummer because I’m an early riser. We got some gifts at the gift shop then walked down the strip stopped at a Walgreens and it was half the price of the gift shop.

The resort is very clean and nicely maintained. They have fresh individually wrapped masks at every entrance and they give every hotel guest hand sanitizer and a cloth mask. Housekeeping does a great job and staff is awesome at reminding everyone to wear their masks properly. The rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. They dont allow you to put anything personal in the mini bar, but you can rent a fridge for $35 a day. As far as the restaurants, the food and service at Avenue Cafe is awful! Conversely, the filet and accompaniments and other items my party tried at Wolfgang Pucks were amazing, in spite of the extremely slooooow service. Check in and out was very long too. Also the up close parking was all blocked off so you had to walk hella far to get to your vehicle. It seems like they could do better for what it costs for everything.

Stayed at New York New York, very safe and comfortable stay. Only issue were the guest crowd in the elevators on weekend. I think the hotel will have to monitor this. The staff were amazing

Got a great Covid rate. Staff was excellent, friendly and super accommodating. Hotel itself needed to be updated. Our hallway, 16th floor, and room reaked like weed. The room was really bad. The rug in the hallway was old and ripped in a few spots. Duct tape was covering the rips. We got a discounted rate but still expected a nicer hotel area than this.

Pretty nice. Very clean. The green lights are pretty bright but they do eventually turn off at some point in the night.

This is by far the best casino in the world! Never seen anything like it. A very big casino, you could easily get lost inside . I loved the entire environment of this place. Will be going back soon!

Like always MGM is one of the Best. But since this covid thing is being enforced you must be aware if you are going to go to the pool. You MUST! Sign up for a waiting list or make it in line before they open the pools like an hour earlier. Be prepared to see cops and private security and go thru four inspection spots and this senseless wear your mask at all times rule exept when Drinking a nice Cold Beer or when you are rubing or bumping onto strangers in the pools or lazy river.Go figure right? Other than that my three day stay was great.

Excellent stay, the check in was a bit impersonal and the usual additional fees, etc. That they honestly should just include when you book. Easy checkout, great food options even during Covid, extra clean, and the complimentary masks and sanitizer was a nice thought.

Its the great Hotel the rooms excellent service excellent food the casino itself was paying out the only thing I wasnt happy with was at the entrance theres a gift shop I bought a bathing suit there and I explained to them that I wasnt sure if my sister would like the color they said I could come exchange it long as I have the receipt and was not worn tags were on it no problem I got there to exchange it and they said no do the covid-19 well there should have been a sign and they shouldnt have lied to me aside from that the hotel itself is excellent and everyone was very helpful except for the lady that was rude asking me for first and last name of the person who told me that well let me see Im at a casino I really didnt take their first and last name I took the word of the person that was a cashier that night she should have looked them up herself but she said that wasnt her

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the airport which was a plus for me! Great customer service and the hotel staff where literally wiping every door, buttons and etc down! The pool is open but not the lazy river! There is a lot to do in the hotel because it’s so big! I will rebook soon!

At first I received a room believe it was in the south tower. Room 216, as on as you walked in the tower entrance it smelled like sewer/toilet. The view was terrible there was no view. I feel that is all room that are in the 200s. I complained at the front desk and they upgraded my room with out charging me. That is the main reason why I am giving a 5 star rating because the redeemed themselves. So thanks for that, but seriously stay clear of the rooms in the 200s because that floor socks. I attached pictures so people can see for themselves. They should really think about upgrading that floor since there is no view at all.

Nice place but no refrigerator or microwave and for the price there were no rewards even for the $20 a day meal was no deal. Everything was to high, lost a lot money gambling, didnt win and service was good hard to get a drink. Not happy at all, stay again no I dont think so.

The guy we spoke to when we checked in was super cool and housekeeping. The rooms are ok. When I think of MGM Grand.. I think “Grand”. Not so much; toilet leaks all over the floor, the floors weren’t vacuumed, and the toilet paper roll sits on the floor b/c the screw sticking out of the wall doesn’t hold it. We plan on coming back to Las Vegas but we will not be staying at MGM again.

Friends and I planned this trip as we were coming back from a deployment. All was well until we found out the Jacuzzi jets didnt work, but the water was hot, so we still had fun. Great location looking onto the Vegas strip from the balcony made me feel like a king, On top of the world.

Always amazing stays here at MGM. Good food (when open....it is Covid season....still), great shopping and strong casino entertainment. Have a blast here every time.

First time in Vegas, booked a suite thinking bigger room=higher floor. Unfortunately our suite was on the first floor looking at a wall. After talking to the front desk they worked with us and we opted for a slightly smaller room on the 25th floor, which was perfect! They made it even better by throwing in a 75 credit for food and beverage! Highly appreciate the amazing receptionist we spoke to named Martin

I had a lot of fun. The only draw back was if you are traveling with kids it is hard to find anywhere to sit down. As the restaurants take turns being open and the commonly used areas are limited due to covid. We finally landed at Wolfgang Pucks and had a delicious pizza and super tasty french whiskey sour. That was a good way to pass time waiting to meet the rest of our group

Had a great time, last time I was here. Played the Dragon Spins game. One of the most enjoyable bonus rounds Ive had the pleasure to play.The casino seems to have had new flooring and carpet since the previous time I was there. It feels cleaner and noticably less smoky.My only gripe, is that they went and got a newer, fancier Horse Racing game. I loved the old school quarter machine. It was part of every trip I had taken to Vegas, until this past one.I tried the new one, but it was severely lacking in everything that made the old one fun.Overall, its a great place. And everything changes over time.

Nice place to stay and had a nice room but you couldnt get in the pool half the time because of the certain amount of people allowed and there were no shows to see. We had to walk a long way to get to the pool, about a 15 min walk. If you decide to go there, ask for a room close to the pool.

We booked a trip in April thinking for sure that the insanity of the plandemic would be over by the middle of September. We were wrong. Half of everything at the MGM as well as everything on the strip is still closed down. Plus the entire city has just run down. Our room at the MGM was nice but the experience was empty. This may be our last trip to Vegas and will definitely be our last trip to the MGM Grand. All the prices on everything are all jacked up. Plus a $45 a day resort fee. That alone leaves a sour taste in your mouth when you are checking in. I will say that the pools are nice and that the lazy river is fun and relaxing. One thing to keep in mind is that we booked our trip Monday till Friday. As we were checking out on Friday we saw the lines for everything or getting longer and longer. The lines for the Starbucks were 25 people long. The pool was lining up a half hour before opening. I wouldnt visit this hotel on a weekend. All the bars in the city are closed.

Youll walk through the buildings but other than that its perfect!!!! If you want to be closer to casino in mgm either stay in mgm or tower1 lol

Any place charging resort fees, especially during Flu season should have a coffee pot or a way to make hot drinking water in the room. Even the most basic hotels have microwaves, not even in the upgraded room/suite. The mini bar was not locked so thats another issue to me. Bathroom light wasnt working so we left the door opened for the staff fell asleep and still no maintenance. They were quicker for the second request. They had masks and sanitizer available throughout the common areas. Wish the elevators were equipped with a max occupancy to keep with distancing. The room was clean and had a room has been sanitized sticker, that was nice. I expected so much more from the brand.

The room was great. Check in was fast, easy and the work staff was very courteous. The pool area was very nice. Since covid is around the hotel provides you with 2 masks and hand sanitizer waiting for you in your room. They also have hand sanitizer, masks, and hand washing stations located around the hotel. The rooms door was sealed with a sticker for show of cleanliness.

I didnt like my room. There was no view and all I could see was pipes from the top of the roof and there were these bright green lights on all night.

MGM grand was a decent place to stay, the best part was the casino/gambling area which they kept nice and maintained very good. Crazy thing they make you wear a mask walking around the pool, even when you’re literally outside.. the rooms were a 2/5 because it lacked amenities, no microwave, no view, no fridge. unfortunately the customer service after we left was horrible, been on hold for 35+ minutes trying to find my car keys I possibly left behind.

The MGM Grand is a great place to stay. The West Wing King rooms have very comfortable beds and plenty of room. The Tower Spa Suites are worth the money If you want a more luxurious stay. The pool area is huge and a nice place to relax.

Stayed here during covid for one night. The river pool was empty and that was fun.
